I love GameStop! I shop here for my sons - I know little about games myself. I am so impressed by the associates who work at GameStop. They are wonderful - very helpful, knowledgeable, respectful, and efficient. Whenever I am looking for game related items, I dont hesitate to shop at GameStop. Very highly recommend!

There was nobody in the store place was like a ghost town the manager was preoccupied with something on his computer not going back there again.

Have item boxes hanging on wall, advertised prices and sales etc. But nothing in stock. No sign. Nothing saying out of stock. Not one headset or controller in the whole store. A sign or something wouldve been nice before I wasted all that time picking stuff out only to be told they have absolutely nothing in stock. Dont waste your time. Just order online.

Waited outside for 8 hours to get a Xbox series X and most others Gamestop posted how many each location had available. This location did not would have save me alot of time if it would have did so. I was fourth in line and they only had three.

Im an old gamer who barely have time to at anymore, but I can say that gamestop got me with their pre-owned games, Im trying to get back on track so Im playing those game I never play when it came out, so my xbox 360 and I are very grateful of GameStop, good games, good prices.Today I got Assassin Creed III for .99¢, that was cool!!

OMG !! The best store ever !! I placed an online order and the associate Rob shipped all my games the same day !! All my games were in brand new conditions with original boxes ! They really care about there customers . And ROB goes above and beyond for all his customers ! This GameStop is the best one so far !! KeeP UO THE GOOD WORK !!!

This is our store we always go to the Gamestop on 191 in Bethlehem. Everyone is helpful and friendly and they always have a great collection of games and gifts!

Supremely unhelpful staff. I normally dont like to shop at GameStop because I have negative opinions of their business practices, but I wanted to buy a GameStop exclusive controller. So I placed an order to pick up in store and drove out here. I waited at the counter while three employees were all talking, pretty much ignoring my existence. After I was rung up, I was repeatedly asked to join the Rewards program, to pre-order games, and other types of blatant upselling, even after saying No several times. I paid with cash and I was about to be on my way. I noticed that I had a lot of loose change that could be converted into coins of higher amounts, so I politely asked if I could exchange these coins. I was met with a response of: I cant do that for you. Im not allowed to give change. Excuse me? You just gave me change when I paid with cash... So whats up with that? The three employees continued to chat amongst themselves and I just walked out. Horrible customer service experience. The only reason Im giving 2 stars instead of 1 star is because the item I bought is in fine condition and the price was as listed online.

I have very rarely had a positive experience at this location. Be it not having games I called and asked if they had, trading things in or mixups in pre-orders.I was here yesterday to trade in two electronic items. Both of which easily found on the gamestop trade in value part of the site. Neither of which could be taken for no real explanation. First I was told the equipment they use to trade things in wasnt working, then I was told it wasnt updated then I was told neither of my items could be looked up then I was told she called another store and that manager backed up her quickly changing excuses, and finally I was told she found both of the items I was trading in in the system but but they both somehow were worth two cents. She explained to me that meant they dont except either item anymore, despite what anything else said. I have a feeling at this point she ran out of excuses and was just trying to get me to leave. The associate behind the counter was nice enough but didnt know anything about either item I was trading in, both very popular items, or how to use the computers they use for trades. One more thing to add quickly, only one associate was working while I was there. So during this lengthy waste of time no one other customers could do anything other than pace around.So I left, went to a different location and traded the items in just fine. Id suggest you do the same.TLDR : Go anywhere else for your gaming needs.

Terrible experience with assocciates Matthew and Max. Preordered a game that was released on a Friday and was told by Matthew the game would be there until Sunday. Sent someone in Sunday to pick the game and not only was the game not held, but she was overcharged for the game.When I called in to explain that I was told by an associate that the game was suppoaed to be there I was brushed off and the answer I received from Max was okay. Max was the one who rang up the transaction and overcharged her for the game as well.Ive spent a lot of money with this company over the past few years. After my next preorder this is the last time I will be doing business with them. Ill just go back to Amazon for games from now on. At least i know Ill actually get what Im preordering and if an issue does arise there will be 10x better customer service.
