Went here to get my oil changed and they had the best prices compared to anyone else around and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Very satisfied.

I was in and out with getting a new tire. And u cant bet the price the best around!!!

Super slow. They will not check the stock before you leave your car with them, and will waste your time.

Worse service ever ,they took my car for an oil change and after 2 hours they said that they don’t know how many gallons they need to fill and they “wont be able to do oil change” ,I asked what did they do all this times and guy told me “nothing” ,so I just spend 2 hours of my life waiting like an idiot....never ever will visit this Walmart again and I don’t recommend it to everybody

Was told the tire, that I checked to make sure they had in stock, was out of stock. Then, when I was going to leave, an employee walked in from the garage area and said it was closed and told me, my 3 year old and my $200+ grocery filled cart that, I aint gonna open the door, walk around. Ive learned not to expect much in form of customer service from any Walmart, but this was ridiculous. As I was shopping, there were upset customers on almost every grocery aisle due to lack of products stocked. Wish I could give zero stars it was so terrible.

Longest wait ever just to put two tires on I know I been here atleast since 9am its 12:08 and nobody has paged me lets not mention I waited atleast 30 or more just to be checked in the manager was frustrated and it showed girl who waited on me took entirely too long to process me maybe if they focus on being professional instead of gossiping things would happen faster!

Very disappointed. Showed up at 7:30 to get four new tires and an alignment. All the doors were shut and lights off. I called and spoke to a young woman who told me they only had one technician in that day and would not be opening until 10 that morning. Three hours late? Seriously? I took my business to NTB around the corner and had a great experience.

There was a light skinned guy there and he was extremely helpful and diligent working on my vehicle!

The best price and time in and out customer services very good.

My mom has warranty on her tires but, they would not chk to see and told her if she did it only covers tread and nails. Went to another location NO PROBLEM got new tire and didnt have to pay another cost for warranty like they charged her b4 at the Roebuck location.

Prices for auto services performed is comparable to others in the area.

Went in for an oil change technician forgot to put oilcap back on. Didnt notice it until a week later. Went back there & they refused to take care of their mistake! Manager was rude & uncaring NEVER WILL I USE WALMART AGAIN!

Bought wiper blades at Walmart, and there was a sign hanging up that said they would put them on your vehicle. So I checked out and drove my car around and the bays had a couple of cars that were being worked on. An Associate walked out to my car. I told her and showed her my receipt and wiper blades and communicated to her that I wanted my blades put on. She communicated it was gonna be a while because they were shorthanded. She said she wasnt gonna do it, because she didnt want to tear anything up on my car. I communicated to her that I would reach out the Mgmt. I left. I attempted to call twice and went the thru the phone options. 2 calls and 2 times no one answered. I called a 3rd time and chose the pickup option and asked for the Manager, and got transferred to no one again.- Poor Customer Service- Untrained Personnel working Automotive area- Offerring services and not being able to follow thru on them

The price was quite economical and it did not take that long to complete. Will return for the next oil change 👍
