Went in to have data switched from Android to IPhone. There was only one sales associate for 6 people. He did an amazing job helping 2 or 3 at a time with patience and proficiency. He should be given a bonus and some extra help.

Taylor was attentive to my needs. I had to return to the store and she made every attempt to help me problem solve. I understand my lack of technical knowledge can be frustrating but she was very understanding. My only regret is that I purchased a $50 memory chip that didnt remedy my actual problem (there goes my lack of technical knowledge) and ended up having to purchase a new phone anyway. It would be nice if I could have returned the chip or at least get a free phone case for my troubles

The customer service here from Josh has been the best I have received anywhere in a long while. I went into the location an hour and some before close and from start to finish, I received the best personalized service! The process of my upgrade was thoroughly explained, my questions and concerns were taken care of, products, promotions and details of my account were reviewed. I have had nothing but terrible customer service at the 248 store in Easton and the store on Airport Rd. I thought I would try the store on 191 in Bethlehem and what a difference. I have been here 3 different times and every time I have received exceptional customer service. Since the new iPhone 12 came out I wanted to upgrade my phones and Francisco helped me through the entire process and it was as seamless as can be. I am not sure why all of the stores aren’t like this, but they should be. Awesome job, thank you for the great customer service.

My experience with changing carriers was very easy going. Thanks to the help of Joshua and Alex. They made the change over very easy. They spent much time helping me. Joshua even stayed later than his shift just to help make my process easier. Alex made sure I was able to transfer all my info from my broken phone to my new one. He was juggling a store full of customers, but did so with a pleasant attitude and great service. He offered to help me even while he was doing an upgrade for another customer. He would jump back and forth between us as often as possible, and took care of what I needed in just a few minutes. He deserves a raise/bonus/accolades for going the second mile for his customers!

Get every promise of monthly rate in writing. Quoted my monthly fee would be under $80.00 with multiple discounts. Supposed to get a discount for switching carriers (Verizon), AARP member discount, IPhone trade-in, etc. Totally misrepresented... regret ever leaving Verison. Scammed!

Not a good experience at all and will never stop by this store! On 11/28/2020 when there looking to open a new services everything seems to goo smooth ! bum, leaves the store without a order number for some reason the order was going to be process for a 3rd person who wasn’t at the store! Sunday pass, Monday pass and Tuesday my wife call to find out there’s where no confidentiality on the information provided! The manager call on Tuesday afternoon saying that the credit check needs to speak with me mmmm what happens with the credit check person I spoke on Saturday the first day I when there? Nothing! The point was according to him the credit person wasn’t available at the moment that he was calling me back later on! Well is 1:06am on Wednesday still waiting for he’s phone call, YOU DID A GREAT JOB **GERALD SOLANO** manager at this store at the moment on 12/02/2020!Hopefully this isn’t the type of services you are selling a this store! I’ll made sure corporate , BBB,FTC and FCC knows about this matter!I’ll follow up with this 100% guarantee!

Very disorganized couldnt get anything accomplished their internet didnt work and they werent happy to try to go over and above to satisfy our needs so unfortunately only one star and that is for the girl that helped us she smiled a lot

Over the years Ive had some pretty bad experiences at multiple mobile carrier stores. This one was differant, it went great. Sisco, the employee who waited on me was polite and really helpful. I was in and out in a timely fashion. I stopped after school because this store was near by but I do not live around there. I normally go to one closer to home but I will probably go here again cause itll be worth the trip.

It’s a shame that during such trying times in this country that people feel entitled to treat retail workers so poorly when employees are helping them to the best of their ability. Everyone is going through a rough time right now so it was very sad to see people acting in such a way when, from what I saw/heard, they were given friendly service. Hopefully for the employees, this is something that they don’t have to deal with regularly.

Went to store on Sunday inquiring about new phones. Was then told I can save money by switching to a new unlimited plan. Would save me 50.00 a month. So today I get a bill summary from at&t and my bill goes UP 60.00 instead. I got it switched back to old plan but I should just go back to Verizon who is promising me better service. Beware of saving you money when it seems to good to be true. This girl should know what she is talking about before making false statements.

Francesco and Josh were very very helpful in getting a new phone for me and also doing some troubleshooting and soving a problem I had at the Nazareth Pike store in Bethlehem PA. Would highly recommend going to this store they go above and beyond to help customers.

If they’re not going to answer it, there’s no need for a phone. I called twice and let it ring for a good minute before hanging up and waiting some time before calling again. I needed a question answered about a order because I’d hate to cancel it, but I guess they leave me no choice.

Cisco was so awesome. I came in here after visiting 2 att stores since I was looking for the new iPhone. My experience with him has beyond exceeded my expectations, he took the time to get to know us and recommend specific phone accessories to fit our lifestyles. We also ended up leaving with two phones instead of one since he informed us on the special they were running. I was treated really poorly at the 2 stores prior to visiting this at&t and everyone here was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I understand they went through a few changes in their team in the past few months and they are all fairly new but they went above and beyond for me and I will absolutely return.

Great experience!! I have been a customer of AT&T for a long time and had a few bad experiences at this location in the past. Today is spoke with Marcos Vidot and is by far the most polite, knowledgeable and patient AT&T employee Ive ever dealt with. I had lots of questions about my plan and the new IPhone X. He had knowledgeable answers to all my questions and gave me as much time as I needed to clarify my questions and concerns. From now on this is the AT&T store I will be going to and I will always be asking for Marcos. I would recommend this store to all my friends and family.
