Service was great. I took something in to have it engraved and they did in in less than an hour.

Omg this place made my vision possible and brought it all the way to life. I ordered my fiancé an engraved bracelet and box set. He loved it and hasnt taken it off since. The young lady who helped me was sweet efficient and I received my items in an hour. You spend more time walking the mall anyway. Perfect shop Ill be back to this place for sure.

I was nervous to order something online so I went in store to order a jewelry box as a birthday gift for my mom hoping for quality. The ladies were friendly and helpful and made the ordering process easy. They didn’t have what I wanted in stock so Chantelle helped me and made sure my Mom’s jewelry box was shipped to her home. It was shipped incredibly fast and the quality of the engraving was superb. Couldn’t be happier, would definitely order again for the next special occasion.

I am quite literally speechless with the lack of courtesy and customer service at this location. I wish I could leave a no star review and that would still be an understatement. No sooner had we entered the store, a lady approached us with the nastiest attitude, her level of rudeness was actually shocking to me. Needless to say we walked out at once. My advice, safe yourself a trip and buy online. This location and the customer service encountered there is absolutely dreadful!

Horrible customer service, I asked to borrow a pen and I received one after being given an attitude of discuss for even asking. Then I asked for some tape after 20 min or so and I had security called on me! One employee in the store and she was clearly not a manager. She gave me the feeling that she was annoyed with my presence as soon as I entered her store. I expect an apology from her company for her actions.

Things Remembered Is very special establishment for purchasing sentimental items as well as gifts for your co-workers or your employer. They take detailed information on your requests. Their time for your gifts to be finished is suprisingly fast. Especially when you are excited to recieve the finished product. They are a very reputable busy company. Im absolutely suggesting that you visit their website and establishment when you can.

The employees are so sweet everytime I go in. I bought a lighter and the engraving wasnt as prominent as I had hoped. Other than that it looked good and the service was good.

Be cautious of the baby items purchased here, particularly the keepsake rattles. I bought one for Christmas for my baby girl, and it fell apart on her. Thankfully I was right there when it happened before she had a chance to swallow the little ball inside. Sadly this happened about a month after we got it. The rattle does screw back together but my husband and I are scared to let her have it again. Its unfortunate bc she absolutely loves the thing, and its been great with her teething. The service I received and the transaction to purchase the rattle and her keepsake sippy cup was great however. Even though it was busy bc of the Christmas holiday, the person helping us did wonderful. She was very nice and helpful. I wish I could have given 5 stars but product quality was an issue especially for the cost.
