Made an appointment for my infant daughters ear piercing. Associate gave me an appointment time of 10:30am. We show up on time and the location doesnt open until 11:00am. I called and was told I still had to wait, with an infant, in the heat. I called again 3x after, 1st no answer, then a dialup tone, then a voicemail. This is unacceptable. My time has been wasted and ultimately wasnt able to get my daughters ears pierced. Piercing Pagoda, make this right.

Re-pierced my ears today after many years of not wearing earrings due to metal allergies. Tyler Cates provided the service for me and was fabulous from hello to goodbye. Professional, friendly, informative, and made the experience quite fun. Highly recommend you call and ask for an appointment with him!

Cant complain. Having patience goes a long way. Knowing that Brandon mall is a busy place, I was understanding as they were prompt with our service. Had a pleasant experience. 😊

The woman working there seemed quite rude. She seemed very condescending when a basic concern was asked. She appeared to be agitated. It is important to have good customer service! You should at least smile and appear more friendly when dealing with a customer.

My daughter did a 2nd piercing and they did an amazing job. Not sure of the employees name but shes tall, skinny and has unique eyes.

Poor customer service. Was there Jan 2016 looking for an earring for my infant daughter. The two people working there never acknowledged me while I waited for my turn. After waiting for a good 5 minutes I left.

Got my ear peircing the day before my birthday. It is still healing but unless i hit it accidental, it doesnt bother me.

Worst service you will ever get they claim to be certified and they are not to be certified you have to each have a piercing certification license and they do not.. if they pierce your babies ear the wrong way they pull the earring out and try to re pierce causing more torture to you or your child. they are racist and do not like to deal with Blacks, Hispanics or Gay people and the gold they sell should be questioned and checked if it is in fact real like they claim. i got my god daughters ear pierced here and her ears got badly infected and i purchased 14k white gold earrings like they recommended i got the earrings checked and they are not real gold.

I took my 11 mo old to the location in Brandon fl westfield mall...the lady who assisted said she had 2 yrs experience and pierced to many ears to count...she talked a good game. Once we were in the seat she had a hard time even just marking my daughters ears with the marker...but she still acted confident age could get it done. So i held my daughter tight while this lady made a hole in my daughters ear that was so low it barely caught the lobe...i freaked out as soon as i saw it! The lady apologized...said it was a miss fire!!?? That the gun had never done that before! Ugh yeah right! It was user error. I asked for a refund which i received without a fight...lucky for them! I would never recommend someone go there with a young child...my niece had gone at age 4 and had another worker peirce her glove to her ear! I should have never taken my daughter there and greatly regret it!

My daughter recently got her 2and piercing in her ears. The staff was very friendly.

Terrible quality my bf spent $150 on a belly ring and nose ring and some of the big gems fell off both the first day I put them in.... don’t recommend!!
