I went to the store to upgrade my phone. I was waited on by the manager whose mask was worn below his nose. I asked him multiple times to put his mask over his nose, which he did. Finally, when the situation did not improve, I asked to work with somebody else. The manager told me that staff are not required to wear masks.The CDC recommends wearing of masks indoors in states that have high transmission rates, which includes Virginia.The staff member assigned to me kept working with another customer as well. He also wanted to know if I took a picture of him. I found that very bizarre.All in all, I felt very unwelcome.

Even though they are very understaffed, we were helped as quickly as possible. All I needed was to upgrade my phone and get going, so I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly Eric set me up with the best deal and got me going. I don’t think I’ve ever managed to get out of Verizon in under an hour! He explained things very well and didn’t waste my time with overwhelming upgrades. Very happy with the new phone and all around easy experience.

This was such a good customer service experience. It was Christmas Eve and Eric manned the store alone as people buzzed in and out, I acknowledged how good he was at his job - knowledgeable, thorough, efficient- i was absolutely shocked when he noted that he was coming from a different industry and had only been in the role 2 months. Eric was so helpful in navigating new phone options and getting me all set-up so that I walked out of the store without questions or potential issues with the new device or my old data moving over. This is my second great experience at this location, both with different associates - extremely pleased.

Above and Beyond. From now on, this is the ONLY retailer I will give my business to, and enthusiastically recommend for all phone needs. I had been to another Verizon retailer who gave me no hope for the problem I was having with my phone- only pressuring me hard into buying a new one.Luckily I stumbled upon this store, where Brandon took a look at my phone free of charge. He tried several things for me on the spot and ended up fixing it with a factory reset. All of the 3 staff people I interacted with were genuine, heartfelt humans which made it a pleasure despite the stress of a broken phone. This is service that merits lasting loyalty. Thank you!

Brandan is the best! He was the only rep there when I went in, but he stayed calm yet focused while he helped 3-4 clients at once. He was the master of multi-tasking! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He helped me to change my Plan to better accommodate my current needs in the most cost-effective manner, and he was patient in explaining to me some of the technical things that were over my head.

I waited two hours to be seen although we were second in line and it was also the second time I had been there that day. Not only did I wait three hours but we were basically told that he had no idea how to fix what was wrong. Went to the Verizon in town, waited 5 minutes and the issue with my daughters phone was fixed immediately (simply replacing the SIM card) . I won’t be returning to this location in the future for anything at all which is unfortunate because it is super convienent to where I live.

Needed to get a new phone as as old phone had stopped charging. The fellows were very helpful and I was able to walk out with a phone that works along with some cool accessories. Very nice guys worked hard to make everything right for me. They treated my special son with respect which means alot. would definitely recommend this store to other folks as well as Verizon itself.

David Blackmon was exceptional - he is extremely knowledgeable, incredibly patient and was very helpful in quickly and creatively resolving my issue as well as setting up my new devices. I appreciated the associates transparency and honest approach in presenting solutions as well opportunities without pushing promotions. Impressively, I left with a huge smile after entering very displeased and disgruntled following first attempts via the Chat Features and insurance claims.

Tierre assisted me today with an upgrade. He was courteous and professional. I didnt understand the extent of my phone issues until he took the time to explain my options. I was able to upgrade my phone and he assisted me with the purchase of several supporting devices. I could tell that he truly cared about me as a customer. It was not just about the money. This type of service is why I continue to be a Verizon customer. I am in the military and from out of town. He connected with me and inquired about my service in the Army while the upgrade was going through. This has been my best experience with Verizon. When dealing with Verizon (the corporation), I often feel like I’m alone and abused. Thankfully, Clifton and his team continue to humanize Verizon (the corporation). More than once, this store has taken up a battle for me. Without them, I would have been a depleted mess - just another abused Verizon customer. After speaking with several reps on the phone I finally broke down and went into the store. Convenient but who wants to pay for a second contract when I lost the first phone so I come in and get it replaced and verizon still charging for contract on a lost phone ....thats not a friendly company ...especially when we already have a group plan of 6 and a couple of laptops and hotspots......l especially expect someone to step up and make this right Pronto ....!!?!! Who is in charge and how come you cannot charge anything like the other stores...l like to shop local but these people are managed by corporate its all about the money /Yankee mentality ...Not happy!!!!!:(

I came in the day the iPhone 8 plus was released and they were able to cancel my existing order since it hadn’t shipped. Kudos for that. However, it took 3 hours to finalize the purchase because she kept bouncing back and forth between me and other people in lieu of finishing my transaction. She couldn’t get me a return label for my other phone which that took another 30 minutes before she said print it at home. She put a screen protector on my phone and it had a few bubbles not horrible but not to par for an expensive phone and protector. I went back on and the tall guy with a salt and pepper beard, put another one on. He almost put the wrong one and I kept saying to him that the packaging was not what the girl used and to make sure I wasn’t paying more or less for the brand he had out. He kept arguing that it was the right one and threw a bunch of used boxes at me to prove it. Turns he was wrong and finally got the right one and it looked 90% worse then what the girl did. He said don’t worry about it, the bubbles don’t mean it is not protected. Come today, the whole screen was falling off so I went to the Charlottesville store and was informed they couldn’t do an exchange because it’s a retail store but suggested i call Crozet to make sure I can get my money back. Much to my luck, the guy who answered wAs the guy who did a terrible job putting it on. He then proceeded to make up stuff saying that he told me he was hesitant to put another screen on my phone?!? That never was said because if he had said that I would of came to Charlottesville. Why would I let him put a screen on had I known he was hesitant. He told me he was doing me a favor by selling me the iPhone 8 plus In the first place?!? I couldn’t help but think I’m doing you the favor by giving you business. He said he would not refund my money. Told me to read the fine print on my receipt saying it’s non refundable!! I would never have purchased it had I known that. I want my money back and I will stop at no cost until I do. I have a family to feed and bills to pay which doesn’t include giving money to a store who cares very little for their customers. I expect a resolution or I will take this to court. Got to love lawyers in the the family.

I have gone to one of the Charlottesville stores and have had good service but there was a longer wait time than at the Crozet store. Also, all the information from my old phone was transferred in store. I didn’t have to do the transfer at home. This was so helpful. This store is only 5 minutes away which is nice because I don’t have to go into Charlottesville. Customer service was great! Thanks!
