Southern Rubber did an excellent job servicing my car. They only did what was needed and did not try to sell me on anything that wasnt necessary. A great group of honest and professional guys. Highly recommend!

We where traveling back to Ohio when we got a shimmy at 70mph . I called southern tire and was hoping for a long shot of them getting me in . They told me to bring it down to my surprise. I was very impressed with the equipment they used to balance my tires and the process they did to balance them. These guys know what they are doing when it comes to tires I can tell you that much. They got the job done in a timely manner and my shimmy is gone. Thank you guys very much for getting my family and I back on the road.

Got a hole in my tire about 15 mins before closing with my little kids in it. They were willing to replace 2 tires for me geven though they were closing. In and out super fast. Appreciated it

These people are wonderful! The staff know their stuff and the place is clean, neat, and Affordable. The manager was sent from God to us at the right time. We were on a trip to Florida and had a flat. The place is conveniently located right off the interstate. Very nice people. You don’t find this kind hospitality in the world much anymore. I would recommend this group/crew to anyone!

I purchased a new set of tires from here two months ago. No one bothered to tell me the green caps on tire valve stems means the tires are filled with nitrogen instead of ordinary oxygen. Even though, I had to circle around the block because whoever installed the tires didn’t put air in them. No one told me nitrogen had to be in those tires.My tire started to go flat on NYE so I filled it with air, the tire pressure went from 28 to 4 in a matter of seconds. They were closed on New Years so I took it to a used tire shop. They couldn’t patch the tire because it has eaten the inside from when the tire caught a flat. I called today to check on my warranty, which did not replace the tire. I don’t recommend anyone to go here, two months is too soon to replace any tires from a new set. I also recommend Southern Rubber to fully inform customers of what their buying before they place there orders. I told so many people about this place, and I highly regret it.

Bryant and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and open to discussing different options when I went in to get new tires put on and an alignment done. We looked at the tread wear on my old tires and talked about what to do to remedy that for the new ones, and he explained the parameters of the alignment data to me so we were all on the same page.Overall they were very helpful and friendly the whole time, which was incredible.

I have a truck I use for my business ever day so be assured, I have to be up and running as soon as possible when something breaks down. I noticed their sign when taking the 6th Ave exit and wrote down their number since it is such an convenient location. I had some issues with my alignment and knew I needed some tires. I called and spoke with Debra and she was very helpful. She gave me many options in tires and recommended a great one that was high quality but also economical. When I arrived they took my keys and shuttled me over to my office so I could get some work done. That is HUGE let me tell you. They called me in 3 hours to confirm I was ready to be picked up and were there in 10 minutes. My truck rides like a dream now and the tires look great. Thanks Debra and Bryant for such a great experience. I am telling all my friends that you are the only shop to use.

Great folks and great service. Debra knows her tires. Her recommendations have always been borne out by quality tires at reasonable cost.Their shuttle service for us downtown workers is great.I also had a suspension problem with a broken part. Others wanted $1,000 to make repairs. The Tire Pro manager found the problem in less than 5 minutes and did the repair for under $200. An honest professional mechanic is a keeper.The only negative is that they are not open on Saturday, but everyone needs a day off, and they make up for it with great service during the week.
