My wife and I purchased a king size Beautyrest Silver on 5/25/2020. We were not told about the tags needed to stay on the mattress in case there was a warranty issue. Now the mattress has two indentations that are 1.5” deep and since the tags aren’t on the mattress it voids the warranty even with a receipt.If you purchase a mattress from them first make sure it has “tags” on the mattress. If it does have tags DO NOT REMOVE THEM!! So we are now sleeping on a $1999.00 mattress that should be claimed for warranty.

Amazing service! Chose this place because its family owned and that got me on the door. When I walked in the nicest man came to help us. We tested out several mattresses and found one. They have a 90 day pay option if interested in using. They delivered my new king set a day later and took our old set away. They set it up perfectly and we slept so peacefully! Thank you! Average. Walked in the store to see mattresses- the store owner offered a price of $800 for one. Was not ready to purchase then, but came back 3 weeks later- only to find other store owner family member there who said this is a $1200 mattress. sorry. (I researched it online goes for $600-700). He did however say since they offered 800 before he can do that. sounding like it is a huge favor (they add another $60 for delivery). Mattress is fine, however dont let this place fool you- typical old school salesman tactics. Know the price of what you are buying and dont get scammed into a way over-priced mattress.

My husband and I are a newly wed young couple. We have been sleeping on a Walmart air mattress for a month. We’ve looked for mattresses at Mattress Firm, IKEA, and Rooms To Go, however it’s not the price that’s kept us from not getting a mattress, it’s the service honestly. We were frustrated with online mattress shopping because we couldn’t actually test a mattress without buying it and sending it back if we weren’t satisfied. No thanks. We chose to shop around, lounge on a few mattresses and then decide. We eventually visited Mark at the Buford store. He gave us his undivided attention and helped us buy the perfect queen set for our guest bedroom. That was in 2018.We recently returned to upgrade our master bedroom mattress and Mark sold us an incredibly comfortable Kingsdown Hybrid Pillowtop. We got a great deal. He even waived our delivery fee and threw in two free pillows. We trust Mark and appreciate his honest approach.

I had a horrifying experience at Metro Mattress in Buford. The treatment I experience there was something I will never forget. I will take the advice of the Gwinnett County Police and the Better Business Bureau, in that I work so hard for my money, and really have to do homework on places and be a smarter consumer. Had I done my research, read reviews and all the complaints against the company posted on Better Business Bureau website (please check it out), I would have known to never step foot in this store. Also, Mettro Mattress has an All Sales are Finally policy, with absolutely No exception. This is a major policy that you will Not find posted anywhere in the store, nor on their website and the sales person will Not mention it to you. Then only place you will see it is very small print on the receipt. I have learned to stick with my go to places like Macys or Mattress Firm who along with having years in the business are equally concerned with fair policies, respectful treatment to customers (before AND after a sale), and a great customer service experience.

We had a terrible customer service experience from the owner of Metro Mattress in Buford. We purchased a mattress after having spent at least 2 hours trying mattresses in the store. We thought it was the perfect mattress for us. When we received it, however, it did not feel at all like the mattress we laid on in the store. So we exchanged that one for a more expensive one, paying the difference. We again spent at least 2 hours in the store trying out mattresses. The same thing happened with this mattress - it did not feel the same as it did in the store. This store is either baiting and switching mattresses upon delivery or the mattresses on display in the store are all worn out (we were looking for a soft mattress). Unbelievably, the owner wouldn’t even consider working with us towards a viable solution. We even asked if we could pay a restocking fee and receive the difference. We understood that all sales were final. However, we believe that we were not provided with the mattresses we had purchased. The owner’s friendly demeanor quickly turned hostile when we questioned him about it. He did nothing to help us out except to tell us to put a mattress topper on top of it. It’s a new mattress - why should we have to do that? The mattress also has a huge ridge in the middle of it. So now we’re stuck with a $2,700 mattress that we can’t use. If you insist on doing business with this company, don’t buy a Kingsdown mattress. They are of inferior quality, in our opinion, for how much they cost. The first mattress we had (a Sealy) felt somewhat better than the Kingsdown plus it was $1,000 cheaper.

I was on my way to Costco to buy a set of king size box springs when I passed Metro Mattress. I took a chance and called the store for convenience. I was certain it would be double or triple the price but took a chance. I was shocked. The price was comparable and it exceeded the quality of the one I was going to purchase. They always take care of me here. The brothers are great guys, not pushy, always friendly, informative, great prices and quality merchandise. I came here to purchase a king sized mattress. The owner asked what my budget was and was very considerate when suggesting the mattresses in my price range. He then gave me space to try all the mattresses and wasnt pushy at all. We were looking for a good mattress at a good price. Happened to see the store after visiting other mattresses places around it. Went in told them what we wanted and how much we had to spend. The owner took us directly to the mattress type we were looking for at the price we wanted. He did not try to talk us into spending more money or push a more expensive mattress on us. We were able to purchase the perfect mattress and box springs for the price we were looking to spend on just a mattress. Great place to buy a mattress. If you know what you want and the price you want to spend they will work with you to find the perfect mattress. My wife and I felt no pressure to buy and it is an honest place to purchase a mattress. I was looking for a mattress for our daughter and found this family owned business. They are very friendly there. Mark was so knowledgeable and helpful. He knew all the prices off the top of his head so I didnt have to sit down and wait for a deal that someone could work up for me.
