Delivery, set-up and removal of the old was excellent. They were fast, knowledgeable, and very professional. The saleslady/manager at one of the stores in Buford, Georgia, was very knowledgeable, and helped us decide on a bed that same day. I had read and watched mattress reviews for over a year. I couldn’t believe we walked out as new bed owners. According to their website, the bed we chose came with same brand sheet set, and a different brand pillow. The pillow was forgotten and not included, so I called the next day and was told I could pick one up at a different store in Buford. I really didn’t want to make another trip back out there, but that was my only option, as the delivery truck had been loaded, and shipping wasn’t an option. I would return to Mattress Firm in the future, but I would pay attention to what their website says, and not depend solely on the salesperson to get everything that should be included, but that was my mistake too.

The service at this place was excellent, we were very happy with the service that we received. We just did not like the mattress after we got it home and slept on it for a couple of weeks. It was not what we thought it would be and we decided to go back to our old mattress. We have nothing but good things to say about the company, we just were not happy with the mattress.

Went in looking to purchase a mattress for my parents. We were greeted by Chris who was awesome, but had to hand us off because he had been working a while so he went out for lunch. We were handed off to a lady, who seemed to be okay but left us shortly after. Then ANOTHER gentleman came and started handling us without a formal handoff. Started off fine, got pushy, so we said we would think about it and come back. He proceeded to say we have all the mattresses anyone else would, we are just cheaper. We insisted we wanted to go look around to other places. As soon as we said that, he immediately said “okay” turned around and walked away. Didn’t say have a good day, didn’t say thanks for coming in, NOTHING. We said thank you as he turned his back to us, and he said NOTHING and walked away. Literally the worst experience we have ever had. I have never experience such RUDE customer service.

Great customer service. I purchased a Purple mattress, had actually ordered from Purple, but MF was able to beat their price by $200, PLUS they could deliver my product the next day. Purples delivery was about 2 weeks out... so I cancelled and went with Mattress Firm.The reason Id rate them with 4 stars is because with Mattress Firm, pretty much only the mattress can be returned or exchanged...When I purchased my mattress, they didnt have the adjustable base Id be getting in the store, instead, I was shown a similar base; I think it was by Temperetic. When my base was delivered, it was OK, but I called the next day and wanted to upgrade it to the better base that was $600 more. However, I was told that because of their no returns/exchange policy on the adjustable base, there wasnt an option to upgrade. They were, however, happy to sell me the upgraded King size base at full price, conveniently... Oh well, I guess Ill just have to keep my $600.Policies are polies, and I get that, and I now know that I shouldve done my due diligence before buying - Ill own that. Having said that, I struggle to understand why theyll take back a mattress that youve sleep on, but they wont take back the base that you dont even touch. One rep told me that they can decontaminate the mattress, but they cant decontaminate the base... really? Bed base contamination is a thing? Ok... I guess rules are rules.Mattress Firm is a solid company, I recommend buying from there but PLEASE be sure you know what youre getting before you receive your items! The irony is that had I bought my bed from Purple, they accept returns of everything, including the pillows and sheets. But their delivery was 2-3 weeks out, Mattress Firm was next day.

I needed a mattress quickly and was having a hard time figuring out what to get due to personal circumstances in my life at the moment, however, Tia was extremely patient, kind, and helped me find exactly what I needed and took the time to make sure it would arrive on by the date I needed it. She was great with working with me to figure out which type of mattress suited my sleeping style and my budget. My family came in to buy a mattress and box spring set for our 3 year old yesterday evening. My husband and I wanted to pick out the mattress together so we had to bring our 6 and 3 year old with us. We had the pleasure of getting to work with Nathan, who made our experience quick and painless. Our girls were running all over the store and Nathan went out of his way to find things to show them to keep them entertained and still. Not only was he great with our girls, but he was very knowledgeable about the selection of mattresses and helped us find the perfect big girl bed for our daughter. We had a great experience buying my daughters first big girl bed. Charlie was great and very knowledgeable and helped us pick the right bed for the right price. When we got the bed, I was concerned about the height and Charlie made it very easy for us to exchange the box spring to a low profile box spring. I went to this store based on google reviews. I asked for Charlie who is the manager and he explained the store set up and why 4 mattress firm stores are so close to each other. Charlie was very easy to talk to and he really asked me a lot of questions to help me find the right bed for me. Once I found the right bed he asked me about power bases because of my lower back pain. He showed me a power base that will change my life. You have to check it out. He was even able to finance me without coming out of pocket and get me 0% interest for way under what I thought I would pay.. No pressure purchase! Great Experience!

We recently purchased a mattress at the Buford store. Charlie was such a great help with us finding the best match possible! During our purchase a special was going on, with a free Yeti cooler! Of course, I wanted the cooler. We ran into issues & never received the cooler. It showed that it had been delivered. After numerous phone calls trying to figure out what happened. We just took delivery of a brand new tempurpedic mattress. The entire experience was great! The guarantee, the sales people, price, and delivery was great. The only problem we had was that the delivery guys didnt have our mattress cover but we called the store and they set one aside for us to picked it up. I called Mattress Firm yesterday to order a new Mattress for my 6 yr old daughter. Unfortunately I bought the cheapest mattress and box spring from Bobs Furniture 3 yrs ago and it wasn’t worth the money or hassle . So uncomfortable and you can feel the springs in your back on top of all the squeaks when moving around. So Charlie I. at Mattress Firm felt my aggravation and concern for my daughter. He went through a couple of models that wouldn’t hurt the bank, but would be comfy for her and anyone else who slept in the bed with her. They had the models in stock as we spoke. Several years back I was in a car accident and herniated 7 discs. Ever since that day I have had continual pain on a day to day basis. Over the years it has cost me a lot of money in lost wages and medical bills. Recently someone suggested we change our mattress to a better quality ergonomic solution for my needs. My wife and I decided to visit this store and after speaking with the manager Charlie, he explained how a bed is the most important purchase for our health and found us the most amazing bed (not the most expensive either)!Its been about four months now and I havent felt this great in years, the ergonomic support of our bed supports my lumbar perfectly and Ive been virtually pain free. We bought a mattress during the recent Memorial Day sale which was getting a king sized bed for the price of a queen as well as a free adjustable base which I think they said was around a $600 value. My husband was particularly excited for this feature and so we did end up choosing this mattress. Well when the mattress gets delivered we realize that our furniture can’t accommodate the adjustable base because we have drawers at the end of it and so the base went back to a Mattress Firm. We immediately wondered why our salesman didn’t think to bring this up considering they are the experts in this field and I can’t imagine they’ve never run into this issue before. When we spoke to them about it, they did offer a box spring but we already had this, so then they said there’s nothing they can do. So part of the reason we went with this mattress was because of the adjustable base promotion and now we’ve already signed a contract and they have our money, so of course we don’t have any room to negotiate further, which we would have done if we knew the base wouldn’t work up front. I personally have a hard time believing “there’s nothing we can do” but rather we aren’t going to do anything.The people were nice which is why I did 2 stars instead of 1 but I’m left feeling ripped off for sure and won’t go back to this store in the future.

I am so impressed with Mattress Firm Buford South! Not only was Charlie Insalaca knowledgable and helpful, but also has a heart. My Mom and Dad are in assisted living and purchased a mattress from this location about a year and a half ago. Their bed is fairly high and my Mom has been having difficulties getting in and out of bed safely. Charlie helped us decide upon a lower profile box spring and, due to the situation, even worked with us on the price and delivery.
