I took my car here after taking it to a dealership. The dealership wanted thousands of dollars just to attempt to fix my vehicle. Tapco was able to diagnose and fix my issue for much less and did a great job. I would recommend anyone take their car here to get fixed.

Take your car and money somewhere else, like Green Garage. TAPCO kept my car for over a week while making no attempts to contact and update me on the repair details. I had to call them daily. They did not give me an estimate for the repair and I was stuck with a $200 bill after paying them $300 the week prior. I went in for a new belt and to look at an oil leak and $500 later and my oil light is still on. Also they misgendered me (transman) the entire transaction. Very cool. Also your car will be sitting outside unlocked after they have worked on it.

I stumbled across TAPCO on youtube while finding out what was involved in swapping the body mounts out on my F250. Along with body mounts, my truck needed new wheel hub assemblies and just someone to go over the steering issues ive had for some time, that several shops have looked at and never been able to diagnose. They were able to swap everything out and found a few things I was not aware of were contributing to the slack in my steering. The combination of fixed steering issues and the S&B body mounts, my 240k mile F250 feels like its a 40k mile truck! TAPCO gave great service, communication, and very fair rates for the amount of work done. Would highly recommend them!

I went in to get my vehicle fixed. I normally work on my car myself, but am willing to pay others to do so when problems are above my experience. I asked them to fix whatever it was that made the check engine light be on, which I knew was something with the vacuum system. I also asked them to fix two windows that weren’t working. They “fixed” my car and gave it back to me. Well on my drive home, I discovered a rat chewed halfway through my seat belt and left dropping in the floorboard that they did not clean up. The next day I let them know when I got off work and they said to bring it in and they would fix it. And they did, but they replaced my seatbelt with a black one and my interior is grey. When they replaced my window regulators, they left metal chips from drilling all in my carpet and leather interior, so they did not do a clean job and did not clean up after themselves. ALSO, my check engine light came back on and was running the same codes as it was before I brought it to them. So then I had to leave it with them for several more days. They had my car for over one week. One last thing is that my driver window was tight before they serviced it and made no road noise. Now, it leaks air over fifty and I don’t want to have to bring the car back to them for a third time. That same door now makes an awful rattling noise when it shuts, which it also did not do before they touched my car. I have had pleasant experiences with them in the past, and I left reviews those times as well but service was not what it use to be this visit.

Dont go here. They charged my daughter $100 to tell her that her check engine light meant her gas cap was loose. If theyll take advantage of a 19 y/o girl whos out of state, what else do you think theyll do? Seriously: $100 to read a check engine light code and (literally) tighten a gas cap. #epicfail

One Word for this place HONESTGreat Customer Service, Friendly.Did I say HONEST well they are .Im A 1st. time customer had a problem with BMW 535i was told by another shop I needed a battery for the car.TAPCO told me I needed a battery for my remote . Keyless remote battery from Wal-mart $2.75 Car battery from other shop $300.00 . GUESS what it was the remote. They could have told me yelp you need the $300.00 battery but they didnt. Also had a check engine light on, they checked that , cleared the data. Saying that the remote caused the entrees. Did I say HONEST well they are. Again with all the data on the check engine light they couldve had my car in their shop for a month with a bill that would put in the poor house. But No being HONEST told me to watch the car and replace my remote battery.Honestly the Best Place Ive taken any car. Tell Jeremy I said Thanks !

Work was done quickly and well, and at a reasonable price. The crew went above and beyond to take care of me and my jeep, and put up with my constant need for updates. Will definitely use again.*Six(ish) month update*: I pulled into Tapco this morning and asked them to just listen to my engine since its a jeep and always has some weird sound. Jeremy immediately went out, diagnosed the (non)issue from sound alone, and off I went. In and out in 5 minutes and now Ive got peace of mind. Still a solid 5 star review from me.

I will never take my truck or car there again,I took my SUV in because the brakes kept going to the floor,when I brought it to them the assured me that they can fix it,after he called me and told me it was ready to be picked up the brakes went slap to the floor so I left it with them 2 weeks then he called and asked me why I didnt tell him I put a brake booster on it I told him I didnt know what was put on there then he charge me again to put a brake booster on there,now he already put a master cylinder the first time that was the first thing he said was wrong with it but it wasnt the problem and I paid him 324.00 the second time 370.00 when he put the brake booster on it went up long enough to get it home when I got back in town I went to drive it coming off the interstate the brakes went slap out when I took it back to him on Monday morning trying to get him to fix it or give my money back he told me my godbrother sign a no warranty,but I told him he didnt suppose to let no body sign nothing if his name wasnt on it,I asked him to contact me cause when I first took it to Tapco I sign a warranty for 12 months or 12 000 miles but since it wasnt fixed properly he didnt want to honor the warranty he originally gave me now Im out 700.00 and my brakes are the same when I first came I really feel robbed without a weapon, but Imspeaking with my attorney!

I brought my truck in late feb. to have the air conditioner worked on in preperation for the hot summer. Some time after I noticed that it was blowing hot again. They found the leak and recharged the system almost 6 months after our first visit and didnt charge us anything. Very nice guys to deal with.

I had a fantastic experience with Tapco. The particular vehicle issues I was dealing were complicated and stressful but Tapco made everything easy and hassle-free. They were consistently quick to communicate with me about issues they noticed, time frame and cost. I asked a ton of questions and they answered all of them patiently and honestly. Additionally, they did not push me to fix or change anything I was not ready to do and spent time discussing the pros and cons of fixing or not fixing a part. They went out of their way to test drive my car after fixing the starter to ensure it ran correctly and went above and beyond to contact Honda to find my radio code. Tapco saved us over $1000 in the repair of my car air conditioning. The dealership did not spend the time to figure out what was wrong and quoted over $1500 to replace the AC. Tapco took a couple of hours to figure out the problem and replaced the part for $120. We will go here from now on for our car needs.
