Jim was a Gem! Friendly and very knowledgeable!! Understood what we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction...I do believe we made a great purchase and the adjustable power base is going to make the mattress that much better!!

This is the best mattress store around and I’ll tell you why.1) the sales associates are very knowledgeable and actually care about you and getting you the best sleep possible with your new mattress. If you’ve ever shopped at the big store everyone knows about, you know to them you’re just a number to hit their sales goal. With America’s mattress it’s all about helping you make the best decision for your budget and they won’t hard sell you to make a quick buck.2) pricing is phenomenal. I priced every store around and couldn’t find anyone who wasn’t raising the price substantially so they could pretend to give you a good deal when they offered a discount. Lots of bait and switch going on in the mattress business but not at America’s Mattress.3) It’s a locally owned company so the money you spend is supporting local business and not a massive conglomerate that doesn’t care about you individually or your community.Overall, I can’t recommend this store more!

It was time to get a new mattress after about 8 years on our old one and we decided to upgrade to a king. We decided to buy from America’s mattress since it’s locally owned. The store was great. There were plenty of mattresses on the floor to try out, but not so many that it was overwhelming. The store was organized, and the salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. We found the perfect king mattress, a motion base, and even a bed there at a great price. Definitely an overall better experience than any mattress store I’ve been to. Not to mention quick delivery!

After doing much research for a mattress, I decided on the Beautyrest BLACK Plush. These were purchased in the TWIN XL. I also purchased the TWIN XL advanced motion base, with remotes. My sales people were very helpful, not pushy and no gimmicks. The delivery men were very polite and respectful. We have been sleeping on the beds now for several weeks and we are very pleased. Posted are a few pictures. I did cut my bed skirt to fit the adjustable beds. It worked very well.Special thanks to Rick.

We got a pretty good deal on a mattress. Great customer service and fast delivery. I did remove a star because the store has signs up that says “STORE CLOSING SALE” - which is an outright lie. Those same signs were in the windows when I bought my mattress almost two years ago, and they’ve been there every time I’ve driven past since then. I don’t think lying to lure people in is the best business practice.

He did a nice job describing the differences among the products. Mattresses were delivered to us today. Delivery was on time and delivery men were quick and very nice. Mattresses were what we ordered and were well wrapped in plastic, and the men set them where we needed them. Overall a very positive experience.

Went to multiple mattress stores, ended up coming back to Americas Mattress after looking around at other places. Wes at the store was friendly, not pressuring me to buy anything. Great experience! Shopped all day for a mattress and found two we liked. One carried by major department store and the other by another mattress store. Walked in here and found same mattress that was at major department store. Wife and I sold on this mattress. I could not say enough good things about my experience with Americas Mattress. The service I received was beyond parallel, a guy named Wes helped me and my wife out and he could not have been nicer, more honest, and less pushy. It was a very professional and pleasant experience from walking in and being welcomed to seeing the great inventory the store had to the ease of purchase at a great deal to having our mattress delivered and set up to great sleep. I highly recommend this great locally owned business that really knows how to focus on their customers.

I had a great experience with this store. I ordered a bed at a floor show, and it was great at first but became saggy in strange places. I went into the store to find a replacement, and there was no pressure, no hard sell, no bait and switch. All my questions were answered, and I was able to try out all the beds for as long as I needed.I have big shoulders and sensitive hips, so finding a bed that was firm but not too firm felt like a Goldilocks story. The store manager recommended a bed that I ended getting and loving. She even helped me realize part of the problem was my pillow and found a replacement.

We received outstanding customer service from Wes and the rest of his team. We purchased the mattress set and the next day it was delivered and setup by his delivery team. The mattress et is perfect & we will certainly be back the next time we need another mattress.

Michelle the manager is amazing! We just moved to the area and needed a new Mattress asap. Moved in on a Sunday and by afternoon realized we needed to hurry up because stores close here at 6 on Sundays. We checked at several of the mattress firm locations and nothing available in stock. I walked in to this family owned and operated business at 540 and left with a new Mattress by 6:30. Michelle showed me their selection and let me try them. Their prices are lower and she stayed late and waited for my husband to come over with his truck. She never rushed us and gave a great deal on the floor model I chose. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. No high pressure sales pitches. We shopped price at a couple of different retailers and prices seemed a little lower here. We had ours delivered. They were within the time window they gave me. They hauled off the old mattress and had the new one set up quickly.

WARNING! Do not buy any mattresses from this company (Buford). They are selling mattresses with springs popping & shifting sides to customers. It has been 7 months and theyre telling me Ill get 50% off a next mattress to replace the current one. Yet the current mattress is under the manufacturer warranty (Serta). The owner Rick is no help - he didnt even take pictures of the issues!Really wanted to give them 0 stars.

My first visit yesterday proved to be very disappointing. Sales clerk showed us mattresses starting at $1k over what I told her our budget was. When we decided we might go a bit higher in price because of $0 down 60 mth advertised financing (at least 20 signs throughout store)..,,,clerk said , oh that’s a typo....it’s 12 mths.. 😳. Needless to say, two strikes made this a NO for us. I would suggest calling before you visit and ask questions before you go.***i called Rick Graham ,Owner and he explained to me the mistake in the financing advertising (see his google response) and said he would correct the signs and advertising. I changed the rating from 1 to 3 stars...he seemed genuinely concerned about what may have been an honest advertising mistake . I purchased from another company.
