I took my Lamborghini Huracan to Lamborghini Seattle located in Bellevue to get it serviced. What I love about this place is their attention to detail. The whole team are always so friendly and personable.I briefly made a comment to one of the staff members that my birthday was coming up. When I flew back home from my birthday trip to pick up my Lambo, they surprised me by adding a LED lamborghini Door lights to my car and wished me a happy birthday. I was blown away.Their costumer service goes beyond what I have ever experienced.Thank you again for making me feel so appreciated. :) Niveen

Love this place not huge dealership but has a great selection of new and used luxury vehicles. But you would think of the quality and the type of high-end cars they sell that they would have a nicer more updated showroom. I mean I get that these cars sell themselves and you could sell one sitting on a platform in the middle of a dump. Lol. So one can only think that the owner likes selling high end nice cars but not housing them in anything special or even having a parking lot big enough to have customers that want to pull in and park cant because there is only room for like 15 cars between 5 different business. Either way awesome car and dealership building just needs a facelift to match the vehicle.

I own many different supercars and either I buy them in California or from this Lamborghini Seattle dealership.I live in Oregon so I just drive up to Lamborghini Seattle and I ALWAYS make appointment ahead of time. If you want to do serious business, make an appointment.This dealerships showroom selection is big and impressive even though their current space is kind of small. They even got hypercars here! Because of their big impressive selection, I always see tourists and people looking at cars. In addition, they are moving into their new location very soon which is super exciting news!This dealership is NOT ONLY friendly but also laid back. This is why I loving shopping here.They are super chill and they work with you to make deals actually happen. Both sides are happy and that’s what you want. No wasting time!I’ve been a supercar owner for many years and this is my favorite dealership to work with! Ever since Jason Lee stepped into office, I couldn’t be happier. Jason Lee, he is the man! Super cool guy and very nice. He makes everything easier and that’s why I keep coming back. Horrible services . They don’t treat customers right. Manager Jason lee was very unprofessional and had a horrible customer services . I been in many lambo dealerships and purchases many Luxuries cars past few years for myself and my family members however I never Experience this poor customer service .They definitely lost a big sales. We came to buy two cars today . We are taking our business somewhere else for sure.

Great service and cars. Beautiful displays and staff. Most people leave zero star reviews because they think the staff is calling them out because they are poor but it really is not that way, they only act like that because they work all day and only about 5% of people actually buy a car and they just dont like getting constantly bothered by people just going to be there. I bought a Aventador S and I havent had any regrets.

Please beware of the service department at the Lamborghini dealer in Bellevue. My experience with them is beyond unbelievable. While always friendly, accommodating and highly apologetic, their level of incompetence is beyond astounding. The saga for me started in February for my Murcielago LP640. The car had an oil leak.1. Dropped car off to them in February to have the oil leak fixed.They notified me that both the oil and the power steering fluid was leaking. I asked them to fix both issues (documented in email).2.After a long wait for parts, I picked up the car from them 2 months later. Total cost $55003. When I got home I realized that they had removed and then not re-installed the battery tender port. Also the rear deck was full of scratches and swirls (1st damage). They came the next day and picked up the car.4. Car was dropped off back to me a day later. Battery port was re-installed and most scratches addressed but now the door locks would not work. As soon as I unlocked the car the car would re-lock. I have never had this problem before.5. They picked up the car the next day. They did a diagnosis and claimed that it had nothing to do with the previous repair and that the passenger side door lock actuator needed to be replaced.6. Another long wait for parts ensued. As part of this repair I asked them to also replace the gas shock for the driver door. In the process of the repair they dropped a tool on the door and damaged it (2nd damage). Car had to be taken to the body shop. Car was returned to me after a total of 2+ weeks.7. On testing the door locks they had not fixed it but only reversed the problem. Now when you lock the car it would automatically unlock.They came and picked up the car again the next day. Brought it back the following day with the door locks fixed. Cost $2000.8. A few weeks passed and I noticed oil underneath the car again. When I called them they said oh yes that is actually the power steering fluid leak. I asked them why the power steering fluid leak had not been repaired as per my instructions. They confirmed that they had found my email asking for the repair, but the service advisor at the time (who was no longer at the dealership) had not conveyed those instructions to the shop.9. Car was picked up again after memorial day weekend. 9 days passed waiting for the parts with no status update. I asked them to return the car while we waited for the parts since it was still all together.10. They brought the car back yesterday. Two deep scratches on the top of the front bumper that were not there before, as documented by their own pictures taken at intake (3rd damage). They claim that they are road chips from them test driving the car.11. The car has full front XPEL. I have driven this car for over 2000 miles and never seen such damage. The scratches are deep enough to have eaten completely through the film. They are trying to tell me that in the few miles they drove this car they put TWO gouges on my bumper?Informed them that they will have to pay for repair and they are never touching my car again.Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this shop. Super careless and incompetent.

Purchased a Lamborghini Huracan Performonte and took it here for service 2 times. The first time they returned my car with a low tire and low extremely low fluids. The second time they forgot to tighten down my center locker. They denied all liability. They delivered my car with a clicking sound during turns because they don’t check their work.

Crazy I would never buy a Lamborghini here ever there customer service is the worst and treated like I need a credit check just to go in. Even thou I was going to pay cash. Stuped people. I just bought a new McLaren 570S Spider, and the entire buying process was perfect. This is the latest McLaren dealership in the country, which fits perfectly among their other exotic car brands. Absolutely incredible performance and styling. . . . . they have a large inventory of colors, coupes, convertibles, new, and used (They can also order the car you want). They have also added a McLaren service department, which was very important to my buying checklist. Adam, Shahin, Graeme, and Mark all delivered elite and personalized customer service. I will definitely buy here again and would highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Ive driven many lamborghinis and this is the only dealership in the United states of America that ive been to that Profiles you based on what you drive and how you look. They act like this is a museum. A quote from a sales person was dont waste my time when you are serious and gonna buy a car today ill help you literally after getting back from a test drive with someone they told me most people dont like miles being added to the car so we dont do test drives which was a lie. Please spend your money elsewhere
