Couldnt recommend Auto Icon enough. The main salesman, Carlos, came in on short notice on his day off to show me one of his cars. He was friendly and knowledgeable about his inventory and cars in general.The overall condition of the car was immaculate for the mileage. Carlos went through the cars history, maintenance schedule, and what had been done on it recently. It was a great deal, so I ended up buying that day. I have no complaints about it so far, and have already put a decent amount of mileage on it.This was the most relaxed and low pressure car buying experience Ive been through and would be happy to go again, but probably wont need to anytime soon.

Edit 2: the stuff ended up arriving 13 days after I made the first phone call, 7 days after it was sent out. According to Carlos, even though the battery and alternator werent included in the warranty, he wouldve worked something out if I had contacted him before hand. Obviously he doesnt work at the post office and is only responsible for sending the tags out later than he said. Take this information as you want.Edit: The day after I bought the car, the alternator and battery died. Obviously theres no way to know if this was a coincidence or not, but he had claimed the car was looked over by a mechanic beforehand. After replacing that the car has been running fine. However, one month later I still do not have the new tags and title. I called him one week before mine expired asking for new ones, and he said hed send them out on the next business day and that theyd arrive the day after. When i asked the following week where they were, he said in an unsure tone that hed sent them out the day before yesterday and provided me with a tracking number. Unfortunately for me, this tracking number is somebody elses entirely. With the buisnes being so competitive in the area I expected better service. After purchasing the car he asked me and Im assuming most other people to leave 5 star reviews, and Id be willing to bet most people dont bother to update theirs after the fact.Amazing service from Carlos! He was really upfront and understanding and I was able to get car of my choice. Instead of covering up the flaws he showed them and asked if i had any concerns about anything. Be sure to give them a call if they have any cars youre interested in.

We just bought a Prius c, it was our first time buying a car from a dealership! and we loved it. The service is great. Carlos is the best! He answered all our questions, showed us the way, was wonderful and savvy, and offered all the professional assistance one person can give.

After waiting almost 5 months for them to bring the right part to my fiance (airbag), it ended up not even being the right part. I would NEVER recommend this place. They are shady. I go to a different mechanic and he said this place should definitely be shut down. I will be contacting our lawyer because first its illegal to sell a car with something wrong with the airbag. And they have yet to get the right part and now we will have to pay out of pocket to have someone else fix THEIR mess up. Just unbelievable.

Great help honestly especially with my first car. 10/10 would recommend.Update: I’ve been waiting for them to fix a part in my car since i got it. Once i bought the car the communication started going off. They ordered the part about 2-3 weeks ago and had no communication. I’ve had to check on it and supposedly the only mechanic is out. With an important part like wiring for the airbag i think it’s pretty important that it gets fixed. I’ll post an update if it ever gets fixed.

I gave one star because theres not a choice for zero stars. We drove three and a half hours to look at a GMC truck. We were told there were no problems and it ran great. We noticed bubbling underneath the paint along the wheel rim. We decided to take it to a shop and have it checked out. We are so glad we did! They put it on a lift and it was ridden with rust! Thats what the bubbles were underneath the paint... Rust! There were also no ball joints in the front, it needed suspension work, wheel bearings and other things that totaled over $4,700! When we returned and told the manager, Sam, he denied it and said that the truck ran great and that the Goodyear shop only wanted money! He told us to get another opinion. We had already spent over $75 to have it checked out. we were underneath the truck at the shop and saw all the problems! IF YOU DO CHOOSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OUTFIT TAKE THE CAR TO A REPUTABLE SHOP AND HAVE IT CHECKED OUT! $75 saved us over $18,000!BUYER BEWARE!

They wouldnt budge on the price of the car and tried to convince me that it was an awesome buy, but I quickly discovered one issue after another to the point I became annoyed with dealing with them on the issues. I did allow their neighboring mechanic to perform work early on that ended up being a questionable repair. I havent done anything but put out money for one thing or another. It also wouldve been an act of good customer service to have fueled the car enough to travel more than 10 miles after purchase.

Short version- pleasant, easy experience with affable staff for a low-mileage porsche panamera in excellent condition. carlos is more than capable of helping in spanish, as well as english, as the conversation switched back and forth with ease. would recommend.longer version- my mother was looking for an AWD porsche with low mileage and reasonably priced. well, didn’t auto icon motor group have a thoroughbred on its hands? it happened to be in the exact colour she was looking for. after a test drive, we took it to get checked independently, and there was nothing wrong with the car. however, that step took longer than hoped, so we got back at their closing time. both carlos and sam stayed patiently. i have dealt with car salespeople who have run the gamut in terms of their strategy/persona towards the “mark.“ some have been nice, but some have been obnoxious and i’ve left wondering, “does that even WORK on anyone?“ both carlos and sam appeared to be their genuine selves, which was welcome. interspersed in the closing points of the deal was blithe, personal, and sometimes irreverent conversation. carlos was thorough, and sam gave some suggestions for porsche-related service, since this was a first-time porsche purchase. overall, it was a painless experience and i would go back if they had a car i was interested in purchasing.

If I could give zero stars I would. They sold me a car with a oil leak, and smoking problems. Come to find out it has a faulty turbo. Upon the arrival the man was late, knowing I was traveling 3 hours for the vehicle. The outside of the car was dirty. They never gave me both plates. They took WAY over time needed to get my new plates to me. They never changed the oil AFTER we asked if it had been done recently they said it was done the day before, we change the oil and it’s black like it hadn’t been changed the throughout the whole cars existence. They told me they’d refund me for having to change the oil, and I NEVER saw a penny of reimbursement. Very unprofessional, the dealer never went through any of the papers with me, just told me to sign. Thankfully I had my mom to ready through them with me. SO NOT RECOMMEND!

I received my title one day before my tags were to expire. It failed Maryland inspection badly. So when I called seeking assistance I was offered some help by their mechanic which I never was forwarded his information. This place is one step below shady. Once you purchase a vehicle you are on your own. I gave them one star because it wouldn’t let me post otherwise.

I bought a 2013 Mazda Cx9 from AUTO ICON MOTOR GROUP LLC from Omar&Dennis. The car had the service light on at the time we test drive it. I been told by them that the light is on because replacing the engine oil was due. They did change the engine oil and they did sell the car to me with the service light on, claiming the they dont know how to reset the service light. When I receive the car they only give me one key although it had two keys. They informed me that they will mail me the second key along with tax paperwork. Couple weeks later the car broke down, bad alternator, also we found out that the service light was on because the transmission oil was due not the engine. I call the owner Omar Awan told him the story, and he asked me to fix the car and he will help me with bill. I spent $470 for the part and labor to fix the alternator. Omar never mailed any check, second key, and the tax paperwork. Then I found out that these people are scam, when my temporary plate was about to get expire, I called him a week before the temp plate get expire and texted him as well. The last week of my plate getting expire I called him almost every day. He didnt answer me phone calls and was just texting me saying that second temporary plate is in the mail and he will text you tracking number but he never did. So the temporary plate got expired and he never mail me one. I live in Maryland and his shop is in Virginia so I couldnt go to his shop. Finally I called police on him, and when the officer talked to him he was claiming that he mailed the plate already, and he will text us the tracking number, and as usual he was lying. Then he did text me, he was so upset because I call the police, and he did mentioned that he will NOT mail in the second key or a check for the repair. Then I called the officer that hold the case again, because I knew that Omar was planning to steal the car. Also I told the officer to ask him to stop texting me because he started to text me like crazy. Eventually I did receive the plate and the second key two days later but no check for the repair, and off course three day after my temporarily plate got expired. I found out from package information that he never mail out the plate or the second key until the day I called the police. Im planning to take him to court, I have recorded all the phone calls between I and him and also have the text messages. Also Im share my experience online hopefully no one buying cars from them anymore and fall in the same mistake.
