Additionally, the facilities were clean and amenities a nice touch while I waited on my vehicle. The parts section was also very helpful! I wholeheartedly recommend this dealer!

MB of Chantilly has always treated me and my family with respect and has superior customer service. I purchased my first vehicle with them several years ago (from Brian Addy who had since been promoted and well-deserved). I use them for my scheduled maintenance and the technicians always communicate well and work is done timely. On my recent visit I had Service B done and needed annual inspection and the cost was free for the service. I also received complimentary wheel alignment and tire rotation. They always return your car washed and like new! Thank you to Lauren Louis! The facility is clean and waiting area is very comfortable. Highly recommend MB Chantilly to purchase your Benz and for your service needs!

I came to this Chantilly dealership on 09/29/2021. Milton was very helpful and provided exceptional customer service which I haven’t seen in any other Mercedes Benz dealerships! On top of being super friendly and nice, he noticed that I have expiring VA inspection and suggested to get it done the same day since I was already at the dealership for the oil change service. I was at Mercedes Benz Chantilly for maintenance B. I was promptly attended to. There were many cars for service at that time but it seemed like they attended to me first. Of course there were more attendants handling other customers so no one had to wait. The maintenance service overall was great! They even took care of my vehicle’s State Inspection for Free. I think that was brilliant. The staff was very professional and pleasant. Thank you MB for the excellent service as always!!

Mercedes Benz advertised 450$ a month, 36 months with 4k down. 10k miles a yearThe number Mercedes-Benz Chantilly gave me before even checking my credit..was $758 a month with 0 down for a 7500 miles a year lease.When I said what happened to the 450$ a month and Id be willing to put 4k down....I was laughed at.Its just classic advertising.....it doesnt mean anythingIf it doesnt mean anything then why do they advertise it.Well Im in sales and I know these tricks. My intention was to buy a c class not lease one. Good, honest salesmen provide great service to EVERY client, not only ones who plan on spending the most.Step your game up and keep your word. When u cant keep your word dont laugh at people.

I worked with Wesley Chen (sales consultant) and his team to acquire the Sprinter Van of our dreams. Im based out of state in California and Wesley made the online / virtual transaction incredibly smooth. He was responsive and I trusted him despite never having met him in person. The dealership faced a number of challenges with factory production delays and scarce information from MB. They were transparent and I always felt they had my best interests at heart. In the end, to compensate for delays they went above and beyond and shipped the van to me outright at no additional cost. Ive worked with many dealerships in my life and this is truly one of the best, they just do whats right for the customer. I wish them great continued success.

I was coned by this dealership, I bought a 2015 C300 from them, before I bought the car the salesman was sweet and polite, picked up the phone every-time I called him, Since I was from out of state and thought I was dealing with reputable MB authorized dealer , I figured I’m safe to do the transaction over the phone and believe what he is telling me, I specifically asked him if there is anything wrong with the car, he said there were 2 minor issues which I agreed to, and none of them i listed here, because I knew about them, but my surprise was when I got the car, he lied to me about major issues in the car that he did not disclose, the check engine light was on and when I ran the diagnostic it showed the error code was erased 50 miles earlier, which means that he knew about it, it was the crankcase ventilation, also the battery warning light was on right in the middle of the dashboard, in orange color, which makes it impossible to miss, when I told him about it, he said, oh I thought the battery need to charged, really?? Also every time I step on the brakes the whole care shakes, brakes and rotors, scratches were all over the car, I called him to see if we can reach some kind of agreement on those repairs, it took him 3 days to answer my call to say that the car is sold as is and he is not responsible for any repairs and hung up on me, this can not me the M B that I know, this is a cheap con job that Im sure any reputable dealer would not do, EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND WIULD NEVER RECOMMENDED HIM TO ANYONE.

The service appointment was easily made on line. My service advisor, Lauren, was readily available and quickly noted items that needed to be addressed for my car, and promptly dispatched me with a loaner. She called to give the status of the car service and called when the car was ready for me to pick up. When I arrived to get my car, she had the necessary paperwork readily available, explained the service performed and asked if I had any question. She is quick, efficient, professional, and personable. I am a very satisfied customer.

THE WORST dealershipTHE WORST experienceHorrible customer serviceWant to know how horrible it is? We left the dealership without the service being completely done after waiting from 9am until 4pm, no one notified us or called us to let us know anything. My wife and I had to contact them to figure out if the car was ready. Then they said to come back after 5:40 to check on one more thing plus a car wash. After running more errands and showing up at 6:30 (giving them plenty of time to have the car done and ready), no one was at the front or greeted us or anything. Finally, someone came and helped after waiting a few moments, and they gave us the receipt and let us know everything was good and done. I got my car back DIRTIER THAN BEFORE, and very unsatisfied. After talking with the employees, they started having an attitude with me and lied and said they already cleaned the car(which clearly wasn’t done at all). I ended up leaving the dealership frustrated with how everything went here and called corporate. For as long as they kept my car, you would think that they would do what was supposed to be done. My biggest concern is that they never completed the maintenance service I came for and just put down that they did. Very unprofessional business.

Scheduling the service, check in and pick up were all excellent. They successfully fixed a door noise that was very annoying! The only issue I had was after paying for a tire rotation and alignment, driving home my low tire pressure light came on. I checked the pressure and it was indeed low. Since my van has an air compressor, I filled up the tires along the side of the road. I would have hoped that ensuring tire pressure was correct was part of the overall process when doing an annual service and tire rotation. I will take my car back because the hard stuff was done very well, and the customer service was top drawer. just disappointing that I drove away and had an issue that needed immediate attention.

While traveling to New England from Georgia to pick up my Father in law that recently broke a hip my 2015 Sprinter with only 55,000 miles started making a wheel noise. I went to this dealership to have it looked at, and while I realize that this is a non scheduled repair the communication is just one way, my wife or I calling the dealership. Meanwhile we continue to spend money on a hotel room and the specter of putting my wife’s Father in a home until we are able to get there. My biggest complaint is that there is no communication at all. Calls are made, email is sent and NOTHING.Besides that the debacle of the emissions issue with this Sprinter, the vehicle “grows” rust! The condition of not only the rotors but the calipers and the caliper bracket was criminal. I’ve changed out brakes on vehicles with over 150,000 miles that looked better than these brakes did at 54,000! It’s NOT this dealership fault that Mercedes threw quality out the window…

I rely on his expertise to receive the best service possible. My last visit was only for state/emission inspection but Cris fit me in his busy schedule without an appointment. I really appreciate the quick turnaround as well. I plan to visit again.

Took my car in for several issues, tech flat out forgot to take care of 2 of them, and they are trying to double charge me for parts that are supposed to be included in the routine maintenance AND A VEHICLE RECALL. Definitely will NOT be taking my car back there for service again. And seriously, digital service fee, and $1.62 for washer solvent? I mean, talk about charging for nonsense. When the regular maintenance is 650 dollars, dont be ridiculous by charging for washer fluid. Apparently some customers get state inspections for free, according to other reviews, but I got charged. Overall, beyond unimpressed.

I worked with Ms. Mariela Rodriguez to test drive two vehicles; she was amicable, professional, very knowledgeable about the vehicles I requested, flexible in meeting my needs, and generally an exceptional salesperson. She provided all the information that I needed to know throughout the process for every aspect that I needed explained to me, and as this was my first time going to purchase a vehicle for myself, this was quite a lot. Please have a mechanic or someone that knows vehicles with you before purchasing a used vehicle from Mercedes of Chantilly. They sold me a lemon in February 2021. I expected to do some repairs when I purchased the vehicle but not replace a whole entire engine! Im a single mom thats also a student with minimum income. It took me so long to save up enough money to buy a vehicle only to be walking again a couple of months later! Ive been continuously calling Matt one of the sales managers there to deal with this but he doesnt return my calls! I apologize but its very frustrating when you work hard just to get ripped off and they treat you like youre the problem!

Went above and beyond to rectify the initial issue and i took back my car being cleaner than i have ever seen it before. 10/10 serviceTook my mercedes in for a recall.First off - took longer than promised.Got the car back and wasn’t washed and vacuumed as promisedThe other thing that bothered me was that my dash cam was unplugged and the wires leading to the dash cam were not tucked away behind the headliner as i hd them before.Hasty work and poor service. The experience was awesome! Eric was so professional ans so caring. He has shown a high level of patience, he explained everything from A to Z, had responses to our never-ending questions. He was very well organized in his presentation. This is the most unprofessional dealership ever. They sent me a purchase order for a 2011 Jaguar. I got funded from my bank and spent an entire day leaving messages and calling. No answer. The following day I reach someone to find Freddie was on vacation and the sold the car that morning. They left me, my agent and my bank hanging after so much run around and hard work. One bad experience might be an aberration. Twice in a row begins a trend. In both cases a simple oil change with a scheduled appointment took nearly two hours. Both times were almost identical, starting with my service advisor who couldnt be found, another service advisor finally deciding to take over, and a car that sat ready without being notified. When I got tired of waiting, I went back to the service area and there sat my car. My favorite up charge on the bill was a $1.65 digital service fee. I have no idea what this is.Im not expecting Jiffy Lube speed, but I am expecting some level of efficiency and professionalism. What Ive experienced so far is amateur hour at Mercedes prices.

Its been a year since weve had our 1500 Sprinter Van. Absolutely love the vehicle. Our sales rep, Michael was great and Im still in touch with him as we will end up purchasing another van for our company. The customer service is a problem. We were told our vehicle could be tied up for as much as (2) days just to get an oil change, inspection and have them look at the (3) recalls that have been issued over the last year. We were never offered a loaner van to use during this time. This is forcing us to use our local mechanic for the oil change and inspection and not the dealer. Very disappointed with this situation and not sure if we will use them going forward.

Mercedes of Chantilly went above and beyond every time I spoke to my service advisor Christian. I can’t remember the last time where a company truly exhibited the meaning of customer service. The utmost care and concern was given in addressing every issue with my 2004 SLK32 AMG. I had a major hydraulic leak that significantly damaged the headliner beyond repair. Christian contacted their upholstery vendor and coordinated everything. Besides the other wear and tear items that had to be replaced and the amazing detailing that was completed, my car looks and drives like a brand new car!! Thank you so much Mercedes of Chantilly. As long as I have my roadster, I won’t be taking her anywhere else!!!

Really disappointed.Saw an advertisement for a 2016 Land Rover LR4 and immediately made an appointment to test drive the vehicle. My wife and I drove 45 minutes each way to the Mercedes Benz Chantilly dealer from Washington DC to find out that car wasnt actually serviced completely. The car had an engine noise that needed some repair and parts. They also told me that they were going to replace the back breaks as well.Our test drive lasted less than five minutes, you can hear the thumping sound coming from the engine and it was a bumpy uncomfortable ride.Why did they put an ad for a vehicle that wasnt ready to be sold at all????We werent even offered an apology.I will make sure to tell to everyone in my circle to stay away from this dealer.You just cant trust them!

While it might be “legal,” it’s definitely not ethical.When a service representative says that certain services are recommended, one must immediately ask if it is truly required, or what should cost $100 for an oil change will become an $800 bill, and for no good reason.I’ve witnessed such representatives do this for customers requiring only routine services such as oil changes being up sold to purchase an entire set of new tires when the current set had less than 40,000 miles.Such practices are common at all dealerships, but that doesn’t make them right.Beware your pocketbook with all dealerships, including this one.The work we have had done at this dealership has been solid, but not without having to navigate the up sell nonsense, and some instances of explaining technical issues incorrectly under the assumption that the customer would not actually know the subject matter.I fear for those who are not familiar with automobiles and engines in receiving service from such places. Better to develop a relationship with your own mechanic.

WE EXPECTED MORE BUT GOT LESS! We brought our Sprinter work van in to have recall work performed on it. We were asked to bring it on a Wednesday and it was not taken back into the service shop until Monday morning the following week. Called numerous times to ask for updates and left many messages for both our Service Representative and the Service Manager. We NEVER heard back from the service manager and finally heard back from our Service Rep. Very frustrating experience!! Returning phone calls and keeping customers up to date on the progress of their vehicles seems reasonable and can go a LONG way in keeping customers and yet we did not get the feeling that this is something Mercedes Benz strives to do. We are so disappointed that we are now left looking for other Service Centers in the area that we can take our vehicle to when it needs work in the future.

Very satisfied with the service. Purchased the vehicle there. The salesman Zabed was very patient and helpful.They also helped me with the financing. I had a pre-approval letter from my bank but they suddenly changed terms when it came to paying for the car. The lady from the financing was patiently helping me with dealing with this situation.Would recommend.

AVOID SCAMS AT THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!In short, I drove my car there normally for a maintenance service. However, when I picked up the car, one tire was punctured. And they told me to buy four new tires. My tire magically got punctured in this dealership.After dropping off the car, I received a call saying they found tires had bad wear. For a 15,000 miles car, all four tires need to be replaced because of wear? OK I guess it is somehow possible? Then I said just finish the service for today and I will check my tires in person then decide.THEN MAGIC HAPPENED!!! When I got there, I found my left rear tire was entirely flat. They said I have a punctured tire. EXCUSE ME!?!? A young staff came to me and said rudely that the problem is your tire is punctured and need to be replaced. what you want from us? You need to pay for replacements. Probably there are nails in your road to our dealership He spoke like I shirk of the responsibility and want to rip off the dealership. I told him that I drove here without any tire pressure issue this morning but the tire pressure became zero at your dealership. He acted like Im lying and then went how do you know? OKAY so the only way my car can get out safely is to pay for four new tires right? Worst Mercedes dealer I have ever encountered! PLEASE AVOID IF YOU DO CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR!!!

Traveling from Berthoud Colorado to Manassas Va. in West Virginia the dashboard lights came on for low tire pressure, engine light, and the DEF light came on. Looking on the InTERnet I found Mercedes- Benz of Chantilly was rated 3.0 and thinking Ok their, not rated at 5.0 but they should have no problem serving my RV. Here is the point folks - I brought my Mercedes-bens Sprint Jayco RV to them on 5/20 and I am still waiting to hear from Service Completed – it’s now 5/26.

I wish I could leave 0 star. My mother dropped off Mercedes Sprinter at the service center, because she was having DEF light on even though it was filled. So before she dropped it off, I scanned her vehicle and gave the code and it was the NOX not communicating. When I went to the dealer with her to pick up the car FREDDY MARTINEZ DIAZ told me that DEF wire was teared because it was rubbing on the metal, but IT WAS WORKING CORRECTLY BECAUSE IT WAS NOT DISCONNECTED and the technician soldered wire Not Replaced and they billed for 3 hours of labor. IF ANYONE SOLDERED BEFORE, IT DOES NOT TAKE 3 HOURS TO SOLDERED A WIRE OR TWO.Also they will charge $169 for each diagnostic scans, one scan only cover one problem. so I ended up paying close to $1200 to pick up a car. My biggest problem is they charged $1200 and couldnt even fix the problem correctly, DEF light came on next day, when FREDDY MARTINEZ DIAZ told me that DEF light will not come on since they fix the problem. What Mercedes Technician did, he just turned off the light temporary, so they can blame on us once vehicle leaves the lot. Light came on after driving certain miles. THEY DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM, THEY JUST TURNED OFF THE LIGHT AND CHARGED $1200. Like I mention above, problem was with NOX sensor because that what the engine throws the code.THEY WILL CHARGE YOU ARMS AND LEGS AND CANT EVEN FIX THE PROBLEM. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER.

Lauren Louis and Blanca were very helpful and knowledgeable about our needs for the vehicle. Lauren walked us through a technical issue with Apple play and it worked. Lauren went out of her way to coordinate payment with a third party and we really appreciate it. Blanca is great at customer service and assisted us in getting a loaner vehicle. We will definitely be returning customers.
