Took my car in on 6/5/20 bc check engine light was on. I have been coming to this location for years. Scott was manager then and Nick was mechanic. Awesome crew! Now none of them are there. The new manager J is rude and unhelpful!!! I had car diagnosed for turning off and still running when turned off. I kept asking will the crank shaft sensor fix the problem. Nick said yes before he left the company. Brought the car back next day at 1 pm and manager said will get it back sometime tomorrow evening. Came back got car. Went down the street and same thing still happened. I called back and J said I can’t help you take the car back where you got it from. Why did you do the work 350.00! I used snap financing and I was billed twice. Called them and they said they can’t do anything about it. Called spoke to J he said call corporate. I contacted corporate in June. I haven’t heard back from them since June 12. I continue to call and can’t get any help. I just keep leaving voicemails. This has been an horrible experience. No one listened and no one cared! This location has definitely changed will not be back.

The receptionist was very helpful. She greeted me outside. She was very detailed with the information about the oil change and tire rotation. The wait wasn’t long.

If I could give a negative I would. Theytried to trick us out of $850.00. They told us we needed a new air compressor when we went to get our air charged up. They proceeded to tellus that it would cost us $847.00 to get the air compressor put on and to charge it up. Thank God my husband decided to check for himself, because we discovered that the air compressor plug was not hooked up, it had been unplugged. Then on top of that charged us $75.00 for the fake diagnosis. DO NOT GO TO PRECISION!!!!!

The reason i give them (located in forestdale al) 1 star is bc i went to get an oil change and didnt get all of my change back from a $50 bill. I paid 23 and some change and only received 20.36 cents. I didnt realize it until later bc i had a lot on my mind. I called to informed the company of this and told them i will be back up there to get it corrected. The guy on the phone was very nice and he informed me he was new, but he wasnt the person who made the transaction it was a woman. When i got there i was greeted rudely by a worker by the name of johnny. He asked me what you need, when i arrived. I was so taken aback by the greeting that i said excuse me? He responded the same way, so i ignored it and told him why i was there. He called the manager in and told him my issue. His name is Jay. He was very rude as well. He asked me how much was i suppose to get back i told him $6.00 and some change. Hes the manager he sure look at the receipt and his records and figure it out. He had a look on his face like he was irritated and bothered by me. He reached in his pocket and pulled out $6.00 and some change and gave it to me then left. He didnt apologize or anything. There was a customer sitting in the lobby and he looked at me like that was rude. I told him that they act like im bothering them and he told me how rude he thought they were. I agreed and told him im glad to see its not just me who thinks that. I ask for the corporate office number and walk outside to my car. I turn around to go talk to the manager to see if i can iron things out. I ake him if he is the manager and he tells me all ay everyday. I tell him i have a complaint that i would like to talk to him about bc im thinking of calling corporate. He responds in no tim flat, the number is on the internet. I was surprised. I told him i have the number, i would like to speak with him. He then tells me he is busy working on a car. I said ok bc its obvious he doesnt care about customer service or value customers that is responsible for his paycheck. I called corporate the same day and left a message and will be calling back Monday morning. Im also thinking about contacting my local news station to that help customers like myself who have been mistreated by businesses to let others become aware.I must say the second encounter with precision tune was disgusting and left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope these people are dealt with bc that type of treatment of customers can ruin a business.

I have used this location for years. The entire staff friendly and more than willing to help you! My car died right in front of the place. I was just coming in for a quick oil change. The water pump and serpenten belt broke all at once! Fluid was pouring out! I was horrified bc I did not have an extra 350.00 laying around. They told me about snap financing. I filled a quick application was approved and my car was back on the road in two hours!!! I paid 39.00 and my payments are 33.00 each month!! No gimmicks!!! I love these guys..

Not so happy with this location now... Took my daughter with her new car for a fresh oil change, after we left her heater hose had a cut in it. Nothing was wrong with it prior to their service

Had oil changed at reputable garage & they discovered the drain plug used in a previous oil change was oversized & had damaged the oil pan. Repairs cost $345.00! Precision Auto denied doing it, but they had done the previous 3 oil changes. Called and wrote Corporate with NO RESPONSE!

When I arrived the cashier was very pleasant. The mechanic came and took me to my car and explained to me some things about my car. I was very pleased about that, because alot of places dont do that. I would have given them a 5 star, but they forgot to do my tire rotation and check my tire pressure. When the cashier told me I was ready, I had to tell her, to let them know what they didnt do.Well one of the mechanics did do it. But, when I was told I was ready, I kind of felt like that was toooo fast. It turns out, I was right, because when I got in my car, my tire light was still on. And if the mechanic did what he was supposed to have done (checked my tire pressure) then my tire light would not have been on.Since I didnt have time to stay, I called them and I explained everything to the cashier, she remembered me and I told her I would return that Monday morning. And I did, they took care of the problem with no hassle.

Rated this one star ONLY because I couldnt rate less ! We had a terrible experience with these CROOKS ! We broke down while on vacation and they were the closest repair shop. They charged us almost $600 for an alternator on top of being jerks! DO NOT USE!
