I have to give a huge thumbs up to this location. I dealt with Maury and he is very friendly and goes out of his way to be helpful. They can quickly get special sizes such as 3/4 mattress when other companies can’t get anything for six months or more. When I made a mistake in what I ordered Maury helped me get the correct mattress without losing all of my initial investment. I’ll shop with them again!

We shopped around, as always. Pennys wanted 2 months to deliver their product. Clayton found us a better mattress and got it to us in less than a week. Delivery was fast and professional.We are customers for life.

I was very impressed with the quality of the mattresses, we couldnt find anything we liked out of those they had on site but they are definitely worth checking out. If they had one that worked for us we would have definitely bought it, best feeling for quality out of everything we tested.

Excellent attention. Very knowledgeable clerk. All our questions were answered in a courteous manner. Delivering was a breeze. We get two calls one confirming date and giving time frame. Another 30 minutes before delivering the mattresses. Everybody very friendly.

Jim was friendly and efficient, and helped us select the best mattress set for our needs. Weve had it for almost a week now, and its clear we made the right choice. We also purchased pillows, which were pricey, but worth it. Weve wasted at least as much on multiple cheaper pillows over the years that didnt suit our needs.We purchased the Orthopedic Premier Super Pillow Top mattress set (mattress and box springs), and both high- and low-profile Talalay latex pillows.

We purchased our mattress in March of this year. While we have purchased 4 other products from Original mattress Factory in the past with satisfaction, this purchase is completely disappointing. The mattress we received feels nothing like the mattress on display. It is overly firm with little comfort offered. When we contacted the store, we found that there was no return policy but that we could exchange for the same product plus a cost of $200. The owner contacted us and provided a mattress pad which helped some. After 4 months, we continually turn the mattress trying to find a good nights sleep on a $1200+ mattress.

I needed a bunkie board. They were very helpful with the selection and they had what I needed in stock. The salesman helped me load my truck, had very reasonable prices and was not pushy. I would definitely come back again.

This is our second Original mattress. The first one lasted 15 years! We highly recommend the service and the product.

I thought I wanted a new mattress because my current one is too hard. I’ve owned several brands over the years including the selectable air mattress I shopped them today because of their 50% off advertisement An entry level Queen was over $1200. Including the non- option home $200 home delivery So, since I wanted a good night sleep tonight I visited the Original Mattress Factory. After explaining my delima to Clayton, the salesman. He directed me to a mattress pad that solved my problem. I also bought a mattress cover, bed frame and I upgraded to one of their best pillows. I spent less than $300. What a great experience from this store. No pressure, no upsell, just great advice and great value. Thanks Clayton!

Decent prices but terrible service. We waited 20 minutes and not one person greeted us. The only sales person present was working with a customer but they need a second because that was ridiculous

Beware of their awesome warranty. After less than 6 months we had large impressions where we sleep on the mattress. This happened to our last mattress also after 6-7 years and it caused me lower back pain which is why we were purchasing a new one. After I called about the warranty they came out and measured the indentation and said it wasnt deep enough for them to cover it under the warranty but they would take the mattress for 2 weeks and look inside to see if they could do anything. I cant do that, what are we supposed to do for 2 weeks without a mattress? We are going to have to purchase a new one now so overall this has cost us way more than just getting a quality mattress to begin with. It is a very cheaply made mattress and they do not stand behind their products.

My husband and I went here after visiting several well known retailers that bragged about the quality and plushness of their mattresses..AND did I mention the ridiculous prices...? We went to The Original Mattress Factory with a very skeptical attitude and were quite honesty VERY pleasantly surprised when we met Jim, the manager at the Buford Drive, Buford GA location. He was not your typical salesman - not pushy, genuine, and completely honest to the point of even recommending a cheaper mattress after we explained what we wanted specifically in a mattress. We even got a full on educational presentation! There were a few of the well-known brand mattresses displayed with their insides exposed; Jim proceeded to show us how they use cheap metal for the coils and stuff the mattress with filler then add that wonderful pillow-top plushness which over time wears out hence, causing people to wonder why after 1-2 years that mattress just doesnt feel like it did when they purchased it.I can go on and on but ultimately - go in the store and ask for Jim....you will not regret it. The bottom line is we learned you DO NOT have to spend $1500+ to get top notch quality you just need to know that when you buy from these so-called major brands, you are simply paying for poor quality with a red bow on it (oh and did I mention that the reason these other retailers can have a store on EVERY corner as well as a blowout sale every week is simply b/c of their inflated prices / quickly made, poor quality product). Our salesperson at the Buford store is super. He has just sold us our second bed. And, we can’t say enough about the two men who delivered our purchase to Gainesville, GA. They had to move our older mattress to a downstairs bedroom along with the new bed and install the new mattress in the master. They would do whatever we asked, unlike another mattress store employee who told us their delivery people “can only touch what they bring in”, no moving other things around. We would never shop anywhere else.

Staff were friendly and prices were displayed on every mattress and very reasonable.
