I havent been in while they were open but they have some pretty nice cars at great prices. Headed there today to talk to someone and Im pretty sure I know the owner from way back. We shall see.

Went to several dealerships and was highly disappointed before I found 319. Charlie was amazing. Not pushy, very helpful. Left with a car and price I felt comfortable with. And when my check engine light came on they were more then willing to run a diagnostic test and fixed the problem for free.

Bought a commuter car, & theyre upfront, honest, no bs. They came out and told us about a motor mount issue, and they fixed it for free 3 weeks after we bought the car. Very nice guys, staff, and we left there without worries knowing theyre not out to screw anyone!

Terrible experience. .twice. Bought a cheap car on good faith after conversation with the salesman, turned out to have a cracked head. Another salesman offered to me that he would make it right, only to discover another empty promise. They are very friendly. Bad business.

We bought a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan Stow N Go from Rod. He was a very friendly guys and very helpful when we were there. After we got the vehicle, we had a pulley go bad about 2 months after. Thats all fine an dandy. You cant see if a bearing is going to go bad just by looking at the pulley and not being able to see the bearing, so I dont hold that against them. The thing Im pissed about is, the mechanic that replaced the brakes and tires said that the tie rods were bad. Rod told me that his mechanic (the same one who said the tie rods were bad) would not have replaced anything if the tie rods WERE bad. I took his word for it and took the vehicle to ASE up on Blairs Ferry today. They said that they tie rods ARE bad and they look to be the original tie rods that were installed in the factory. So, the mechanic that replaced the brakes said the tie rods were bad, Rod said they werent, then my mechanic said they are. Blatant lying on Rods part. Ill never buy anything from this place again as he clearly doesnt care about the customers and just wants to move as many tons of scrap metal as he can. Now, I get to contact Rod to see if he will fix it, buy the van back, or if Ill have to contact my lawyer. Good luck if you go here.

Were somewhat willing to deal, but not much. Went to look at a car that had been on the lot for a few months. The engine bay hadnt been detailed in the slightest (sales guy said thats so we could see how it was treated by the previous owner). The car had new tires put on when it was brought in, but one of the wheels badly needed balancing once we hit interstate speeds. The alignment was also off slightly as it was darting a bit on the road. That being said, the sales guy said hed knock off a hundred bucks to balance the wheel and get an alignment and was very nice overall. Sadly, the vehicle wasnt what we were looking for so we left before we got into any paperwork. Id still consider checking here for future cars.

Recently I hit a deer and the insurance company totaled my car, the closest similar car i could find was 350 miles away at 319Motors in Cedar Rapids, IA . After a conversation with Charles Babcock.I made the decision to go to Cedar Rapids because I felt comfortable.with the information I received. Charlie did everything possible to make this long distance purchase as easy as possible. After my co-driver backed out on me at the last minute, my only regret was that Charlie did not get paid for all his hard work. We need more honest dealers like Charles Babcock. Well I bought a truck and 2 weeks after I did the ball joint right broke while driving we could of been hurt bad we called the next day and thought it was gonna be fixed for free because thats what they told me but when I called it was another 800 dollars after I just paid a grand for this truck nothing was done I had to scrap it I was out 800 dollars and they did not have no compassion I rated this a day ago they called me today and more false promises that wont be kept I feel this is just bad business out for money regardless if you get a good car or not I would not recommend this place to no one I got pics too thinking about posting

I would not buy a car from them, had to get a loan to get a car and the vin they had given me on a purchase agreement was wrong and it was wrong on there website and we decided to look somewere else, the dealer we were talking with called me and was a total ass about the whole thing. I do not recommend buying from them
