The lady working at that location was an awesome worker. She was polite and worked very well under pressure. She was having a problem with the person on the phone that activates the phone and that caused myself and another customer to be held up but she handled it very professionally. She deserves a raise.

Crazy. I was looking to switch 4 lines over to boost, with the $25 per line special & free phones. Was told it would cost almost $320 to activate. When asked why. I was told I HAD TO also pay for a case and screen protector..FOR EACH PHONE. and that was the only way they sold them. Such bull. I would have no problem paying to active each line but Why would I purchase a case for $20 that I can clearly get elsewhere for much less.

My iPhone stop working after 3 months never dropped it or anything I pay my phone on time plus I have insurance my phone keeps saying no service. I got no help at all from any boost mobile store. Not even customer service. I been stuck trying to figure out what to do. I never had a problem like this with any other phone carrier. I feel so helpless.

The guy was obviously not paying attention to what he was doing. He messed up my payment plan cause he was trying to do to much at one time and he was also on the phone the whole time I was there. I went in there to pay my bill and for unlimited data now I dont have no data at all but all my basics things are working. I paid extra for the data no just to make phone calls and basic things like that. Im so not happy with this place I knew I should not have gone here at all worst place ever.

People mistake this store that its located on 4th street , Bethlehem with the store on the other side of Bethlehem, theres no breaks here, its clean, had great sales reps and very knowledgeable, a great variety of phones and iPhones, always open on time. Helpful staff, been in business since 2010 highly recommended

I bought a phone...so three weeks later the phone doesnt work....so i take back to buy a new phone..mine you i didnt ask for a new sim card...i had my sim card from the other phone...so when i tell him i want to buy a new phone without actived it...the person tlod me no that he cant do that...he said i had to buy a new phone and actived again but Ill have the same number....now a week later i have to pay my bill....

Reception is horrible,customer service SUCKS.The guy in the store, always in a bad mood,I think he hates his job, but he wont quit because his bad attitude and bad energy, nobody wants to hire him anywhere else😂
