When We arrived at the Verizon store Russell introduced himself and asked how he could help us. I was having difficulty down loading an app that I needed. He explained that my phone was to old and it would be best to get a new phone. Russell told us he would look at what we had and help me find exactly what I needed. He thanked me for being a loyal customer for 25years. He explained my options help find a phone and transferred my information. It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had!

My wife and I needed to upgrade our phones (iPhone 5s). The first Version store wasnt very helpful. They only had one phone, and we needed two. They told us they could get one in a day, and they would call us. They never did. My wife called the store to inquire about the second phone, and they told us they would get back to us, they never did. Finally we went to the store, in person, a second time, and we got the same story about getting the second phone for us in a day, and they would call us. Guess what, it never happened.We went to a different Version store. they also only had one phone, but they called another store and had one delivered to their store in 15 minutes. They set up the phones for us which took about another half hour, and we were on our way. If I based this review on the first store we went to they would get zero stars. The second store did a good job getting phones for us, setting them up, and explaining them to us. They get 5 stars, but taking one away for Version in general.

Justin was amazing to work with while switching carriers. He was knowledgeable and when he didn’t know something he found out the answer. Justin made the experience extremely relaxing and made sure all of my questions were answered before leaving. Great experience.

The associate I worked with, Cash, at the Bethlehem Township store is in the top 1% of all individuals I’ve worked with inside and outside of Verizon. He is kind, informed, and a genuinely good man.

We came into the store while on our anniversary weekend away. My wife wanted me to get an upgraded phone and we were heading to Walmart so we decided to stop in and see. Both guys were more than happy to help me out and they made some adjustments to save us money on our bill. We have a store in Chambersburg and their CS is less than desirable. I would sooner drive 3 hours away to deal with these guys than stay in my home area. Thanks for all your help guys! Keep up the good work!

Just got new phone from Jatin at Verizon and it was a smooth transition from old to new. Very pleased with the experience.

Justin was absolutely wonderful in upgrading our Samsung phone to a Galaxy S10. He was patience under pressure when the computer system wasnt working right after trying to enter all our information twice and then seeing a blank screen each time he tried to finalize the information. He tried several ways to solve the problem while conversing with a corporate rep over the phone, all the while addressing any other walk-in customers or phone calls. After almost three hours of what should have been an hour or less project, we walked out with 2 new phones and much respect for the excellent customer service Justin provided. Verizon is very fortunate to have him in their employ.

Justin was so helpful! I was switching from T-Mobile after 11 years I didn’t know anything about another carrier or about switching, and he walked us through each step. I’m very appreciative!

My phone wasn’t working and I needed an upgrade so he walked me through the whole process, helped me cut $400 off the phone through deals and trade in values and I ended up getting a brand new IPhone 11 Pro AND paying less than what I was paying for my iPhone X on my monthly bill. These guys are always a pleasure to work with. Phone companies are usually such a hassle but these guys deserve all the praise in the world. They go above and beyond with their customer service and always look out for the customer rather than pushing products I’m sure would allow them to make even more money. Their bottom line is customer happiness and it is very obvious. Will recommend any and all to come here.

Our visit to the verizon store on 191 with Justin was fantastic. He went over everything with my husband and I and took his time. His customer service is fantastic. My husband and I payed a visit to a Verizon store after I was having problems with my Apple phone.When I attempted to make a call it would ring, but I could not hear the person I called and the same thing happened if I received a call. I also was unable to use my google. Due to the virus and social distancing, this is a difficult time to take care of these kind of problems, however Jacob was patient and willing to help us make a decision. My phone was old and so longer insured, so I purchased a new phone and Jacob explained using this new phone with patience and care. Definitely a good experience.

I came in to Verizon on rte 191 in Bethlehem Township, PA. The young man who was working at the time, Justin, was very welcoming. I needed a new screen protector for my IPhone, and he explained my options, as well as the benefits of the protector that I eventually chose. He cleaned my phone and installed the new screen, and could not have been more helpful. Thank you, Justin!

No help the rep basically said verison is only doing things where they get money, transfering info from an old flip phone to a new smartphone isnt one of them unless you buy the phone from them thats why I have att. I brought my friend to this store and he has been a Verizon customer since the early 90s.

After spending more than 2 hours on the phone with 3 different Verizon Tech reps and an Apple rep, and no resolution to my problem - Ryan was able to resolve my issue within about 15 minutes, after working a different option. He seems very experienced/tech savvy, and will spend the time exhausting diff options. Hes also incredibly professional and pleasant to work with!

The person that helped me was very nice and went out of his way to do what he can to resolve my issue. He was left alone and it was extremely busy but still took time to help every customer that walked in. One thing funny... a few customers and I all agree the person that helped us was high.. this speaks very well of the associate. He was high but still able to give us very excellent customer service. None of us left disappointed.

Went to my local Verizon store on Linden St. In Bethlehem, PA. I was treated with respect and wasnt made to feel inadequate because I wasnt as versed in the technology as most. Brian and David were extremely helpful and courteous! These young men made my day a lot easier! Thanks guys, you rock!

Gary tried to sell me an iPhone 7 for $799. I told him the Apple store quoted me a price of $449 and they told me that they operate under bracket pricing meaning every store offers the same price. Gary then said $449 was correct. The phone wasnt in stock; but, he ordered one at that price. I told him I wanted the basic Verizon wireless plan for $50 per month (2 GB of data). When I came back to the store to pick up the phone, I was asked to sign an agreement for a $30 activation fee + $90 per month & they would transfer information on my phone for $40! I told the sales associate thats not what I signed up for with Gary. He said he could cancel the agreement & then start a new order; but, thered be another credit check on my account. Each credit check impacts my very high credit score. I asked them to edit the order & he said he couldnt do that. I walked out of the store without a phone or a wireless plan. There are other more reputable places where Id rather do business. The sales associates working at this store are SCAM ARTISTS! Beware - STAY AWAY - they will try to do a bait & switch on you. You better know your prices before you shop at this store. They will charge you what ever they want if you go in without any knowledge. These people should be reported to the better business bureau!!!! If I could give them negative stars......I would!
