Ted Britt Ford LincolnSep 4, 2021rmokal09 July 19 i bought a 2018 Lincoln Navigator from ted britt...July 19 i bought a 2018 Lincoln Navigator from ted britt ford Chantilly, sale person William & Roman, they bought the vehicle from the auction when I went there vehicle wasn’t at there lot I was told when the vehicle arrive we will notify you after a week or so William called me and told me vehicle is here, So I went did the paperwork I was told the vehicle is not ready we’re gonna work on it we’re going to do the oil change and we’re gonna do the other stuff and state inspection which I was okay with it, after a day I get a call from Roman that the vehicle is good to go, I went to pickup the vehicle part of the deal was they will change the rear Tires which they didn’t. Didn’t say anything sale person I was working with wasn’t there, I signed the paperwork with Hassan & Roman next morning I went to look at the vehicle in and out driver seat was messed up, head & back was cracked, so I call Roman He told no problem Mohammad bring it in and we will look at it bring it Tuesday or Wednesday so I went there Tuesday around 12 noon, Roman told used car manager is not here Henry can u bring it back next week Tuesday or Wednesday told him okay, so followingweek I went they’re Wednesday used car manager Henry was there. He said let’s walk outside and show me the vehicle what’s wrong with the vehicle which Roman already share the picture with him so we walk outside he looks at the vehicle and I tell about the rear tires he told me the tires are fine they still have tread on it which is a total BS, then finally he said okay we will change the rear tires for you, he tells me to bring the vehicle to the service lane so waited about 15 to 20 so service manager can look at the vehicle and I was told we have to order the parts they will arrive in 3 to 4 days and we will let you know when the parts arrive, after a week or so I call Henry to check up on it if the parts have arrived, he connected me with Faraz in service and told me parts are in back order we will let u know when they get here, I texted/call Roman and Henry few times they didn’t not return or answer my phone calls, Sept 3rd I call Faraz in service yes parts are here but we don’t have a loaner car for you till September 22,Best part I left a review on auto dealer website and I removed it, I have that in recording I will post that too somewhereBy far the worst dealership in whole northern Virginia,When they say we’ll take care of you, basically there saying we will F you up, first they screwed me up with the interest rate, then the vehicleCustomer service Zero,If there’s any state safety inspector please tell me if these tires could go through safety inspection, with damage to driver seat

One of the best car buying experiences ever. Was looking for a Navigator with advanced towing. Couldnt find anything worth looking at until I stumbled upon Ted Britt. Lucky enough to have Alia Gray answer the phone on a cold call to sales. From the first question I asked until the drive-off with my certified Navigator Reserve, Alia made the process as simple as possible. We drove over 5 hours for the vehicle, and the condition was exactly like Alia described! To be honest, I would make the drive again for my future vehicle needs. This is one dealership that practices Customer First. Alia was friendly, honest, and above all, wanted to make sure all of my questions were answered. First class car buying experience.

I came by to see the Ford Mach-e, but when I arrived, I came to this Lincoln dealership instead. My mistake, Just saw on Google that Ford is right next door. I ended up going to the Sterling Ford. Before I left, I was hoping to see some of the smaller Lincoln SUVs, but I didnt see any in the parking lot, but I didnt walk too far either. I didnt want to talk to any of the sales people. I saw the Navigator, and it is a nice luxury SUV. Even the one size smaller is still too big for me. I need to do more search online before I return to this dealership.

Nelsen Hernandez as an excellent sales person walking us through the details of out Ford Escape Hybrid! The car we were intersted in was not yet at the dealership, but he kept us aware of the progress for the delivery and walked us through the purchase process. Job well done. Do NOT purchases a car from this dealership. We bought a Lincoln Aviator a year ago. It had to get serviced 4 times so far - multiple recalls and other issues. They never have a loaner and there have been multiple issues with the service department. The group derive manger tries to be responsive, but his staff is incompetent and it is certainly not a luxury car experience. Worsts customer service experience.

Exceptional experience! I’ve purchased many cars but this was different. Alia my sales representative was extremely diligent and present throughout the process. We had to order a navigator to our specifications and she stayed in touch with me throughout the build process. When the car was ready, Mike Britt himself reached out to me to let me know it was ready and met me when I arrived. The process of signing all of paperwork was electronic and very fast. The team at Ted Britt made my Navigator purchase very easy. I came in for a test drive and liked the vehicle, asked if I could take it home to try out child seats etc and let my wife check it out. They got me one to drive for the night which we loved and the next day I found the one with the right color combination at another Lincoln Dealer. Samantha and Michael got to work putting together a deal for me, we agreed on terms and that evening I had my new Navigator. They didnt burn up hours of my time and they had all the paperwork ready when I came in. Smoothe experience and they called to make sure everything was still going well after the sale. Scott was in charge of my service for my Ford Explorer. He went ABOVE and BEYOND with customer service. He was keeping me in the loop along the way. I dont understand a thing when it comes to why cars have issues, however he explained everything to me in a way I understand. I was not able to pick up the car due to having 2 young children and their car seats being in the car. I asked if I could pick it up after hours and some how make it work, he put me on a brief hold and said Mrs. Warner we will drop the car off to you.... rarely do you ever see someone looking out for you and making this experience great. I would 100% recommend Ted Britt in Chantilly, and if I ever need service done again, I will ask for Scott. Again, he went above and beyond with everything.

I had an amazing buying experience with Alia! From beginning to end, even on her off days. She was just amazing. Very responsive, easy to work with and just all around transparent. Even with finding me a financer, she worked diligently to get me the Best deal, literally!! No long waits. Mind you, I am out of town. The virtual experience I had was better than the one I had with my local dealership. They overnighted the paperwork and prepaid to have it overnighted back to them. It was literally 1 week from start to finish. She even set me up with a company that shipped my vehicle to me so I did not have to drive all the way back home. Overall, just a great experience. Just leaving Ted Britt Ford Lincoln Chantilly want to charge me $500 $580 for a lab driver break holes which should be covered in the knees warrantee a $60 hose and a half hour or hour labor can’t believe that just had it in for front brakes and rotors not even 1000 miles and I’m back at the dealership already also 142 diagnostic fee I shouldn’t be charge because of all the other work that just got DONE....Definitely I’m NOT satisfied ..!!Getting the car towed to Virginia tire and auto been dealing with them for over 15 years total price155.00 out the DOOR....!!Also no manager around to discuss issues of mine really very disappointedJust picked up the part for the front left driver side part was only $10.39 they have to do better than this

I was looking for a MKZ used with low mileage. Michael Britt emailed me and we talked on the phone as well. I was up front with him about my car situation told him it was going to be a trade in. He told me to send him information about my car which I did. He refused to contact me or except my calls,text and emails. My whole thing is if you couldnt or didnt want help me then be up front with me were all adults. Just because you couldnt help me now, it doesnt mean you couldnt help later me in the near future. I believe in customer service! to the fullest and I understand that you cant please everyone. But I truly believe that customers will respect a business a lot more if they will just tell the customers the plain honest truth instead of ditching and diving

What began as an exceptionally negative experience due to dealing with 3 incredibly immature employees turned into a 5-star experience as soon as an extremely professional member of their team took over. I’ll spare readers of our initial experience and the details of the numbskulls’ actions and focus on the positive story, which occurred as soon as Gardner Britt (General Manager) got involved and gave us the car buying experience we wanted and deserved all along. We practically went from irate customers to extremely likely repeat customers overnight as the deal was not only salvaged, it went as smoothly as could reasonably be expected from that point forward. Gardner proved to us that our experience is not representative of their top leadership’s expectations. We will definitely be considering this dealership for future purchases, however, we’ll steer far clear of Alia Gray (salesperson), Danny Islam (Pre-Owned Sales Manager) and Matt Zarkesh (Finance Manager) and ensure that those who provide us with a positive buying experience will be the ones who profit from our business.

Edited because the superb service manager swiftly acted to identify the issue and make things right. Im just unlucky.-----------I have no words for how terrible the service I received from the service department was today.I dropped my Lincoln off yesterday, got a loaner (a Ford, which I dislike but its free so I cant complain) and happily awaited my warranty repair to be completed and was in no rush.This morning at around 9 AM I received a call letting me know that my car was fixed and was just awaiting a car wash.At 3PM, 6 hours later, I went to retrieve my MKZ. When I got there I was told my car was complete. I went to pay at the service desk and was informed that my car was still waiting to be washed, but since it started raining 10 minutes prior they were going to give me a raincheck. Cool, thats fine.A service person came over to tell me that theyve pulled the car around and to have a seat so they could vacuum the car. Also okay.OVER an hour later, Im told its been vacuumed.im angry at this point but hey, things happen. Then I get in the car, where absolutely 0 vacuuming had been completed. So I waited an hour at the dealership for absolutely no reason if I could attach pictures of my un-vacuumed seats to a review I would. It was jnsane.Then I turn my car on to find that my preferred bluetooth connection is now someone from the dealerships iPhone who didnt even have the courtesy to disconnect.Unbelievable. I had a great buying experience last year here but will be shopping around for a new service center. This was utterly the worst experience Ive had at a service center for any of my cars. I do not understand how they could get my climate control module replaced in 5 working hours but it took more than 8 hours to wash and vacuum the car and STILL not have done either. I would have greatly preferred to be called back in tomorrow with a car properly serviced and would have been none the wiser.

If I could give this dealership a 6/5 I would. Their customer service is outstanding, which made our buying experience quick and easy. We were at the dealership for less than two hours, and anybody with dealership experience understands that the process is much more lengthy than that. Mahlik Higgs was the sales consultant that handled our business needs. He was incredibly kind and was extremely educated on the vehicles that we were interested in, so he was able to give us the valuable information we were seeking. We also spoke with Tony Habibi, the finance manager, who was, also, incredibly kind and went out of this way to help us understand every aspect of the purchase we were making. If you are looking for a place to buy a Lincoln, I highly advise bringing your business to them. I will be recommending future customers to them.
