After receiving an estimate for repair I emailed the estimator to schedule the repair. No response. Called and left voice-mail....TWICE.....no response.i am now sitting in the waiting area, along with 2 other customers, waiting for an estimator to come out of their meeting. In my Pharmacy, no matter what meeting I am in, the customer gets taken car of immediately. Not good service by any stretch of the imagination.

Brought in my 2015 Audi Q7 with some damage done to the front end. Seriously the best all around job and service I’ve ever experienced from a mechanic/collision center. They were precise, communicative, fast, on time, kind, and made it unbelievably easy. They communicated with the at fault drivers insurance and made sure everything was good from beginning to end, got us in a rental car with ease. I’ve had years of bad luck and bad experiences with too many shops to count. These guys changed that. It’s extremely important to have a mechanic you can trust to do a great job and these guys are that. The body work/painting they did is flawless. They also did an amazing job cleaning it for me before I picked it up.

I mainly dealt with Nathan. He’s very knowledgeable, polite, patient, and professional. He explained in detail what his tech would do and answered all my questions. He was also super responsive whenever I emailed him with questions and kept me informed throughout the repair process. I highly recommend this shop, I am sure they have other great folks like Nathan there! Thank you Nathan and thank you AutoNation Collision!!

The process for getting an estimate was super fast and I really appreciate your time and help. Cecelia took care of everything from start to finish. This was a really long and drawn out repair. After getting basically snubbed by the person who hit me’s insurance I had to go through my old carrier. That was an added step, but the first body shop I took it too did a very poor job and was unable to get my insurance to get the supplemental necessary for repairs. At any rate as a last ditch effort to get my car done right I took it to AutoNation. BEST DECISION EVER! The previous shop had my car for just over three weeks. AutoNation had it for four days and it was done perfectly. They went the extra mile and even detailed the interior. Don’t waste time or money they will work, and I mean work really hard to make you happy, do it right and fast. I am also temporarily disabled and can’t stress the overall care and precision they took to do it right. Trust them if you want excellent body work and perfect paint the first time. They treat people and their guests vehicles like family. And they got the insurance company do pay where the first shop I took it to got strong armed and passed the headache on to me. Excellent service and excellent workmanship make for very happy and satisfied people. Thank you so much for getting it right and at a time when life just isn’t that easy. Your team is the best.

Excellent service from the Front Desk welcome and check-in to the assessment/estimating process to the top quality work to the pick-up and verification that I was happy with everything. I first took my vehicle there after it was hit and damaged by a truck. Though the other drivers insurance covered everything, AutoNation made the whole process as painless as possible for me. I feared my car might be declared as totaled, but they returned it to me as good as new. I later went back to them for some elective body work on my car and was just as happy with the results.

I used AutoNation after my 2016 VW Touareg was rear-ended while stopped at a red light. After the AutoNation repairs an detailing, my car looks like new! There is no evidence of the damage to rear bumper, tail pipes, or trailer hitch; the color match was perfect, the entire car shines with the new clear coating, and is immaculate after a total car detail!I could not be more pleased with the customer service and communication and would rate higher than 10 if I could. Cecelia was terrific from start to finish, keeping me informed on progress and accurate in predicting how long the repair would take.Repair was completed right on time. Both phone and text messages were used to keep me fully informed of the progress and were much appreciated. I would positively recommend AutoNation to a friend or colleague without any reservation. The customer service, communication, and quality of repair were all superb.

Wow! I bought my Jeep Wrangler from Auto Nation, so when I got rear ended and contacted their insurance company, when I saw Auto Nation on their approved list, I thought great, thats where I will go. Boy was I wrong.My spare tire and tow hitch took most of the impact and their estimator did not even want to replace the tailgate the tire is attached to (that was dented in), instead he wanted to give me a life time warranty on Bondo. He missed the fact that the rear bumper was damaged, and muffler altogether.If you are hit and want your car restored to its original condition, stay far away from this company, they are unapologetic shills for the insurance companies they represent.

I backed my BMW against a wooden post and ended up with some minor paint damage to my front wheel-well. I found AutoNation through the BMW Certified Collision Center listing on BMW USAs website. I called Troy and he was able to see me the next day for an estimate. I took the car in, his paint department buffed out the paint from where I damaged the car to get an idea of the damage underneath. Fortunately, the damage was just superficial and they were able to buff out the scraped paint AT NO CHARGE! I was so relieved and their professionalism and courtesy was extremely appreciated. Worst collision repair experience. It took more than 3 weeks and jobs not even done properly. I had to pay $190.00 out of pocket for rental car due to longer time it took. I had to do almost everyday call. No phone call return.

I had both an estimate and work done with AutoNation Collision Center - all during COVID. Went in and had the estimate done, was very easy, front desk staff was very nice, everything was safe and clean. All of the expectations were laid out for the repair, and the estimator listened to everything I had to say about my vehicles damage. After the estimate, getting an appointment to have the work done was super easy. Brought it back the next week, AutoNation even coordinated with my insurance and Rental Car agency, and they coordinated the pickup for me to get my rental. AWESOME. The work took a few days, expected, and AutoNation did a great job keeping me in the loop, even called to ask a few questions, which was fine. 2 days later? Done, and the car looked AMAZING. Stellar work, stellar staff, STELLAR SERVICE - will go back again! Thank you AutoNation Collision Center - keep up the great work!!!!

AutoNation Collision Center was excellent and kept me posted on each stage of my vehicle repair through both text messages and emails. Staff was very pleasant and coordinated everything for my rental car through my insurance. Additionally, they made recommendations that ensured I would get the proper OEM part for my car rather than an aftermarket one designed to save the insurance company money and negatively impact my vehicles performance.Cherry on top: My car was spotless inside and out when I got it back, saving me a trip to another location to get it detailed!

My 2017 BMW X5 had a little unexpected contact with a wooden stairwell which caused some damage to my rear bumper cover and some of the other components around there. The BMW Bellevue website listed AutoNation Collision center as their recommended source. I made an appointment to speak with Brooke, and in about an hour she had assessed the damage and prepared an estimate. I appreciated her clarity in letting me know that the price could change based on what they found when they dug deeper. The estimate was in-line with what my research told me, so I scheduled an appointment to have them do the work.I dropped my car off on a Monday morning, and Brooke let me know that she expected the repair to take 4 or 5 days. And since there was an Enterprise Rental guy working in the office I was mobile again in a few minutes. Tuesday morning Brooke emailed me that they had finished disassembly and had found no additional damage. She did say that the BMW dealership charged them more for one part, and so the total cost would be a bit higher. But since the new total was still under my expectations it wasnt a big deal and I appreciated the transparency. On Thursday she let me know that my car was in the paint shop and they hoped to have it finished on Friday. She said she would inspect the work and let me know if it wasnt perfect. On Friday afternoon she called to let me know the car was finished and ready for pickup.I was excited to see my car back in its original state, and I was not disappointed. I scrutinized the paint job as closely as I could and found nothing that stood out from the factory paint job (see photo). The pickup was as smooth as everything else, and they even got me a nice discount on my rental car bill, which while Im sure is part of their relationship, was still unexpected and much appreciated.In summary, I would recommend AutoNation Collision to anyone. They checked all my boxes: Thorough and accurate estimate, clear communications about the process, strong follow-up during the repair process and most importantly excellent repair quality. The people I worked with were nice but the communication was bad. My car also took 3 weeks to be completed when my original estimate was 6 days. It took them 9 days to give me any update on my car. Also seems like they painted over a piece of scotch tape on the inner fender of the body which is where they were repairing. Overall not a good experience and will not be returning here for business again.

This has to be the best experience I have had for getting my car dents repaired ,from the great receptionist, to Chris who took great care in making me feel special, to Joe making sure all of my damages would be fixed, to John (enterprise) making sure my loaner was ready and off I went, while my car was in the shop Chris would keep me updated, to my surprise when I picked up my car it had been completely detailed inside, it was a brand new car again. First of all, I would like to say the only person that is not included in this extremely awful experience is Melissa. She was very nice and extremely helpful.But I would not recommend this shop at all, it is extremely slow and never did what they said. Every time we called, there was only more delay and more things to fix. Car took more than a month to fix, always have reasons and excuses causing more and more delays. If you’re looking at this shop to do your repairs, be prepared to take a decade to get your car back. Very bad experience.

I am using exclusively this car repair shop since 1992. I also referred many of my friends and family member to this place. All were always happy and satisfied. Tripp is my service adviser since 1992 and is always very helpful and professional. My all vehicles that were in collision were very well repaired and done professionally. Working with Tripp is always easy and pleasing. Jodi Moll at the reception desk is very helpful and promptly responded to my many questions that I had. I highly recommend this place to any one with damaged car. These people are great, caring and professionals.

Took my BMW 335i in to replace the bumper - scheduling an appointment was easy and the staff were friendly. I love that the center is open on Saturdays, very convenient. The total cost for the work ended up being a little bit over what I originally was quoted however I was happy with the work that was done. Car looks good as new now. Would recommend.

They did not look into all the damage to my vehicle that was caused in an accident, my tire had cuts on the sidewall and the estimator said the tire was built strong so its nothing to worry about. The integrity of the tire has been compromised and it was in better shape before the accident, so was my rim.

Do not go to this place EVER. My 2018 Audi Q5 had a dent on the front passenger side door and had to be replaced. I was given an ETA of a month but after a month passed I was told that they received an incorrect part and it would take a week more. On deep diving, I found that they forgot to order a part. So, it took a lot of following up and more than a month to get the car back. The worst part started now, as soon as I took my car I start noticing engine hesitation on pressing the gas paddle. I was shattered to see my $55K+ worth car performing this way. It only got worse from here, engine lights soon came on and I had to take the car back to these guys. They checked it again, made the engine light go away and told the problem was fixed. However, I took their service personnel with me on a test ride and the problem was still there, they did not fix anything. On asking this, the next statement was we do not understand please go to Audi dealer. Finally, the Audi service center identified and fixed the issue. After that my cars fuel door jammed and I had to go to Audi again. I noticed that ride has got bumpier as well and not sure if something is wrong with suspension. I do not know what other problems are waiting in store.Avoid going here if care about your car. They had no business with other parts except the door and they have somehow managed to affect a number of things. I wish I went to a different body shop, reviews were there in front of me.

Poor quality work. Took 30 days to repair the car. It was ready to go with misaligned panels, Orange peel on the painted panels and the engine compartment was covered in sanding dust. I refused delivery of the car. Gave them an opportunity to make it good, still has orange peel and sanding scratches in the new paint. The painted panels are clearly a different texture than the rest of the car.update:Spoke to Tony the GM at Autonation Bellevue. He promised to personally see that the car is finished to my satisfaction.Update:Despite Tonys assurances the work was still poorly done, had to get State Farm involved.The visible workmanship was so poor that State Farm demanded they disassemble the car for inspection.They found that the repaired cowl panel was very roughly beat back into shape and pretty much destroyed by the technician. ( I wish I could post pictures). State Farm demanded that they start over and replace the cowl panel. This involved removing the windshield and the entire dashboard.Fast forward several weeks the cowl panel has been replaced.I went to pick up the car and the paint still had visible sanding scratches and orange peel in places that resembled 600 grit sandpaper.I also noticed the A pillars no longer lined up with the fenders.Tony tried to convince me that the A pillar alignment was normal.Got State Farm involved again who backed me up and had them align the fenders and re-sand and polish the paint.I lost track of how many times I had to return the car to Autonation.I feel like every part of the car that they touched demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and workmanship.I cannot recommend this shop

An employee from this business treated me like a criminal after I took a picture of the outside of this business. Avoid this place!I took a picture of the outside of this business from across the street. Within a minute of this, a woman came from inside this business and asked me what I was doing. She was very rude about this.I told her I had taken a picture of the business because I thought the cars outside were cool.She demanded that I delete the image. She seemed to be insinuating that Id done something wrong in taking a picture. I refused to delete the picture.At this point, she told me that I would be hearing from a lawyer. She asked me to giver her my name. I feared for my safety and privacy, so I gave her a false name.This was an extremely negative experience for me. I was treated rudely and with great suspicion by this employee. Id recommend avoiding this place at all costs. You may have a different experience if you appear to be extremely wealthy.

I had my 2015 GLK350 repaired here. When completed I noticed many swirl marks in the new painted surfaces and orange peel. They agreed to take the car back and fix the issue. Overall, they fixed the problem but it ended up being a very time consuming process from start to finish. I think they have good potential for being an excellent shop but they still need to work on communication and quality of work.

After I wrote my initial negative review I decided to go in and talk to a manager or owner at Bellevue Auto Rebuild about my experience.I didn’t expect anything to come of it, however I was very glad to be proven wrong.I asked for a manager and was introduced to Tripp. He listened to my concerns and didn’t make any excuses. Instead he said he would look into what happened and make it right.The next day I received a call from Tripp asking for my email so he could send me some documentation about the work that had been done previously and explained what had happened with my repairs. Further, he told me they would cover the costs to have my car repaired at another shop.After having Tripp be so helpful and honest, I decided to take another chance on Bellevue Auto Rebuild and I’m glad I did. They fixed the issue right away, sent me pictures, and made sure it was done right.Overall, while my initial experience was not so great, the follow up was excellent.Tripp really cares about the customer and it shows.

My new Mercedes Benz gla was damaged in a hail storm so I sent it to the this certified collision center. Originally they told me the repair will take 9 business day and it ended up taking over a month. The worst part is they added an extra protection film on my car without my permission claiming it was there. Dealership has proof it was not there so insurance company refuses to cover. I got treated rudely and they held my car for another 2 weeks, threatening to charge more storage fee if I dont pay that extra 500+. Insurance company told me to call 911 if they still refuse to release the car. Seriously? I need to call the police to get my own car back. Eventually the manager got back to me and released my car. This is not the end yet. Apparently they damaged the wire connection of my suspension during the process and my dealer is now charging me another 400+ for fixing their mistake.Update:1. Noticed reverse alarm system was also messed up somehow.2. Also noticed the two sides of the windshield looks off from the inside and found out that the interior shell on right side of the windshield was not pushed in all the way.Tbh I’m not even surprised anymore.

Takes money upfront, doesnt tell you about how you wont be able to get another quote if they overcharge you, then give you a bill for twice as much with no alternative as they refuse to allow you to leave.This is a scam location that doesnt do any quality work. They only stay in business because of the way they have paid off Mercedes (somehow) to recommend them. But the bad reviews are all over every site to see.Find somewhere honest and capable. Anywhere but here.

I was recommend by Mercedes in Bellevue to take my Mercedes here to get fixed. Made my appointment to get an estimate for my insurance company, my husband took my car in. Moses was the guy we were dealing with. My car has been there over 2 weeks hasn’t been worked on. He sent the supplement that my insurance needed to approve the extra work that needed to be done to the wrong place and never thought to check why it was taking so long to approve. I have called multiple times to check on my car because they never call to let me know what is going on. I am super disappointed because our rental car is done on Thursday and we have no idea what is going on with our if they have started work or not. I just hope that at least there work on my car is good because their customer service is terrible.

I brought my car in for some rear door and quarter panel damage from a minor accident. I had an appointment for over a week. I tried to get in sooner on the day of the appointment but was told they were booked solid. While I was waiting, a customer without an appointment came in and was seen for an estimate. Once the guy I was scheduled with took a look at my car he said, You should just buy a new car. I have a 2005 Honda that runs great and is well maintained. The damage was minor. He went on to quote me $3800.00. I took it elsewhere and got it done for $1400.00. Id go no stars on this place.

This place has turned an inconvenience into something of a nightmare.Three weeks after dropping off my car for a fender bender with zero messaging from them I finally got through to discover the original damage estimate was off by a factor of three and the vehicle might be a total. Fast forward three more weeks and the vehicle is now not a total, still being worked on with no comms from them. I’m not out more money from rental car coverage than my actual deductible with no end in sight.Stay far away.

I was asked to pay upfront for parts and given an appointment for the following week to get my car fixed. When I took my car in they informed me that the parts hadnt arrived and asked me to take my car back. I followed up multiple times over the course of next couple of days and heard varying stories from the parts havent arrived to the parts are here but we dont have space in our shop. Eventually, after 4 days of following they just informed me that they will issue me a refund and were oddly unapologetic about how this was a total waste of time for me. Definitely do not recommend them. It felt like they reel in customers initially during the estimation stage and then do not follow through with any of the commitments. I am just hoping that I dont have to follow up as many times for processing my refund.

Terrible work! Had vehicle repaired there and returned to show them several flaws. They refused to fix it properly and even cited a lengthy wait as a reason to not replace a damaged part. Had to have insurance adjuster get involved after another shop quoted an additional $3,000 to properly fix it. Vehicle is still not up to par. They will never get any business from my friends or family if I can help it.

I took my car in to have the front passenger side fender repaired after being hit. After finally getting my car back I noticed washer on the floor of my garage every morning.I brought the car back 4 days later. My service advisor took the car around back and after 15 minutes said the headlight washer solinoid was cracked and thats the way it came in. (a total lie) Then the guy had a straight face and said hed be happy to give me a quote for the repair .I know they had to remove the front bumper and in the process broke the solinoid. The car never leaked before it got there. I was so mad I just left. Hell if I would let them ever touch my car again.Stay away from this body shop at all costs.

My bmw was hit while parked and the other persons insurance covered the repair. Went to autonation and the agent that was assigned was Brooke Burns. She kept me informed about the repair every day. Also told me that she inspected the repair and it was not upto the mark and she would like to take additional day to get it 100% perfect. That is what she did and I am so pleased with the repair work. Kudos to Brooke and she is exceptionally good with her work. THANK YOU.In few days my other car Mercedese gle got damaged as well. Since I had a super good experience with my previous car I chose to go to autonation again. O boy the experience was so difference this time. No daily updates, no follow-ups. After days of follow-up I was asked to come and pickup the car & noticed the new dent introduced by autonation and the new agent says : I am sorry I did not inspect your car after repair. If it was upto him he would have given me the car as is, he tried and goes like : take the car now and in future when you want it fixed we will fix it. I said NO, fix it now and then it was like OK we will fix it and you come back. I would have appreciated if the agent checked the car on his own and did not make me come all the way to autonation to identify the dent caused by autonation repair. In the end they fixed the car thus I am not naming the agent here but I do not think the second agent did a good job. Funny as it is : He has filled the autonation feedback paper on his own and has put it in my car where he has given himself 10 points and 100% satisfaction. The agent is strange.5 starts for brook, 1 stars for the other agent = Net 3 starts

I took my Mistubishi Lancer here after someone backed into the drivers side door. I was worried they would take advantage of me because I was a woman and this was the first time I had been in an accident. However, the service I received was excellent and I felt completely taken care of. Everything was explained, they worked seamlessly with my insurance company, service was completed on time, and the cherry on top was that when I got my car back, they had vacuumed and cleaned the interior, washed and waxed the car, and had even fixed a dent that was unrelated to the damage incurred to the drivers side door.I wish I could give this place six stars. A and B the C of D (Above and Beyond the Call of Duty).

I had my 2008 x5 fixed on July, my experienced was not good.they were not updated any info which they said they will, I had to call several times to follow up with the person who handled my case.The actual finish time is a week later than the estimate.last month my car had some problem( needed to change break pad.)I called the front desk said that the person who handled my case will give me a call shortly( they always said that but it usually took a day or two)but one day later I have not receive any calls. so I emailed the guy and never got reply.Dont know why they dont want the business?however, my friend who had his car fixed in there that recommended me to go there, but I would not go there any more.

Ill probably update this whenever I actually get my car back. First, I tried to schedule an appointment to get work done to which I was told they werent accepting appointments until after January 2nd. So I tried to schedule an appointment for after then and was rudely told that I could call back AFTER the 2nd to make an appointment.Then my wife made an appointment and brought the vehicle in and was given an 8 day window. After 8 days we had to call them back for an update and was told itll be another 2 weeks. These people act like they dont need my business and then they cant be bothered to communicate updates to the customers.Hint: Voice Mails are there to have messages left. If someone doesnt answer, leave a message! This isnt a new technology or service.

Strongly not recommended you to bring your car to their store for repairing. Super bad and ridiculous fix experience, I took my Mercedes CLA250 for replacing the front bumper and front left side headlight, fender, wheel and tire. The fix process should be complete within 2 weeks by their estimation, but finally took more than 3 weeks since they used third-party aftermarket fender without my permission, and it’s malfunction then they need to bring new OEM fender from Mercedes, actually I have told them to use all Mercedes OEM parts and accessories to fix my car initially. And they do not provide tire installation and alignment service thus they took my car to one of their sub-vendor called “Wholesale Auto” or something else, it’s the first time I heard and experienced that a body shop not provide tire and alignment service. They were so passive that they did not keep adequately inform the fixing process thus I have to keep giving them calls for status updates. Cannot stand how they granted as the Mercedes Elite Certificated Body Shop. BTW, their collision officer Zack is actually a super unenthusiastic man.

So far just bad, real bad..fender bender estimated 4k after the job the bill was 12k my insurance sky rocketed because of the bill, but the point is the work was awful. My wife took her ML 350 into get the work done and weeks later we get the car back, to our surprise the bumper they replace was not matched up with the color of the rest of the car! 2nd they replaced the hood with a cheaper one, it was put back on crooked side gap all off and unevenly spaced. Needless to say I returned it. I spoke with Jerry who is a great guy, he apologized and set up another appointment with a rental car. Well after another week or so they said it was ready for pick up and this is why I am so unhappy, the hood is more crooked up by the grill, the side gaps are fine but now the front looks like it has a jacked up tooth or something!! Also there is a BIG chip out of my brand new hood!! I just called this am and waiting to hear back. This is talking too much time and money away from me, I feel for a higher end place in Bellevue the work would be top-notch and since they charged 3X more the their pro estimated which ups my insurance by the way I except the best work and this so far has not been even close!! I will update asap on the results.

After pre booking my rental car I still had to Waite 40 min to get my car turned in and my rental ready to go. Then it took two weeks to get my car back for a dented rear hatch and when I was told it was ready it wasnt and I had to return it because the rear hatch menichism was inserted incorrectly... they act like they dont know what they are doing ... Felt like Total BS and not professional in my opnion.

I had Volvo XC90 fixed by these guys. Job they did was ok, but they have not secured steering column. I was driving and hear banging noise each time front tires hit uneven road. Went back to them, they did not want to hear anything. After arguing, i got their guy ride with me to listen. Only then they agreed that there is a problem. Car was dirty inside and out when i picked it up.

Just finished my second repair experience with these gentlemen and have nothing but praise for them. Expedient repair, fantastic communication and having the car rental agency a block away makes picking up my ride back to Puyallup very convenient. Thats right, I drive all the way from Puyallup to use this shop because of the fantastic service from all of the crew from the front desk to the detailer. Big thanks again to Brett and the guys for making my Ram Mega Cab tow rig like new again!!

I took my Infiniti to this shop as it was recommended by the factory website. All seemed good until it took 2 months for me to get my sedan fixed.The service representative would not tell me why it took so long to fix my car. At the end they admitted they had lost 4 workes., During this process the service representative acted as if I was pestering him and insinuated that my car was not nearly as expensive as the other cars there. I do not like to brag so I did not mention that my damaged Infiniti is the cheapest of my 4 motor vehicles. I just like my Infiniti G37 as it handles better than my other Lexus cars. Then after they fixed it I had to take it to a dealer to fix a computer error code as they had improperly started the computer. Looking back I should have gone to the other factory recommended shop in Kent WA.
