Appreciated that they attempted to help us change phones, however, due to phone issue they were not able to do it. What I liked even more is that they addressed each person as they arrived to see if it was a quick fix or direct them where needed. Definitely a change from how the north Bismarck Verizon store does it. I waited 20 minutes at North store last week just to buy an accessory which took about 3 minutes. Will definitely go to this store on South 3rd before ever going to North store again.

Stopped on a lunch break to get a new phone, was told they only do appointments due to staffing. I get it, but there were no customers in the store at the time. I could “try the north store, or just order online.” I told the employee I had questions and he said “you can just call customer service.” Super unhelpful. Sat in the parking lot trying to figure out my questions and order via the website, but finally gave up after 20 minutes. Maybe one person entered the store during that time.

I just walked out of here very frustrated. I generally try not to say negative things but this place is so frustrating every time I go, it makes me want to switch carriers. If I didnt have a need, I wouldnt have gone due to past experiences. They service .75 customers per hour... Its hard to watch and then get skipped in the queue of people being helped.I feel bad for posting this, but I definitely wont be back. Argh.

I went to this store as its closest to home. I got skipped in queue and waited over an hour for service. I was in for an upgrade promo. I was rushed through every step and he never tried to up sell me anything else such as a screen protector, case, or aux adapter(new necessity for me). They do not handle old phones in store so I was told I would need to ship it out (thankfully they have prepaid packaging), but they did not send the shipping label with me so I had to return the next day to get it. While I was on the north end of town I stopped at a BeMobile Verizon store and got wonderful service as well as apologies for the 3rd street store. They unfortunately dont work together and they were unable to get the shipping label but took a moment to sit down and make sure I had everything I wanted for my new phone. Next time Ill waste the gas to go to a different store.

I pay $16-$18 per month for insurance. Phone screen cracked and digitizer bad..quoted $199 from Verzion with insurance. $199 deductible they say.Same exact price to get repaired at independent repair business in town.Very poorcustomer service and report.Cell phone carrier seems like they do not like to do business over the phone.Had question on bill, told cost me $7 to talk to support..if I could state my real thoughts on Verizion..oh boy.. The company is too big for their own good.Update:I decided to switch carriers, it took version over 3 hours on the phone to transfer my number.I had all info at hand when I called along with number transfer pin.Either to frustrate me or way of keeping customers in my opinion.And to this day have never received my pin in the mail from Verizon I requested weeks ago because they do not give over the phone or give method for resetting pin.

I am so unhappy with my experience here today. I live an hour north of Bismarck and came to upgrade my device and add my boyfriend to my plan. However, they are only seeing people based on appointment only. We wasted time and gas to drive down here. I understand that people need to wear masks(I am a nurse), but this store is plenty big enough to social distance. I am very unhappy with this experience! Verizon your being ridiculous! I may just leave this provider all together!

Absolutely horrible experiences every time I have to go in this store. They are rude, unhelpful, and make you feel as though you are inconveniencing them to be there asking questions about phones. They have refused to transfer my data on occasion, saying I had to figure it out myself, I was also told by one rep it was a liability for them to install a screen protector, then told by another that they do it all the time, and that they preferred it that way? Complete contradiction. I do not reccomend this store, for the amount of money I spend on my Verizon services, youd think they would offer a little hospitality. Id give them zero stars if there was an option.

Absolutely horrible customer service. If you have a problem with your phone beyond a factory reset they cant help you. Having a store here serves no purpose. Verizon can do everything over the phone that this store can do in person. Either way youll be waiting for over ten minutes for service.

I was there to buy a new note phone it was a very expensive and Ive saved for this for awhile and when I was there they made me feeling Dirt! Like he wouldnt even let me look at it.. i was very 😡.. i will never go back to this store.. i went one other time and there customer service is poor! Rude! Worst customer service ever. Called to ask a few simple generic questions that can be answered over the phone. Only to have the employee be rude, treat me as if I were dumb. Tell me that I can’t asked anything over the phone and need to come in the store. I had to ask him the same questions multiple times, once he finally answered, I started to thank him before moving on to my next question, and he hung up on me. The store then refused to answer my phone calls for a full fifteen minutes. To which another employee finally answers. I tell him that I need to speak with his supervisor, and it seems as though he is not taking me seriously even after I tell him what had happened. I ask him to make sure the employees have a talk about customer service and he said “well I don’t know which one it is, there is three of us here” he did take my name and number. But I believe I will not get a call back from the manager due to the disrespect of the men working today.I do not see myself going to this store any further for any help. And am contemplating on switching phone companies to a nicer, less expensive service that actually values their customers

Stopped at Verizon and had to wait approximately 3 1/2 hours to inquire about getting phone repaired as like many people do, had insurance on the phone. And like most people who get phones thru Verizon, was never told how worthless the insurance actually is. The so-called insurance is no longer as you seem to be paying for a worthless insurance that appears to be nothing more than legalized theft because of the varying cost of deductibles. Therefore, it is my humble opinion that this insurance is absolutely worthless and a waste and the taking of the consumers hard earned dollars.I have also given Verizon a one(1) star rating as their services have been the absolute worst of any Verizon store Ive been to since I purchased this phone from this Verizon Corporation Store in Bismarck, ND. I do believe that I will be moving to a different cellular phone company shortly; and I never had any problems with Verizon prior to the purchase of this phone.Be seeing you Verizon and your worthless insurance soon! It had been formerly a pleasure doing business with you, but no more.

Our experience today at this Verizon store was terrible. We were met at the door by an employee asking what we needed. This was after standing in line and watching two other customers being sent away without being helped. The gentleman was very upset. We had purchased a new iphone on-line and needed data transferred from an old phone. We were told to go to Best Buy, due to the fact that we were not critical customers. From now on, we will be making all purchases from Best Buy.

The customer service representative that helped me, I got the feeling he thought I didnt know about cellphones. I could hardly understand his English, I saw him check his text messages like three times while he was trying to help me. Then he really didnt help me with my issue. It was as if he was just there to, I dont know really what he was there for. Just didnt feel like a very welcoming Verizon store. Much unlike other stores Ive been to in other states. I really really hope there is a change in the way youre treated here. Even wearing a veterans hat, he seemed to want to get me into a new phone rather than help me with mine. I have been to this store a few time and each time there very short and very rude.. I have a contract account and I upgrade once a year most of the time and have been a customer for years.. This store is by far the worst store Ive ever been to and today I walked out after they asked why do I want the note 20 ultra or even why would I want to look at it.. there other stores in town my advice is to not go here.. im shocked at how piss pore there service is and how they treat customers..

HORRIBLE customer service. Obviously with COVID stores are taking precautions, but one of the ladies literally was chasing people out like a guard dog saying that even if you made an appointment you couldn’t go in because appointments are only for if you’re phone is broken even though it doesn’t say that anywhere. They don’t have phones on display, which is fine because I already know what I want, but they literally wouldn’t even let me buy it! I had to leave and make an appointment for a couple days from now so they could bring it out to my car. Then she told me to go buy my phone at the Kirkwood Mall Verizon and they aren’t even open. GO TO BEST BUY. They will let you look at the phones and you don’t need to make an appointment days in advance to buy it. Verizon clearly doesn’t want your business so go to BEST BUY where they care about customers and sales.

What is this “we will take your name and call you”. NOT WORKING. There’s no pressure on employees. Outstanding customer service and a very large selection of products Ive ever seen in a Verizon Store. Easily the best Verizon store in the State! If you ever do visit, expect a 15 minute wait or so, but only for two reasons: the staff here takes the time to listen to your needs and the store is very popular.

I love this place! Very knowledgeable staff, very friendly & helpful. Almost no wait time on a busy afternoon & the guy was able to solve my question in less than 5 minutes. (I had previously gone to Best Buy with the same question & all the guy there wanted to do was set up a 30 minute appointment that I had to pay for in order to figure out my question.) Also, people with a business account get a pretty good discount on all accessories so its worth it to shop here as well as having a really good selection of everything. Well done, guys, well done! 🙂

I bought a iphone 11 pro max here at retail price. The manager and the sales rep. Both told me that if I paid for the phone at retail that it would be unlocked the next day. They said it would have a International lock for 60 days. I specially asked if I would be able to use Verizon and At&t together after. I bought the phone. Well unfortunately I was misinformed. I will up the rating if I would get my 50$ that was took from me from my restocking fee. Since I was misinformed about the unlocking of my phone that I paid full price for.

Do not go here... I showed up with an internally broken iPhone I found out and for my troubles the guy offers to hook me up with a sweet deal. A hum for $30 instead of $230. I straight up ask the guy if it’s only $30 bucks and he says yes. Come home to find a $50 service charge and an extra $10 a month on my bill. Think you should let a guy know what something cost. Go in and get a refund and everyone just acts like it not a big deal and it’s how things go there. Don’t trust this place. Go up to state st or the mall. Much better honest service.

I recently moved back from Washington and had to switch from Sprint. The best option was obviously Verizon. I went into this store and was greeted immediately. As usual they were very busy. Although the place was packed their customer service was GREAT! I had my wife ended up losing her phone shortly after, so we got a new one through Assurion. I needed help activating it, so again I went in. Again they were swamped with customers. It just happened to be the launch of the Galaxy 6. Still they greeted me promptly and handled my issue in minutes. I am very happy with their service and will continue to go back there.

Our rep sat down with me and made sure I understood all the fees and everything that I would incur and got me set up with a phone for HALF the price that the other place was offering. We have received quality customer service from a rep before, but have also received awful service! the rep today tried to send me out without assisting with reordering my phone, to assist with the warranty, and it literally took him less than two minutes when I pushed for him to do it. When I tried to call after my experience to speak with a manager, I could not get anyone on the phone from the store! Im giving this a one star because a no star isnt available.I was needing assistance with my tablet. I had been reading my emails and deleting as I was going. Suddenly nothing. A message came across saying, getting messages. This was on the afternoon of Wednesday September 18th.Thursday morning, the 19th, comes and the same message. So I figured I needed to go into the store for assistance.Ive always been going to the Verizon store on 3rd Street by Kirkwood Mall and Ive ALWAYS have had good customer service. But NOT on Thursday September 19th!Upon entering the store a young lady approached me. She asked me what I was there for. I proceeded to tell her and she told me to stop talking! She said, you can stop talking and telling me whats wrong since youll be repeating it to someone else. I just want your first name. She suggested I change my password and then said, but we cant help you with that, we dont do that with Google. I was really upset.I did stop talking and told her Id wait. My wait wasnt very long when a gentleman approached me. Id had this person before and wasnt real impressed with him from before.I stated what my issue was and he tells me that the button on my tablet is broke and he cant do anything. He suggested I call Assurian (not sure of spelling) and see if I could get it replaced. He did provide a phone number. BUT he went on to say if I wanted to get it fixed I could take it to Best Buy, whod charge a lot or a place called Epic Technologies.I left feeling really upset.I drove to Epic Technologies and that was the best thing I EVER did.There was a young lady who helped me first and then asked the gentleman there to take a look at my tablet. I proceeded to tell him what was happening. After a few minutes he says, your tablet button isnt broken, and showed me one that actually was. He problem solved a few things and finally came to the conclusion that I just needed to have my tablet updated and set back to the factory setting. I told him to go ahead since I didnt have anything on it that we in dire need to keep.During the hour I was there the gentleman waited on a couple of people.When everything was done, I asked him how much I needed to pay him.He says, NOTHING! He went on to say that he was visiting more than anything. I was totally stunned. I MADE him at least take $20.00, I told him I WILL NEVER go back to Verizon unless it really is something that he couldnt do. But I will go to Epic Technologies, ALWAYS. So VERY disappointed in Verizon.

Got a phone and the guy would not let me pay for it all outright but he said I could make payments so I did that, then went to make a payment the other day and was told that you can not make a payment straight to a device, even though a rep had me go to the machine to insert cash stating that it was going on my device 2days before, I brought that up and they said the had no record of the transaction so pretty much saying I was just out that money and they didnt really seam to care, then they told me to do the one thing the guy that sold me the phone said I cant do and just pay for the device in one payment. So needless to say this Verizon SUCKS the employees and management are just all SCAMMERS.

I was very unimpressed with the customer service at this store. I switched from an iPhone 6 to a Google Pixel because of battery issues. An employee at Be Mobile activated my Pixel without turning off iMessage. Any of my contacts who had an iPhone was unable to see that iMessage no longer worked with my number and I wouldnt receive their texts. They were not notified that my texts were not being received either. I went to the Verizon store and instead of researching the issue, I heard the excuse, Well I dont know iPhones or that it was my contacts fault that the messages werent sending. My issue never was resolved and an employee destroyed my old Sim card without permission. They tried to blame the problem on me or on my contacts instead of proactively trying to help me research or resolve the problem.

I gave two stars instead of one simply because the store itself was pretty cool inside and it was clean, other than that the experience was pretty terrible. I went to see if I could switch my prepaid plan and phone over to a postpaid and also to add my wife to the plan from another account. We waited 1 hour to speak to one of the employees, which is fine because they told us this would be the case upfront, but from the moment we started talking with an employee we were being rushed and pushed. We were told that “there is like a 99% chance you won’t be able to switch your prepaid phone over to postpaid”. First off, how do you not know that, second the box on the phone says yes you can. Then in regards to adding my wife, he just gave us a Verizon contact card and told us to call corporate because he couldn’t do it since the account owner wasn’t present (although my wife is an authorized user). My wife and I were talking about what options we had and then the guy said “hey I have like 18 other people in line here so you need to make a decision now”, so we left, after 5 minutes from the start of our conversation with the employee, so it’s not like we wasted a ton of his time. Well fast forward two days and I was able to get my phone switched over no problem via Verizon online and my wife was able to switch her account over no problem and we bought a phone from Bestbuy which was $50 cheaper than Verizon’s options. So in conclusion, I feel like some of the employees either don’t care about their job and/or aren’t up to date with their own products and services

It appears the management has changed hands at this verizon i was there last week there is a heavyset guy now managing and hes doing a great job the employees are friendly happy to help and willing to set things straight verizon sent me the wrong phone when i ordered via the phone and they refused to fix it over the phone i went into the store they fixed it waived the restocking fee, and as the promo in my region was to wave activation fees they did that also. On top of all this they handled all my other needs without hesitation and they were knowledgeable about it. If you call during busy hours you will not get through but thats like any other place i sapose call during off hours you get through no problem.
