This was my first experience with Woodhouse. I made an initial call to inquire about the availability of a specific used vehicle I had viewed on the website. When I commented to Fred that I would be driving in from another city to look at the vehicle, he even asked me what vehicle I would be driving so he could watch for me. Fred continued to send update messages to me up until the time the vehicle was delivered to me, making for a smooth transfer of my trade-in and landing my new (used) vehicle in my driveway. Leased my 2020 Mazda6 Signature from Woodhouse in July of 2020. Aside from the wonderful car itself, Conner made the process easy and laid back. He let me have a real test drive in the car, not some quick trip around the block! Preston Twiss in the finance department did everything he could on his end to rectify the situation and in the end it all worked out.The Mazda6 is an awesome car and Mazdas new products are value-packed with features that you usually see on high-priced fancy cars, but for a fraction of the price. On top of that, theyre reliable! Would definitely recommend heading over to Woodhouse Mazda in Bellevue if you are in the market for a new vehicle, and want to drive something a little more upscale that you dont see on the road every day!

Best car buying experience I have had yet. I got a new Mazda 3 hatchback from them. They were very straight foward on details for financing. They didnt push me into buying pointless warranties or added vehicle protection packages, and I didnt find any hidden fees in my financing contract. All staff that I have interacted with have been more than happy to help with my needs, even after my vehicle purchase.

I am pretty happy with Woodhouse. The process was painless and Fred is a really nice guy, though a little persistent, but he is a salesman after all. It was nice to get free water and trail mix. My only complaint is not being informed that gap coverage wasn’t included in basic lease until the very end, but I am overall pleased with them.
