I requested photos and video due to the vehicle being 700 miles away. He quickly obliged. After further inspection the vehicle needed the headliner replaced. Claude promptly took the vehicle to a upholstery shop.I made a $1000 deposit for the car.Received a contract for the vehicle.Sent a check Express to the dealership.The check was missing a signature. Totally my mistake.Claude informed me no worries. I will send the check back for signature.Claude was called out on family business.The owner Rafik allowed another salesman to sale a vehicle for which HE HAD A $1000 DEPOSIT, A COMPLETED CONTRACT AND A CHECK FOR THE FULL AMOUNT.After expressing my experience and qualms with the owner. I was informed that he had to be fair to the other salesman AND IT DOES NOT MATTER TO HIM WHO SALES THE VEHICLE!As the owner. It should had be expressed to the team that the vehicle is SOLD no other inquiries will be taken unless the deal does not close.BE CAUTIOUS WHEN WHEN PURCHASING FROM THE DEALERSHIP.THE SALES PEOPLE ARE SALES CLERKS NOT SALESMAN AND ARE UNETHICAL.THEY WILL SELL VEHICLES THAT THEY KNOW TO BE SOLD.THEY STEAL SALES FROM THEIR FELLOW COWORKERS.IF THEY WILL STEAL SALES FROM THE PEOPLE THEY SPEND MORE TIME WITH THAN THEIR FAMILIES THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED!THE DEALERSHIP ALSO CHARGES A $900 PROCESSING FEE FOR VEHICLES PRICED ABOVE MARKET RATE.WHEN INQUIRING ABOUT THE $900 FEE I WAS TOLD IT CANNOT BE REMOVED NOR CAN IT BE DEDUCTED FROM THE PRICE OF THE VEHICLE!

I would think several times before buying a vehicle from this dealer!!We purchased a 2007 Honda Ridgeline from them last month – September 2021. We had to initially return to the dealership several times before making the final purchase. Either the truck was not ready, the paperwork was not ready, or it had not been inspected yet. It came with a 30 day/3000-mile warranty. Twice within the first month we had to get it jump started. The third time the truck completely died electronically. We had it towed to the local Honda dealership. Luckily for us the third time it died was on the 30th day of the warranty. I called both the warranty company and the salesman, Wael Barakat. He told me he would get back to me.We have come to find out that the truck needed several engine repairs, and the frame was rusted through. It was fixed but not properly. Again, I called the salesman. Once again, he told me he would get back to me – which he hasn’t yet. The truck broke down almost 2 weeks ago. The Honda dealership explained which items needed to be repaired or replaced. The estimated cost is well beyond $5000.00 (which does not include fixing the frame!) The warranty company is only willing to cover a portion of one item. Therefore, leaving the remaining repairs for me and my wife to pay.Also, the salesman said the truck had a clean title. We are beginning to question that as well. When my wife asked about the title, he belittled her and sounded as if he was making fun of her for asking. He mentioned that he would take care of sending the paperwork to the DMV. I told him that I already had a plate to transfer to the truck and I would take care of it. It has been almost 6 weeks since we purchased the truck, and the West Virginia DMV has no record of it being registered or even in the state. The only thing that shows it is in WV is because we have insurance on it.So here we are almost 6 weeks later with a dead truck, expired temporary tags, no title and needing several thousand dollars in repairs – which amount to over half of the original selling price.I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE! I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

Ended up not purchasing a car, though this was through no fault of the dealership . Nelson and the rest of the team did their absolute best to get me the best deal possible, and had the banks been willing to work under the conditions I needed to work, would have definitely driven off in a new vehicle. Nelson was completely professional, down to earth, honest and upfront about everything throughout the entire process. Once the time comes for me to look again at getting a new vehicle, and would highly recommend them in the future.

I never bought a car unseen in my 60 years, but in desparation decided to try it. TAC and especially Wael, were wonderful!! They took care of everything making it painless to purchase and even ship. I PURCHASED a used Range Rover Sport from Elie here two years ago and he really looked after me and my family. His dealings were very respectful, honest, and well intended. When it was time to collect the vehicle he had replaced/upgraded the tires from those during the test-drive. The car drove like new. Routine SERVICING was required this week so I brought it back to Elie and his team. The final cost was many hundreds of dollars cheaper than that quoted from a well known Landrover Dealership and the Automotive team once more detailed the car immaculately (inside and out). We bought a 2007 Pontiac Gtp from this place a little over 2 weeks ago and were still waiting on a delivery so im starting to get a little concerned but other than that good customer service

We purchased two vehicles - 2008 Lexus RX400h and 2012 Chevy Volt - from The Automotive Company last summer, with Elie and Claude primarily facilitating the transactions and subsequent interactions. Prices of the vehicles and value of our trade-in were fair, and the process was straightforward. Despite some minor maintenance and some back and forths with getting the vehicles in proper condition, including the use of loaner vehicles, we would recommend this dealership. Due to the inconvenience of having to wait for some additional maintenance on one of the vehicles, they extended the warranties for both vehicles from 3 to 6 months - we did not need to use either of the warranties. They were professional, accommodating, and took responsibility for their cars. Their inventory is diverse and appear to be in good condition - we test drove 4 vehicles. At the very least, it is worth a visit.

I bought a 2009 Black 4Runner from these folks based on photos on website which will be my last time. I have done this many times before but it only take one bad experience and I won’t do it again. There were a whole bunch of issues but one was the car showed up with the check engine light and others. Seller agreed to pay for fix which was great. However that was the only the beginning of my troubles…the front brake system had to be replaced the brake pads were down to 16th” and the rotors, calipers and pads had to be replaced. The under body was so rusted that it took 3 hours just to get brakes off to be replaced since the Cooter pin was rust in place. They told me before they sold it that it only had minor rust…lie! They sent me the title unsigned and I had to FedEx back to them and did not even reimburse me at my request for the $45. All I can say is beware and don’t trust…

Staff was was nice and professional on the phone. Had a deposit on a truck and when I got to the dealership I went on a test ride. Truck immediately showed signs of transmission failure and would jolt/slip around 5mph. I received my deposit afterwards. Just my time wasted at the end of the day.

I give this dealership massive credit for doing the right thing for the customer in spite of sending a car to auction where they almost certainly would have made more money off it. When I got to the dealership, the car I requested was being prepped for transport by truck to an auction in the next 3 hours. Nonetheless, the salesperson I spoke to when I walked in had a coworker bring it around front for me to test drive. I asked if there were any issues with the car beyond the scuffed paint mentioned in the Carfax, and they said that it was in perfect shape. The price was so much below KBB value, I insisted that they let me take it to the nearby Lexus dealership to have the manufacturer techs do a full blown inspection. Sitting in the waiting room, I braced myself for bad news. Cars nearly identical to mine with twice as many miles were going for 25-30% more than what I paid. The Lexus mechanics said it passed every single point of their official inspection, and Id be a fool not to buy the car for the sticker price.Now had I overpaid for the car, I would have been annoyed with two things. One, the paperwork they sent to the credit union they set me up with had multiple typos that required a 20 minute phone call to fix, and two, they bought the car in Fall 2020 with around 13.5K miles on it, and added on another 1K by the time I bought at the end of March. I understand all dealerships have a few company cars but I would have liked the mileage listed online to have been closer to the odometer. I do want to stress again that these were small potatoes given how much money I saved compared with buying a Lexus Certified vehicle. I definitely will check their inventory the next time Im in the market for a used car.

Cant say enough good things about The Automotive Company. Claude Bukasa was my sales consultant and he was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. No pressure buying experience and great prices. I purchased a 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser from them.Driving home the Check Engine Light (CEL) came on. I took it back to The Automotive Group and they were able to pull the CEL code which was P0016. They informed me that they had replaced the crank sensor before I took ownership and thought they had resolved the issue. Unfortunately, they informed me it would need the timing chain replaced but assured me it would be covered under their 3 month warranty which I paid for.I will be taking it in to have this service completed next week. They are also providing me a loaner vehicle. You cant ask for better service! Very thankful for The Automotive Group and I will be purchasing another vehicle from them very soon!

We bought a car from Eli at the Automotive Company, and he really did the right thing by us. As a used car, it had some issues within the first two weeks that we bought it, but Eli and the Automotive Company showed a commitment to taking care of their customers the whole way through.

Would not recommend. Have had a bad experience since purchasing a vehicle in November. Elie and Claude said we could not have delivery of the vehicle due to a broken seat belt, which is a safety hazard. Kept the car well into the night the second day.....to not fix the seatbelt and still deliver the vehicle, must not think much of the safety hazard. Had to have that completed by a competent dealership for over $600. Still battling to receive my title because they updated DMV with an incorrect address. I will say Elie has been pleasant while not delivering on an overpriced vehicle. Should never have purchased the vehicle, it has been a hazard and money pit.

I was very stressed out when purchasing my first vehicle especially since people always say terrible things about car sales men and how they push product on you. My experience was very different. Extremely happy with my recent car purchase from the Automotive Company. Eli was excellent and worked everything remotely, which allowed me to take car of all the paperwork in advance (we just moved back to the states from overseas). I recently purchased a used 2005 Lexus RX 330 from The Automotive Company, and I’m very pleased with the customer service and the vehicle. My salesperson, Antimo, was very pleasant and was not aggressive/did not rush me to make any purchases. Personally, the price I paid for the vehicle feels a bit too high (although the interior and exterior look amazing considering it’s a 15-year-old car), but I’m confident that it will be reliable (I was able to drive it over to my mechanic alone to get it inspected) and I’m happy to be giving The Automotive Company my business - I fully intend to purchase my next vehicle from them in several years. This dealership is absolutely amazing. Ive been wary of used car dealerships in the past due to some shady practices Ive seen, however this shop is nothing like the others. Their staff is personable and do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. I purchased a 2015 BMW X3 from them and they had it delivered to my house within the week. Not only was it delivered, but they included an entire 2.5 gal case of DEF since I have a diesel engine at no charge to me. I found the Audi Q5 I wanted in the color combo I wanted. The problem was it was in VA and I was over 500 miles away. As it turns out, it wasnt a problem at all. Elie walked me through the entire process from start to finish, took multiple calls and text from me and made me feel comfortable enough to trust him and the condition of the car. Look, normally, I would never purchase a car sight unseen. But on the strength of their reviews across multiple sites and the fact that they offered a six month warranty from a company that also has great reviews (not common at all for warranty companies), after I prayed about it, I decided to take the car. We negotiated and I was very happy with the price. Elie even got me a great deal on the transport of the car and it was delivered Christmas Eve. I ended up not being able to pick up the car because I got really sick and he made every accommodation available to me to make sure that the delivery went smoothly. I am very grateful for Elies attention to detail and quick response to my texts even after the check for the car was cashed. He even filled the car with gas and changed the oil before he sent it to me. Elie is definitely not your typical car salesman. He cares about how he treats people and you can tell from the first time you speak with him. This was an experience I will never forget. If I ever need another car, the Automotive Company will be the first place I will look.

I recently bought a vehicle from The Automotive Company. Elie and JP are the most honest, genuinely good people and car dealers I’ve ever dealt with. So many things grabbed my attention from how clean the car was, how pleasant was to talk to them and all the small things that made me want to buy the car right away. I bought a great BMW X5 it was so clean in and out I momentarily liked and knew this is the car I came for. Also did you know they help the planting of 5 trees for every car they sell. A real example of a great business. In days when it’s so hard to find good and honest dealers these guys set the bar so high and the only thing I can do is to wish them luck and hope more people find out who they are. They deserve it.

To start with, we called these guys mid day on Saturday about a vehicle they had online for sale. We were 7 hours away and would not be getting there until their listed close time. We were told it was no problem, they would wait for us.Not only did they wait for us, they let us go over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb, and never once rushed us. They held the vehicle for us (Lexus RX400h) all day (on a Saturday) because we said we were on our way....NOBODY ever wants to hold a vehicle, especially on a weekend, but these guys did exactly that.At the end of the day business is business and they are in the business of selling cars, however, I truly felt like they were more in the people business than the car business. We have NEVER recommended a used car dealer...Until Today.FWIW, we bought a 1 Owner Lexus SUV in fantastic condition for such a great price we drove 7 hours to get it. That should speak for itself.

If there were 5 more stars to give, theyd absolutely get em from me. Im from buffalo and bought an 05 GMC yukon denali over the summer. The body and interior was in great shape, but discovered almost 2 months and 5k miles later that the frame was bad. I figured I was totally Fd and that there was no way a used car dealer 7 hours away was going to do anything for me at that point. As soon as I brought this to Elies attention, he assured me that they were completely unaware of the issue, and that they would make it right and find me another one at no additional cost to me regardless of how long it took them. As skeptical as I was that they would actually come through, Elie fully kept his word and found me another denali that far exceeded my expectations in terms of both quality and condition. I cant say enough about how great Elie and everyone else who works here is to deal with and what good and honest people they are. They could have easily left me high and dry, but Elie and the owner worked with me every step of the way and I couldnt possibly be more grateful. We bought a 2005 Nissan Pathfinder from them through eBay. We didnt see the car prior to purchase as we live overseas, so we just trusted the information they provided. We were very pleased with the whole experience and we will by again from them if we need.

A little background: When I purchased the vehicle, about 2,000 miles later I discovered significant oil loss. Brought it to the Hyundai dealership and they wanted to charge me $4,800 to have engine block replaced after 2 weeks of troubleshooting. Brought it back to The Automotive Company and their mechanic found it was a small PCV valve ($10 part) that needed replaced in less than 24 hours. This was installed free of charge. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I am very happy with the purchase.

I looked at 7 cars before I came to The Automotive Company and honestly no one was even close to these guys when it came to service, no bs and a great deal was given to us.

This is a nice small dealership and the management seems like great people. They were very inviting and quick to look at the car I was interested in. The price for the car I looked at may have been fair for the quality, but the quality wasnt quite up to par with what I was looking for.
