I usually go to Goodyear to service my vehicle, this time I chose Meineke. I was pleasantly surprised with the tech savvy, customer service and affordability. They offer services that I wasnt aware of and kept me posted every step of the way. I scheduled an appointment and not only was i seen on time, but I was in and out. My oil change included service I didnt expect. My tires were rotated, battery was checked and other fluids were checked and topped off. I will definitely make it my go to as long as the service stays excellent.🙂🙂🙂

Everyone here is incredibly helpful and proactive. I had 4 flat tires and bent rims, but they found the best deal available for me on both. They were patient and considerate throughout the whole process. Ya Ya at the front desk is absolutely amazing and can solve any issue with consideration. The manager, Jeff is hands on and ensures the satisfaction for everyone at his shop. Dont hesitate to use this Meineke!

The service provided to me yesterday at Meineke on Beatties Ford Rd was AMAZING!!! I called before taking my vehicle to the shop and I was met with the friendliest person (Amy) over the phone. I’m not sure if it was her southern twain or just the fact that she was personable, but I knew taking my vehicle there was the right place. I typically take my truck to the dealership for any issues, but they hopped on my vehicle as soon as they could and called me back with pricing within 2 hours after dropping it off.I felt comfortable in knowing that they were providing a great service and were “doing me right” by not telling me something extra was wrong that really wasn’t. They seemed genuinely happy to have my business and for that, I’ll be back!Oh- and keep Amy at that location! She’s a true gem!

I have always had a pleasant experience with this location. I appreciated the pleasant customer service and the work and the warranty. My catalytic converter was stolen off my truck. I called everywhere I could think of, trying to find someone to help. I spoke with Jeff, told him my problem, and he told me to bring my truck right in. From the time my truck was dropped off, to pickup it to 2 days. Probably would’ve been quicker, but insurance was involved. This shop is reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. I have found my new repair shop

GO ELSEWHERE!!! This is the 2nd time in 6 months where my wait time was extremely long and services extremely high. I arrived at 8 am and requested an oil change and headlight bulb replacement. I was 3rd in line at the oil change. My estimated cost for the bulb and oil change came to $35. Then, after I was suggested an air filter and bulb replacement (which I initially stated in the beginning) I was told the cost would be $140 and I would be another 45 minutes. The cost was a bit unsettling and also the time taking a very long time. I understand that it was a Saturday, however upon looking around at the employees, many of them were laughing and conversing as if they were not busy. The employee at checkout, Joel, was also “wearing” his mask but it was not covering his nose and barely his mouth. I finally left at 11:30. I heard several other customers at different times express their frustrations with the cost of services. If I am paying this much for labor, I would expect the employees to not be standing around as often as they were. It’s also extremely unfortunate of the price of services at this establishment and the fact that other customers noticed it as well. I initially started coming to this Meineke based on the service I had received elsewhere upon moving here from Colorado and it being close by. Also, there were oil and grease stains left on my floor. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I went and got a oil change and tire rotation close to business close. My tires didnt get rotated and of course the air pressure wasnt checked. They then checked the air and said they all are at 35...but no they werent. They charged me for rotation of $20 but I never received that service, I never seen my car raised up for that to be done. They got my $20, I hope they are very happy.

My car was over heating and I trusted the Meineke team to get my car back to life and they did. I was a little nervous at first because I needed this done asap and I normally go to the dealer for service on my car. This was a holiday weekend and no one at other car repair shops was able to fix my car right away. It took 2 days but they got the job done and done right too. I didnt want to leave a review right away as I wanted to make sure my car wasnt going to give me no more problems so Im writing this review after 6 weeks. Thank you guys for your help in getting me and my family back on the road.

Came in for a brake check. After 2 hours I was told my total would be $2021 on a 1987 caddy. I previously spent $648 on front brakes for a 2011 range rover and am sure I was also taken advantage of. The technician yanked vigorously on my steering wheel and was laughing at my car when he backed it out. I told him my car is not a toy for him to play with and he said well u need a steering column. Once I got my brakes done for $150 (labor and parts) I was informed my lug nuts were loose. Ill never return.

I took my vehicle over to the shop on Beatties Ford Rd on a Tuesday, I had scheduled an appointment for 4:30 a week earlier because I received a coupon for a free ac check, which in fine print stated the coupon included all components of the AC system. The good news is I had already had the vehicle checked and knew it was the AC compressor clutch. I told the “mechanic” this, and he brushed it off. I told him you could visibly see it not turning with just the hood up and looking down at it, no wrench turn required. They call me a day later trying to sell me tires for $1,000. I say no. I ask if they know what is wrong with it. I was told they did not, and would call me back when they did. A day later I get a call saying my vehicle is ready. I show up and pay $165 without being told what for, on receipt it states I declined a service to use dye as a diagnostic tool and my AC was recharged. I did not authorize this and had no missed calls. My AC is still broken, clutch still broken, car blows hit air. Shop manager refuses to refund me.TL;DR - THIS SHOP IS A MONEY RACKET STAY AWAY

I gave them a 3 stars because I was quoted $29.99 and walked out paying $42.15for a basic oil change- No tire rotation, No point inspection, No fluids topped off. The good thing about this place, I was in and out less then an hour. And one of my tops is missing from one of my fluids. Then I got charge $12.16for labor outside the $29.99. Most oil changes the labor is included in the price.

The girl from the front desk to the tech that took care of my car all went out of their way to get me back on the road with my granddaughter. We had a 6 hour drive and the professional and sincere attitude. Was second to none. Those kids made my whole weekend and we made our deadline. 😃👍👍👍👍🎉

I came to Meineke to get my window fixed. I came in on Saturday morning and everybody so professional and very welcoming! While speaking with the store manager Ralph, he informed me that he needed to order a part to fix my window successfully and he told me to come back in on Tuesday morning because the part should be delivered by then. I came in on Tuesday, as soon as they opened, and Ralph greeted me, ready to work. Unfortunately, the part was never ordered by the third party. Ralph apologized and reassured me that he would get it rectified for me. He got in touch with someone who was able to order the part and told me to come back the next day. I came back in on Wednesday and rest assured, Ralph was able to get the part I needed and an extra one lol. He fixed my car as soon as I got there & i was in and out without having a long wait time, which I appreciated!I recommend this store to anyone in the Charlotte area! Ralph and his workers are everything you would look for in a Car Care center!!

K yki because I was having problems with my car and I did not know what to do they directed me for a free towing the man picked up my car in a reasonable amount when I got there to see about the car everybody was kind and friendly within 2 hours everything was done and all I had to do was pay I had wonderful service and the people are great I would recommend it to everybody thank you

I made an appointment over the phone for an oil change and the gentleman that picked up was super friendly over the phone. My appointment took less than an hour. I was in and out and nobody was trying to sell me a bunch of repairs I didn’t need. Overall an excellent experience. I would definitely recommend them.

Be careful on the prices being charged even if you take coupons. They send you coupons for $59.99 Oil Change/rotation, but the end charges for just the services on the coupon is over $90(a 50% higher price than what was mentioned in the coupon)Service was good though, hence the 3 stars

Very friendly staff. I came for an oil change after I got off from work. I had a long day so I didnt mind waiting. Joel was very polite and thorough with explaining the breakdown of the cost. I appreciated the vehicle health inspection that I was also given and that was free!! The vehicle health inspection included pictures, details, and recommended courses of action to take on repairs, I feel that is extremely helpful so that I know what I need to get done to my car. Most of the time you find out after the fact when something happens and youre needing roadside assistance, Triple AAA, or your car towed because you didnt know. Thank you Meineke! I like how they have a waiting area equipped with seating (limited), a restroom, free wi-fi, charging stations for your phone, & a tv. I had a pleasant experience and not too many other people waiting while I was so it was quiet and peaceful. I applaud the staff and technicians for all their hard work amidst their busy sometimes hectic days!! Its not easy to work long hours and at the same time try to help as many people as you can, we are human and only one person. Patience is a virtue! Keep up the good work!! I will be returning!

I went in for a basic oil change and was there over 4 hours.. Worst part is only 1 car was getting a tune up when i arrived. The employees are very slow.. Work very slow. It was definitely more talking going on than anything!

I went to this location for my car to have its annual inspection. The staff was super friendly, the wait was a little bit longer than I would I have liked but once my car got in it was rather quick .

Oil change took 2 hours to complete. Paid for tire rotation even though the website states that it comes with the oil change. Got my car back without the tires being rotated. Had to wait longer for them to bring the car back into a bay to rotate. Oil/grease stains left all around the interior roof above my door. I will not come back here.

Do Not bring your car here ..I originally brang my car in for an alternator replacement which costed me over $650 ..I drove the car home and parked in my drive way and noticed there was a huge leak on my concrete where the car was parked. My husband didn’t get a chance to drive the car until 2days after picking it up and there was no power steering fuild..apparently it leaked out all over my driveway ..my husband placed the power steering fluid only for it to immediately run out of the vehicle ..I contact them immediately and let them know what happened..the manager Anthony then calls my husband with an estimated of $713 to replace the power steering coolant..my husband agreed to have them go ahead and replace it ..immediately after getting off the phone we start to research the cost of the a power steering placement .. average price for the part was no more than $200 ..my husband then calls back and tells the guy this shouldn’t cost that much it should be around $200 ..the same gentleman then asked my husband “ well what do you think it should cost ?” My husband said no more than $200 so the price of just the piece went from $450 to now $259…completely unprofessional!!!!!! We pick up the car around 5 o’clock friday I drive 1.1 miles to my house and notice a really loud noise coming from my vehicle.my car almost sounds like a lawnmower….I called back Saturday morning and spoke with young lady by the name of Yaya who had me call a free towing service back to them ..the tow didn’t get to my house until almost 10pm Saturday night ..Sunday the shop was closed but today is Tuesday and I have not received any information about my vehicle !! This is extremely frustrating and do not recommend bringing your car to this specific meineke ever ..worst experience Ever. Worse thing about it ..when I brought my car in for the second time the customer in front of me was complaining about the same issue ..having to bring his Chevy back to back for no apparent reason ..they seriously need to be inspected!

I would like to try this establishment, however every time I call to get a price they tell me to bring the vehicle in to get a quote. Why is that? I am asking for a price on brakes, when I call anywhere else they can give me a price. The difference in price for brakes is if you need rotors and/or pads. That is simple....smh 🙄🙄

As soon as I walked inside, I was greeted by an associate who steered me to the correct area to be helped. It didnt take long to be serviced. The waiting area was Covid-19 approved. They, the technician, told me about all of the things needed for my car. Plus, they gave me picture proof. I will come back again. This was my 1at time there. Ive already told my son about their Check engine light service. He has a Cadillac that I will bring their on tomorrow.7/16/2021I went back again and was amazed again. The customer service was above and beyond. The young lady up front at the register around 5pm-6pm was phenomenal 👏. Her patience and her smile 😃 made my day.

The manager on duty was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I was watching his workers and was told rudely to take one step out of the doorway while I was talking to the technicians when they over inflated the tires on my vehicle. Then when I told the technician to leave my key in the car-he told him that “he was never to leave the key in the vehicle” - I am the customer and my wishes should be the priority. I WILL NEVER USE MEINEKE AGAIN and I have been a repeat customer. Also I had made a 7:30 appointment and the store didn’t even open until 8;00 - a 30 minute waste of my time!

I was very pleased how Victor the mechanic checked out my car and tried his very best to give me the best service as if I was one of his family members.The service manager Austin was very professional and pleasant with me as well as the other customers that I observed while waiting for my car.Finally, I found this shop to be excellent in terms of technical service, customer relations, and the cost of labor and parts were very reasonable.I highly recommend this shop to my friends and family.No worries .

Very unprofessional.The whole new crew is young and seats around and talks and plays. It wasn’t until a few customers complained about the wait that was only supposed to 30 turned into 2 and a half hours.

The check in process was a little shaky had to call to confirm appointment. There was a line of cars when I pulled in. No exterior signage to indicate to come inside to check in. Interior of the business was clean and neat good social distancing. Missed out on the little extras I usually get at oil change franchises like clean windows vacuum and air freshener. However I used an online coupon, so maybe you get that at full price? Tech did not us a floor protector left greasy footprints on my tan floor mat 🙁

The prices for services are extremely high even when they problem is not fixed. I’m really disappointed that I spent $406 just to find out I needed more work done and my AC still does not work. That’s ridiculous

Did the store management change? I arrived 15 minutes after the store opened and still has to wait 2 hours for a basic oil change. As I sat there, I observed at least 4 people being told that the wait would be 1to 1 and half hours. These people left to go somewhere else. At $40+ for an oil change x 4 oil changes, this store lost $120+ in 2 hours. Seems to me that if this place could figure out how to be more efficient with their service, they would not loose business. My wait was entirely too long. I will not be back.

Our 2004 Camry required a tune up along with few other things. My husband and I appreciate the professionalism and quality of service the pricing was within our budget, and yes conveniently located to our home.

Besides it being very busy, everything else was on point. Customer service and maintenance was great.

I usually do my own oil change, but we went out of town and I didnt have time before hand. The car was done and the guy came in I assumed to say all set. Nope. He stated I had a major oil leak at the seal. Which I know for a fact I didnt. Wanted to charge extra for a blue light test and service to fix it. No thanks buddy. Checking out and I hear him telling the customer behind me the exact same thing. What the heck?

I came in today wednesday 5/26/21 to get my car looked at and when i walked in I wasn’t acknowledged or greeted at all. The customer before me was checking out and having personal conversation with both cashiers. I still was not acknowledged. I take a seat hoping that once the customer is finished checking out maybe I will get service. The customer finishes checking out but the conversation continues and I have not been acknowledged my entire visit.

Been in here for 2+hours for a oil change. I been coming here for years but today is my LAST TIME! Everybody in here is new , kids working taking too long. They laughing & playing...so unprofessional... Im DONE WITH THIS PLACE,!

Terrible management. Got to the establishment at 12 pm. They didn’t put my truck on the lift until 3 hours later. Charged me 800+ dollars for an issue that wasn’t even taken care of. Waited another 3 hours just for my car to be taken off the lift. I would not recommend going to this place or meineke at all.

I called on a Saturday morning in need of an alternator replacement. They were able to work me in and the new alternator was installed. A bit pricey but I received a warranty, and peace of mind against battery failure during the coming hot weather season.

My brakes are replaced but there is a light squeak that is very irritating I dont know what we could be fixed but I give them eight out of a 10. Update- I took my car back after getting service because of the squeak, the technician located the issue and explained what the issue was and corrected it I am very satisfied with the service Ill be coming back I give ten of ten on service!!

Set an appointment to get my exhaust worked on. I have the confirmation email for the appointment as well. When I showed up for the appointment I was told by the front desk woman that they cant see any appointments made on their own website and I would have to come back another time. Drove 30 minutes only to be turned around at the door. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This 45 minute wait ended up being two hours but the customer service at the desk was great but if you want a quick oil change go somewhere else.

I’ve been coming to this location for years and you can tell they have new management. Although the atmosphere wasn’t very inviting when I first entered, that feeling soon changed. You can tell Tia wants to make a difference with the company thus in the consumers life, one car at a time. I only got my oil change but she communicated the other issues with my car in a way that felt like she wanted to help vs get all my money in one visit. The customer service was horrible....people kept asking me where the front desk person was. When I came in I waited about 5-10 minutes. When they finally did show up he is on the phone talking to someone about his commission being wrong. Telling the person the phone they need to get it right or they didnt have to worry about it he would leave. I just sat down and when he was done he asked what I needed.

There is an extra charge which no one could explain called shop cost. I feel it is an extra way of getting money because its the same fee on all tickets. The lady at the register acted as if I was bothering her. She was unprofessional and didnt thank me for my business.

Took my truck in for an oil change and the state inspection. They told me I needed new tires to pass inspection. I was a truck driver for nearly 20 years and know when tread is gone. They just wanted me to buy 4 new tires so they could make a sale. Frustrating. Took my truck to another shop and had it tested. Passed. Will never use this place again.

Ive been going to them for years. And come to find out when I recently went that they have been putting the wrong oil in my car. I asked the guy at the counter for the manager and he said he was the new manager and I said to him sounds like the associates havent been doing their job because no one ever offered me any specific oil change. I just go in and say I needed an oil change and they ask for my keys. All he could say was I cant speak on what theyve been doing and why. I said well Ima hold you accountable because that means that this company isnt training their associates properly. But long story short he ended up giving me a discount which was helpful but the money wasnt the issue. The issue was the wrong oil has been put into my car for the last 2 years.

They held my car wanting for an engine for two weeks. My car was held another two weeks after the engine arrived. It took another two weeks to get it fixed. I kept being told it would be ready in 2 days every 2 days. When i finally picked it up it was shaking and pulling to the right; which it wasnt doing any of that before. They said they did a test drive however there is no way they wouldnt have known this problem. I brought it back and on the way back the engine light came on. I was told nothing was coming up. This was Monday, Wednesday evening the engine light comes on again so today I bring it back and was told it was misfiring. I was told it would take a hour. It is now 6pm and no one knows what is wrong. The so called manager tells me that my son can wait on it but if it isnt done tonight then it just wont be done. So seeing that I am already missing work if I leave my son here how is he supposed to get home. Oh yeah I leave work. They are unprofessional, rude and after 6000 dollars i still do not have my car. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN

Pretty cool staff that checked me in, the wait was between 30-45 mins which wasn’t too bad. Although there was no hand sanitizer or antibacterial wipes inside the location lobby, the service was awesome my car is running pretty clean from the oil change.

They got my vehicle in and out in a timely fashion, they were very professional and polite.

They tried to charge me way to much so i left the care center and found another place much more cheaper

Just got my Nissan Altima serviced. Staff was friendly. The manager Chris kept me informed the entire time. Wayne did an amazing job on my air conditioning and it is blowing cooler than when I purchased it 8 years ago. The young lady at the front was even sanitizing the carpet. I will be back to get my oil changed.
