I want to give these guys a shout out. They diagnosed my car and told me how to proceed! I ended up towing it to the dealership for warranty reasons but they were with me every step of the way and checked on me even days later! Definitely recommend

Mark is definitely an angel sent from heaven. I will try to keep it short. BMW has a known issue for the timing chain for certain vehicles. I took my vehicle there and after their diagnostic they quoted me 17,000 to fix due to this known issue. As you could imagine I was lost for words contacted BMW headquarters and still not a thought of helping me with the issue. I have always taken my vehicle to Mark at Bravo 4 for work when needed so I figured if I was going to spend my hard earned money with anyone it would be Mark who has always been more than fair when it comes to pricing and his work is far past exceptional. To make things even better as Mark was working diligently to get me back rolling Matt gave me a peace of mind by keeping me informed. I know I drove them crazy but hey whats a woman to do without a vehicle. ☺The pricing was less than I estimated in my head saying he was fair is an understatement. I did not feel like another ticket. I felt like he really cared and wanted to do what was right. When having vehicle problems and youre in doubt Bravo 4 is where its at.

First time customer at Bravo and not only did they solve my problem and fix the convertible hard top on my vw eos, their top notch level of customer service surprised me. Hands Down best experience i’ve ever had with any group of mechanics! Everyone knows mechanics don’t like dealing with hard top convertibles and i was turned away by multiple shops.. but the good reviews brought me to bravo and these guys aren’t no joke! Matt and the team really earned my business. They have worked on my Porsche Cayman and my sons Audi A4 Cabriolet and saved me a lot of money. I have even referred them to the Exwife (lol) to take her Mercedes 500s to them the next time her car needs repair.

I have trust issues with auto repair shops for the fact that I really like my car, and I have had a nice so positive experience with other repair shops. However, this is now my trusted go to auto repair shop. I have brought my car here twice so far, and I have had nothing but two great experiences. This workshop is great they know exactly what they are doing on all German cars. I took my 2005 BMW X5 for repair, they replaced the outer radiator fan, the upper radiator hose and the 2 engine belts. Made apt. to drop off my car in the morning it was ready that evening as promised. The service price was very reasonable. They are professional, +friendly, especially Mark the Technical. I was given 12 months guarantee on the repair and parts.

Mark and bravo 4 were great! After having horrible experiences for months trying to get some suspension issues fixed on my Bmw with other shops, bravo 4 came through. Communication and respone time was great, and mark and Matt are super friendly.

EXTREMELY HONEST shop. I had my neighborhood mechanic diagnose my Q5 (my bad, I know) and was under the impression it would be a $500-750 repair to fix the issue. I drop the vehicle off at Bravo4 and to my surprise, I was told it was a very SIMPLE FIX. Basically just an oil change. Honestly, Bravo4 could have went along with it and pocketed some extra cash, but kudos to the owner.HIGHLY RECOMMED. Will be back for sure.

Marc is excellent and very honest. Ive been taking my Audi here for at least 4 years and have always been pleased.

He has serviced my Volkswagon and now Volvo. His service is stellar and his pricing is VERY reasonable and he doesnt try to talk you into repairs/maintenance that you dont need. Takes time to explain the issues and severity of each and advises on what should be done first. I just wished he was open on Saturdays..😊😊

Mark did a great job with my 2007 Audi A3. Car had an issue with the fuel pump which in turn damaged the cam shaft. Mark showed me the cam and explained what happened. Also replaced other important components that may have had a future issues. He is very knowledgeable and his prices are very fair. I highly recommend if you are looking for a trustworthy mechanic to take care of your vehicle.

I brought my Hyundai Sonata in needing a new engine for the car. Mark works on my moms BMW so he was referred my my family . He was very knowledgeable about the car and about how much the cost of repair would be. He kept us up to date on the repairs and estimated time of completion. I was able to get my car in about 3 days after finding the engine . Great work ! And he was able to find an engine with great mileage on it . Definitely refer to anyone in need of mechanic. Mark gives great rates and is always honest. I called and compared pricing everywhere, and I’m a little knowledgeable about cars and more specifically my BMW. Took my bmw to him to repair ac, works perfect now. As quick as he was to get me in, and get the repair done at such a great price makes him the first Mechanic Ill call. Im posting this review a couple of months later, because now my water pump has gone out, and as soon as 8 am comes, this is the mechanic Im calling. Highly recommend.

Did my front axles here, front driver side was seized and stuck in place. I know because I tried to do it myself countless times with no success. Mark was able to get it out and to my request added anti-seize. I know he did because I later removed my axle for other work that I did myself and the anti-seize prevented the axle from binding during the removal process. Not only did he do a great job but he was honest and upfront and even saved me money on the cost but I choose to pay more as a thank you for the exceptional service. Will forever trust this shop for all my VW needs.

Good, quick service. Didnt try to up sell me on anything I didnt need. Even checked some other stuff that I was concerned with, and even advised me to wait on certain items (unheard of from mechanic). My car is getting older, and I will definitely be using his services again.

Hands down best auto repair experience Ive ever had. Mark quoted me $x,xxx to rebuild the upper half of my engine after timing chain failure in my 09 Jetta. While he was in there, he also replaced my air intake manifold that had thrown a code months back. Constantly sending pictures of updates through the process which I very much appreciated. All this and came in $200 under the estimate.

Audi A4 Avant - I have to start out by saying that Mark is a great guy and hands down one of the best mechanics Ive ever met at a great price. I could tell right away he was in it more to help the customer then anything else. So most of the time I work on my cars myself but was in quit the pickle when I met Mark. I was stranded on the side of the road 5hrs from home. It was on a Sunday and didnt have a lot of options beings everyone is closed. I happened to find his shop on google by mostly 5 STAR ratings. I walked over to his shop, because I literally broke down right across the street. He was there on his day off. He said he would come over and take a look, so he was able to tow me across the street, which meant no tow bill. Then he offered again on his day off to give me a lift to the hotel I was staying at. In my book he went well above and beyond. Then he was able to get me an estimate the next day and had my car ready for me that Wednesday. Now I had traveled there for business and didnt really need my car, but thats besides the point. If I had taken my car to anyone else it may have been weeks. My transmission had went out and he had exceeded my expectations again. That Tuesday he drove a couple of hours to pick one up and bring it back, because he new I needed my car to get back home (5hr trip)at the end of the week. All I can say after all of that is you wont be disappointed. Hands down best auto repair experience ever. Thanks again Mark.

Mark is simply AWESOME. We had our BMW 5 series and HUMMER serviced at Bravo and the service, attention, personal touch cant be beat. My 5-Series BMW had all sorts of issues with which Mark was able to get to the bottom of and fix WITHOUT charging us STEALership...I mean dealership prices. He doent RIP you off...and flat out is probably one of the most stand up guys I have ever met. Unfortunately we moved out of the Charlotte area and miss Mark and his humor dearly...however if you have a car, specifically looking to repair GERMAN CARS Mark at Bravo 4 Autowerks is YOUR GUY!!!
