Dont buy a Groupon to get a detail from this outfit. I called to confirm details prior to purchase and the story changed 180 degrees when we called to schedule the appointment after purchasing the deal. I was assured a small SUV would be considered the same as a mid sized sedan. They refused to honor the value of the Groupon, accused me of lying, and was extremely rude. Groupon did apologize and refunded my purchase so I could find a more reputable business. Don’t pay attention to his response....I called prior to purchase...they lied, then denied the conversation when I scheduled. The owner was rude and disrespectful. If I could give him zero stars, I would. I have no idea if they do a good job or not when you actually get there, but their sales practices are deceptive, dishonest, and unapologetic.

This review is long overdue. I bought a 2008 Mini almost 2 years ago from Commonwealth and its been wonderful. The car has had no issues, and runs well. I love my car, and would recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from them.

Dan was our point-man and he definitely made our car buying experience easy and convenient. We had just moved from across the country this week and were in desperate need of a reliable vehicle quickly, and he delivered in the form of a Mitsubishi Endeavor. He worked with us and found a deal that worked best for our situation. We had an issue with a service light on the way home on the first day, and with a simple phone call, Dan assured us he would remedy the situation quickly. I would recommend to friends and family.

I had never seen any dealer in the past who cared about their customer problems even after 6 months of the purchase. Great work !

Consistent with the other Groupon reviews- the posted price is not exactly as it appears. I paid $45 for interior detail that I decided to walk out of when they insisted that I pay additional $20+ I don’t understand why the company does not advertise the actual price they expect people to pay up front. It’s very misleading, bad business, and lacks integrity. There’s no service or price that’s worth the lack of character and trust. I lost $45 as it is difficult to get a refund via Groupon after a couple of days, but I wasn’t going to spend more money with a company and the principle issue I did not support or agree with. I definitely wouldn’t waste any money with them- and Kudos to anyone who learns from others mistakes.

Shouldve listened to all the reviews regarding their detailing service. Purchased a Groupon for a complete detail for $85. Followed all the instructions (cleared out everything in the car, 2018 model, which still looks brand new) and booked appointment weeks in advance. When I came in, cranky guy at the front desk says I had to pay an extra $21 for taxes and other fees. This was not mentioned during the booking of the appointment, nor the voucher, despite him insisting he did (he definitely didnt). He also insisted that everyone pays this and its just a small fee at the end of the day. Horse$h1t. I dont mind paying a little extra for good service, but out of principle, I just walked out and will be asking Groupon for a refund. Shady and unprofessional. Go with the more reputable services around. You get what you pay for.

I purchased a 2005 Toyota Sequoia from here back in January and have been very pleased with the truck. Ive had zero problems and have made several long distance trips. Danish was easy to work with and honest in his sales pitch of the vehicle. I was actually on my way to buy a Sequoia from another dealer and decided to stop in here on my way just for kicks. After purchasing the Groupon I have made several attempts to have my car detailed. I have called multiple times and never had the opportunity for a Same Day Appointment as it was advertised on the Groupon. I have called and been told to call back as their computers were shut down and they would not be able tell me their next opening. I have called in the morning, in the afternoon and evening to try to just use the Groupon but I was unable.

This is one of the honest Used Car Dealership in business, Sales Manager told me what work has been done to the vehicle and my mechanic confirm it later, During my conversation with the owner he told me he dont just buy cars wipe them down and sell them, all of their vehicles are fully reconditioned. I will recommend everyone looking for used cars check them out. My BMW X5 also passed Maryland State inspection and drives like a champion.

Hello,I bought a Groupon for a car detailing service and when I called in for appointment, they asked for more money saying its for tax purposes. The person who was booking my appointment was a bit rude and he said - if you want to get it serviced, then you have to pay about 16-17$ More. He literary said in very rude manner which I cannot express with words.horrible service!!!

Owner is rude, shady with bad temper. Asked me for extra 40 dllrs to remove stains (internal detailed) which at the checked out were stains at the front seats, floor, header and dash board was still dirty. Didnt bother to cleaned or fixed instead start arguing and making excuses. I asked to bring my car outside since it was dark inside and wanted to see better but he refused. Oh he requests 5 hours to work on your car and he returned with hour and half.. This a great experience for me stop using and give opportunities to this none sense business.

The only time in my life I have received verbal abuse from an aggressive service provider! I had purchased a Groupon for a full detailing. While making the appointment I was told that there may be extra charges if there were any stains in my car that may require extra attention. Okay, reasonable. I get there and the man inspects my car and tells me there will be an extra charge due to having pet fur in my car. Pet fur??? I’m allergic to animals so definitely not the case as I do not own any. I explained to him (even though it was obvious due to the fact I’m blonde and the hairs were all long and gold) that it was my hair and I do not own pets. At this point he began to get aggressive with me and told me it was pet fur again and to check the exclusions listed on the Groupon which did indeed list pet fur. He then had the audacity to tell me if it was my hair then I must be an animal and yelled at me to get out of his store since I wasn’t accepting his bs like he expected me to. I was afraid for my safety and felt attacked. I believe his comment about me being an animal was meant as a racial slur. Please do not do business with this despicable man. No one deserves to be treated that way. I was perfectly polite the entire time, but it set him off that I stood my ground.

I had an amazing experience with this dealership! We searched for two weeks trying to find that perfect car to fit specific needs and sure enough, we found it. When I called to inquire about the car, I spoke with the sales manager named Michael. He researched everything about the car that I was interested in and was able to answer all of my questions when I expressed interest in buying the car. He was polite, patient, and a complete gentleman. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael to all of my friends and family. Not once did I think they were trying to rip me off. No Pressure. They did a great job throughly detailing my car both inside and out. Only wish they would tell you ahead of time how much time the process takes bc once I got there I was told it would be 5 hours. No one has that kind of time to sit around and wait so I was very irritated when I was told that after driving 40min to get to them. Thankfully they were nice enough to let me use their computer and was able to finish the job in less than 5 hours.A few annoyances: I asked the receptionist guy if they sold cars and he told me I can look it up online and later he texted me saying they forgot to charge me for something. Very unprofessional and he obviously needs more customer service training.

After I paid $85 on Groupon I saw on their website it was only the basic detail package. So I upgraded to the next package which was Premium and paid an extra $58.They did a great job on my car inside and out. Cleaned my engine bay. All the stains on my leather seats were gone! Even little crumbs/dirt stuck in cracks/knobs/handles were gone! Tarik was nice enough to wipe down a few more spots I noticed and pointed out. However, it looks like they forgot to clean the headliner of my car though. I noticed the same stains up there the next morning.The reason Im giving 4 stars is because they gave me a 9:30am appt and no one showed up until I called Nasir and finally someone showed up around 10:15am. I was on a tight schedule that morning.Overall, great deal and professional guys. I would recommend.

Bought a 2002 Acura MDX from Commonwealth Motorcars last night. This has been the car I have been looking for at a super good price. I need a vehicle like this to tow my boat for 5 miles twice a year but this year is my sons big Graduation from High School. We are doing a family trip to and from Florida for a big cruise for all his hard work in 12 years. He is a straight A student. But let me talk about the experience at this dealer. If you want a no pressure, relaxed car buying experience go see Mr. Dan. They get this cars from a couple of dealers that the dealers dont want to sell. They get them in top shape and since they are not a big company with a ton over overhead you have big savings. This same type of car on the dealer lot was ranging around 6.8K. I got this one from Mr. Dan at 5.3K and his fees are less than a dealer. I was allowed out on my own for the test drive. I looked at the oil, transmission oil, brake fluid, brakes, look for leaks, radiator fluid, check all operations of the radio, sunroof, windows locks, seats. I went over this car with a fine tooth comb. For a 2002 it is mechanically in great shape. Mr. Dan told me his method of after it is fixed he personally drives the car for a few days up to 100 miles to ensure he is comfortable with it before he puts it on the lot for sale. During the paper work we had a great conversation about life, cars and etc. Never had that at a dealer. Last car I bought it took 6 hours to get in and out. Here 40 minutes and that is cause we were talking it up. So really it would have been like 20-30 minutes. I have to go back to pick up the title next week where he will give me forms all filled out for the DMV so all I need to do is sign. COOL. I will be writing back to update this in a couple of months to let all know how the car is doing. Quality and the experience was great. It is a little hard to find and there are a ton of cars there. So call Mr. Dan and he will help you find it and park.

He explained toMe everything about my car, and when I lost the title he went out of his way to get me a duplicate from the original owner which was absolutely astounding. He goes out of his way for the customers and is quite friendly. If you believe theres a problem there is are so many mechanics near the dealership that he knows that he can point you to and will help address any problem you may have, for very cheap and reasonable price. The guys were great at Commonwealth Motors I had been to four car dealerships to purchase an Automobile. I wanted a 2000 to 2004Chrysler Sebering Convertible mine was total in an accident I had a 2000 Sebring JXI Convertible and I loved that car and I wanted another one.I went to Car Max and three other dealers to check on there cars.The Sebring that Car Max had was a mess and they wanted to charge me close to retail for the automobile and would not negotiate on the price at all. The reason I purchased my car at Commonwealth motors there automobiles were in immaculate condition . And the Sebring I purchase had every thing I wanted. Great Job Commonwealth Motors.
