They know what they did. Maybe I should get a job there. I mean they dont actually go out on the lot to show vehicles do they? Or do they salesman just pick out the one they know can get financing on. Then spend the whole 99% financing, 1%. I didnt find out anything about the vehicle until the financing was done. Sure I had a 5 min test drive, then rest was out the door. I do like the Jeep but it going to cost me. Its not what I was looking for financially.

This place exceeded my expectations. I was contacted via text shortly after I made my inquiry, as I had requested. I told them I had my own financing, for the most part they accepted that and only asked one other time about them doing the finance portion in there office. Once I gave them my reasons for not coming into the dealership they were receptive and we did the whole deal over the phone. They communicated with my bank so information got transferred quickly and had the vehicle delivered To my home which is a little over 2 hours away! This made my life easy and is the first time I’ve ever had delivered, sight unseen other than the pictures they sent me and feel completely confident in the information they were giving me. All and all everyone I talked to was great and Brady kept things easy and quick. I will be giving them the 1st chance when we buy the next one.

Braden went far beyond any expectations I could dream. Very great to work with to get me into my new truck.. The guy went out of his way for me and even met me between Clinton and Cedar Rapids for me to test drive over night. Kid even through in a dozen donuts of my favorite. Turns out I am looking for a vehicle again now for one of my boys and hope to bring my business back because of service, respect, and how dedicated Braden was. Way overpriced. Had them look 3 things that were concerning me about and they charged me $95 for each but never disclosed that price clearly. Once they “diagnosed” what was wrong they never actually told me what the issues were, just that the tests they ran were “failed”. Ended up spending over $400 on an oil change, tire rotation and to just look at some issues. Definitely not coming back

We traded in a car that we bought and financed by McGrath. We went to the dealership financial dept to cancel all payments. They had us sign paperwork and we were good to go all payments would stop. Nope! $300 later the warranty payment and car payment have both been taken out of my account. I called and spoke to them they said oh were sorry the person you spoke to should have given you the info to cancel so those payments we will go talk to them . Really !! This is their job how would they not know to tell a customer this??!! And now I am out $300 on a car I don’t have anymore! Will never use McGrath again!

Long service waiting for oil change said booked out for month. Checking out a issue on jeep that happened after service here charge over 100 to look only. Went to another dealer and was in and out with oil change and nice to meet costumer. Will start going elsewhere for service and next vehicle as in market looking but sell is only one part of the buying its taken care of the costumer who keeps the lights on. Sad as my wife and I are in the market and is one of the closer places.

The finance dude Dane was his name was fast and explained everything good and slow to make sure I understood everything. He didnt try pushing extra warranties on me. He did tell me about them. We bought a Chrysler Town & Country here on March 30th, 2021. On our final test drive before signing all the paperwork, the engine light came on. They tested it and found it needed a new transmission. McGrath paid for it of course, but it delayed us taking possession of the van by a week. Fast forward to April 13th and the van will only rev when I give it gas, stranding me with my kids. We had it towed to McGrath and lo and behold, it needed a SECOND TRANSMISSION. They said the one they put in less than 2 weeks prior was faulty. So we were without our primary vehicle for another full week. I had to call to get updates as no one reached out. About a week ago, the air conditioning stopped working. We took it in, and they found it was low on refrigerant, the rear ac line and rear evaporator were leaking, and the ac lines were seized to the evaporator. We bought the extended warranty for $2250 at the time of purchase and they told us it wouldnt cover replacing the lines (even though we were told it covered everything bumper-to-bumper), so it would cost us $1400. We were beyond frustrated, so we told them not to fix it; we were going to cancel the warranty and trade the van in elsewhere. Their response? That sucks. No trying to make it right at all. And we were charged $268 for them to recharge the AC, which they said would last a day, a week, a month, we dont know. Its been an absolutely awful experience and we will make SURE we tell EVERYONE we know in the market for a vehicle to avoid this dealership.

I went looking online and found the vehicle I wanted. The salesman, Brady, got back to me promptly and we worked out a deal over the phone. He was very courteous and polite. After I made the decision to purchase, he arranged to have it delivered. Brady himself, drove my new vehicle an hour and a half to my home and picked up my trade. I signed the papers there never having to leave the comfort of my home. Now that is A+ customer care. I found the service was exceptional and I would most definitely recommend this dealership. Three years ago I purchased a jeep from McGrath Dodge. I took advantage of the end of the year sales and bought a brand new vehicle, when usually I go for used. Ive been satisfied with my Jeep, but not my recent service.Last week I was notified there was a safety recall on my vehicle. I immediately phoned McGrath and made a service appointment for the following week as the part would take about a week to arrive. Since I work from 7am to 5:15pm, I had to drop my vehicle off after hours and my jeep would be repaired in the morning.I dropped my jeep off Wednesday night. Wednesday morning I happened to fill my washer fluid with almost a gallon of bright orange rainx washer fluid (trust me this is important). Thursday afternoon I get a phone call that my jeep is ready for pick up and I assure them I will arrive before 5:30pm to pick up keys and will retrieve my vehicle later. I picked up my jeep and parked it in my driveway for the night.Friday morning I make my way out to my jeep to find a bright orange puddle underneath the rear of my car. Recognizing this orange fluid must be washer fluid, I popped the hood and gave it a look. My washer fluid tank was bone dry. I figured I could still take my jeep to work, however if I had a dirty windshield, well, I was SOL until I hit a gas station. I called McGrath immediately. Even though I was very angry and upset, I remained polite. Stephen generally seemed concerned that something wasnt right and requested I bring my jeep in so they could get to the bottom of this new problem. I agreed to bring the jeep in towards the end of the day.I left work early and arrived at McGrath a little before 3:00. I pulled in the service drive, hopped out and was promptly stared at by three service employees. Nobody approached me, they just stared at me. I waved and said hello and still didnt get a response. Finally I was approached by an employee and he assumed I was picking up my vehicle (despite just having driven INTO the service area). I explained that I had my jeep in the day before for the repair of a safety recall, and now there was a leak somewhere in my washer fluid reservoir. I explained I had filled it up Wednesday, dropped it off, picked it up Thursday, parked it and found the puddle first thing Friday morning. He immediately said so you poured a little washer fluid in and it leaked out? I politely re-explained myself and once again was questioned about the issue. I was spoken to like I was completely falsifying the events I just described.Finally, the service person I had been working with came in and I once again explained the problem. He took my jeep back while I waited in the waiting room. After some time, they retrieved me from the waiting area and lead me back to my vehicle which was on a lift. I joined the technician underneath my jeep and peered up inside. I was told that they had just filled the washer fluid and it wasnt leaking. Then I was told I dont know what fluid you saw - all the fluids are filled, and fine, but the washer fluid wasnt (uh, if all the fluids were full, and fine and the orange washer fluid was missing and there was an orange puddle on the ground beneath my jeep, what the heck else could it be???)By this time I was beyond angry. Not only was I spoken to like I was fabricating what I saw, I was spoken to like I was brainless. I left work early (and if Im not at work, Im not getting paid, like most everyone else) to bring my jeep in for a problem that McGrath created and they merely shrugged at it.I drove my jeep back home and parked it in the driveway once again. Here we are Saturday morning...all the washer fluid has once again leaked out and spilled over my driveway. Now the washer fluid is blue from McGrath filling it. Ive attached pictures so maybe McGrath will take this problem seriously.

We purchased a certified used Dodge Ram in April 2021. The vehicle was to come with 2 key fabs because its certified. Long story short, they had to order one due to another branch not having the 2nd key fab and key. They told us it would be there the next week and service scheduled a time for me to come in and have it programmed to the truck. I took off work a hour early to go in, they took the truck (which had to be taken in the shop to do it) and I went to the waiting room. I waited 35 minutes in the waiting room and someone came out to tell me they didnt even get the key in yet because it was on back order. Why would it take 35 minutes to figure that out? I was told that the microchips are behind due to COVID (makes sense) but now I had taken off work and waited 35 minutes for something that wasnt there AND now had to come back. I was told when it came in, they would call myself or my husband and they would program it and we wouldnt have to bring it in. We were told they would come to us. (Is that even possible?) They said it would be there mid to end of June.Fast forward to today, I had my husband call to make sure it got ordered and if there was a status on it. The parts department had it sitting on their shelf, yet NO ONE had called us. We were also told that coming to us to program it was not an option.We are very disappointed in the way this was handled. I have completely lost faith in the service department and trusting them to follow through with what they tell people. I hope this improves.

Nate in the Service Department is fantastic. He explained all work that was going to be done on my Jeep before hand and was accurate on the price. My maintenance service was completed in less than 3 hours AND they washed my Jeep before calling me to pick it up. I would definitely return to see Nate for any service my Jeep needs.

Again a McGrath business disappoints. I was told by 1 employee there was no charge to check on warranty work. My transmission is going out for the 2nd time, a known issue on 2013 Dodge Caravans, but of course they wanted to charge us over $4000 for everything but what we took it in for. And charged us over $100 to look at it. I will go out of town even out of state to get my future warranty work done. There is a reason they have to buy up all the dealerships so you feel like you dont have a choice.So much for a warranty and will NEVER buy a vehicle from a McGrath dealership.I had to deal with Ben.

We brought our 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan into the shop to have the AC fixed. They ran their diagnostics on the entire AC sytem, ran dye through it looking for any leaks. The rear of the system was leaking so that was replaced at $1,600. All the lines were leak free, the air ran for one day & then it blew warm air again. Had a appt to take it back in, waited 2 hours & they said lines are leaking. Another $1,500, nope, not going to pay $3,000 total for AC to be fixed. Not pleased at all with the service I received, not sure whats going on but it shouldve been fixed the first time for $1,600. Will not ever do business or buy another car from McGrath ever again.Chris

I brought my truck in for a seat belt problem, Electrical problem and a change in transmission fluid. All of these issues were addressed and resolved. I had excellent service from Ben in the service department. He kept me informed and submitted 2 of the issues for warranty coverage.

Only bad thing was they barely detailed the car the inside was still grimey when I got it and the tires dont seem to be holding up the greatest other than that everything was great.

Never will buy a car from any McGrath again.They Force you into the car they want to sell not want you want. I then say thats all the bank well give you. Think one star is way to nice.

I felt zero pressure during the whole experience which is commendable during this unprecedented pandemic. The buying process was all handled electronically and safely. They offered to make two separate trips 6 hours each for paperwork and vehicle delivery so I didn’t have to leave my home and was able to avoid any travel and risk of exposure to my family or have take time off work to do so. My boyfriend, pup and I were coming from already a 18 hour straight drive from Utah where we came into a nail flattening our tire. We were so fortunate to have found McGarth only being 10 minutes of where our situation and headed straight there. They were SO accommodating and didn’t leave us high and dry. They were super busy and still took us. We are so grateful we took our Jeep tired patches and switched. If we lived in Iowa, we would definitely go back. Thank you again!

Spent yesterday at McGrath Dodge Country with Chad Harmer, Melissa Vong and Kattie Wurster. We started early and stayed late; that never stopped these folks from staying positive! I was admittedly not in the best situation with my previous vehicle. They accomplished what I thought was impossible... got me into an 11yr newer vehicle, lowered my payment AND got me a great warranty that was able to let me change my insurance lowering that too!I left feeling like a queen and now get to enjoy my Jeep knowing Im taken care of with anything in the future.

Andrew and TJ made sure every detail I needed was taken care of. I felt that the hiccup we had over vanity plates that TJ went above an beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Came in with a check engine light on and they did a fabulous job finding and fixing the problem! I’m extremely happy with how I have been taken care of every time I have came in and I absolutely LOVE my new Jeep!!! Thanks to all of you that helped me get exactly what I wanted!!!

Very easy to work with when buying and no was too pushy, but just pushy enough to get the job done right. Nate in the service department is top notch and extremely helpful. The needed repairs have been done quickly and without additional problem. I am 2 years into my business relationship with the dealership and have no complaints.
