I am sad to say that I am forced to rate this business at three stars. Carlos, the manager, is the only effective employee that I could find to help me. My business has been doing business with this place for over 20 years, and most of the employees still do not know me. Most of the employees including Sam are rude and do not value customers. Usually, I am waiting 15-20 minutes for someone to help me. In my opinion, Carlos needs to make changes that will enhance the culture and feel for customers that KEEP THEM IN BUSINESS. They so easily forget this simple truth at times.
