Dont want to deal with you unless you got money overcharge for parts and very rude ask me what I needed then ignored me for 3 minutes and I was saying excuse me I will never go back or send any business to them

Johnny Spradlin is awesome! If they dont have your part in stock they can order the part brand new but they try to help you save some money first. My mother Linda Sanders loves that business. She described those men as honest guys!

A large junkyard that has many parts youre looking for .Several times,Ive found parts here that no one else had. It has good service,but since lots of folks come here,you can wait a bit. They have a coke machine ,a few chairs and a restroom inside to make your wait a little easier. Will take cash or credit cards.

Easy to get to spot in the city..but will not let you go in the yard to get parts..and have high prices

I brought my elderly great uncle here to get a starter for his car. They sold and overcharged him for a bad one at first, even though the staff said they had tested it, and he broke down on the side of I-20 a couple of hours later. He had to pay $75 to get it towed on top of just spending money that day to buy the starter. When he called to tell them the starter was bad, they told him that hed have to come back Saturday. He came back on Saturday and nobody was there like they said they were going to be. When he called, they said that they couldnt answer any questions because they were called and were being extremely rude to us. They told him hed have to come back Monday. We came back Monday and they said theyd have the replacement starter in 30 minutes. 2 hours later, we come back and they told us they still didnt have it. They tried to give him back the defective starter he bought. So, we just got our money back and left. Pull-A-Part was a much better experience than the run-around Johnny Spraldin gave us.

Good, fair, consistent, honest business.. no, I dont work for them but, I have been with elders there before I was old enough to do business myself. You may have to wait for parts, but, patience is a virtue, and good things come to those who wait..

I could be crazy but I love this place! They repaired my Volvo wagon for les than half what the body shop quoted. 4 years later The paint is peeling a bit but I don’t care! Alan was great to deal with.

Called ahead to get a part i needed pulled.. Was told it would be ready in an hour. Arrived later that day to pick up, had to wait almost 2 hours for them to pull the part, since it had NOT been done yet. Parking is very limited for customers. They do have a large selection of vehicles & parts, but it wouldnt be my first choice next time, i dont like to wait on other people to do their job especially when i called hours in advance.

They have been in business for many a year if they dont have it they can get it good people

Well they r slow lol everybody is old there we didnt get what we needed after a 45 min. wait and no a/c in the waiting area.
