I just leased a civic sport 2022 here! Allison is wonderful! She is friendly, helpful and professional.I have sent my intention for purchasing civic 2022 for several dealers and Allison is the first call I got. The other dealers actually told me in the text that they don’t have any civic 2022 but not providing more information.I went to Honda Bellevue on that day and decided that I would lease a civic 2022. Allison helps us to find more options, like the previous version, or an Insight, and after knowing that I really like the interior decorations of 2022, she helped me to find 2 incoming civic sports 2022!Allison also explained all the fees/price very clear and is willing to provide different financial options for us to consider. We actually spent almost 4 hours with her at the day we decide to lease a car, and she is always friendly and patient.The civic 2022 is very difficult to buy under current circumstances and we wait 3 weeks as promised to get the car.I picked up my civic yesterday and I am satisfied with the new civic! The black civic sports 2022 is beautiful and worth its price! Allison is so nice! And everyone in Honda Bellevue is friendly and professional.

The sales staff at Bellevue Honda is the best! We had to replace our previous Honda Pilot after an accident, and the process was very stressful. Karim and Ian were so helpful and kind. They made everything so easy, gave us a great deal, and were a pleasure to work with. I was sad when our old car was a determined a total loss, but our new Pilot has everything our family needs, and more. The service department did a great job adding our tow package as well. It looks fantastic!We have purchased a few cars from Bellevue Honda, and have never been disappointed.If you go in, ask for Ian!

I purchased a used, 2016 Subaru Crosstrek through Honda of Bellevue in August 2021. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Larry J. who made the whole process so incredibly easy. Larry was able to answer all my questions to the best of his knowledge (there were quite a few) and made sure the car was a right fit for me. Not only did he create an unchallenging experience, but he also made it fun and entertaining. I didnt expect to laugh as much I did purchasing a car. Larry genuinely cares about his clients and getting to know them on a personal level, which is rare these days. Last weekend I finally got my AC fixed after waiting for part arrival notice for more than 2 month, oh yes I did not receive the notice at all, I went there personally and then just knew that the AC part is in stock, but literally no call notice at all for such a long time; but anyway summer is gone, no need of AC, I don’t complain too muchAnd Saturday I picked up my car after fix, AC runs good, happy for next summer; however when I park and lock my car at home, I realized the lock honk and lock heap doesn’t happen, strange but I just ignored and hope it will auto recover like tire pressure warning when change new tires;Sunday I drive my car for shopping, and I lost in the parking lot because there is no lock honk, so depressed, but I finally found it, good luck for me. When I got home, I tried to use my engineer brain to figure out how happens for my lock honk. Luckily after 1 hour I noticed the wire to the hood lock is disconnected, and apparently the mechanic removed the car bump or some parts to replace AC parts but forgot to double check all wires are connected after put back themI don’t know how I should rate this service, but I am sure I have the talent to open my own car repair business

A shout out to Maurice, my go-to sales person for Honda cars. Yesterday it was my 6th car purchase in the past 15 years from Honda of Bellevue. Maurice has been helping me with the past four purchases. Maurice is straightforward and a true consultant whom I can trust when comparing trims, resale value, features and accessories. I feel that I was able to negotiate a fair deal for this and past cars. Although sometimes I have gotten too good of a deal, that made me feel guilty for being a tough negotiator. I also want to thank Atilla, another sales consultant, for being friendly, constructive, and flexible with my crazy schedule. The signing of the documents was a breeze. I will see you again before the year-end; my mom will be upgrading her Accord that she bought from you to a new CRV or Passport.

Update: 9/17/2021Jake from Honda service follow up and they replace the transmission under warranty. so far no issue.Thanks Jake for helping and following of on this issue.brought my Odyssey to service several times with SAME transmission issue (I think). They kept the van for couple days and at the end they could not find the problem. i show the service adviser the photos that I took when it happened. and her respond was we believe you but nothing they can do. Several weeks later same issue and now third times, need to bring back to service...

This is the first time we bought a car from an out-of-town dealer and it was worth the single trip over the pass. We were able to coordinate web based info with text and phone calls that were both timely and productive. We worked with a team of professionals ( Tom and Kevin) that listened to our needs and gave us options to consider and decide upon. Coming from an area devoid of car options, we were able to do all this in the space of one day. All-in-all a seamless purchase.

I chose this location due to the high ratings and overall positive experiences the majority of its customers seem to have. Upon checking in, I had the experience of being nearly ran over by a sales man, as he was running between the service department and the sales floor to someone he was assisting, without excusing himself of course. Then to the actual service of the car -- the service advisor came and asked me what type of oil I wanted in the car, after having already handed over my keys and sitting in the waiting area for about a half hour. I didnt know I had to request that the OEM spec oil with the correct viscosity be used for the change, especially to the Honda dealership Service Advisor.... odd. After having the service completed, I was then informed that my power steering pump, water pump and serpentine belt needed urgent replacing, and that specifically the water pump and power steering pump were in a very critical state. I found this to be very interesting, as not only was this car recently purchased and undergone a thorough examination, but those critical state components were replaced by another dealership, with documentation, prior to purchase of the car (less than 2000 miles ago). Upon coming home, not only did I realize what specific rating of oil the car uses, but also that Honda had in fact changed it with a thicker viscosity oil (which certainly doesnt help the oil pump any with circulating, especially as ambient temperatures are getting colder), and that I was billed for 5 quarts of oil, when the motor doesnt even take 4 quarts. To summarize, I have no desire to bring any business back to this dealership at a future time, nor to refer any of my colleagues or friends . I am not impressed at all by the customer service, the service advisors, or the lube techs that this dealership has to offer.

I had been in the market for 6 months (thank you crazy car market) and had been to multiple car lots and left right away after I felt pushed into purchasing a suv that i wasn’t I love with. Went for alignment today, and I would avoid coming again for service. I went for alignment because car was pulling left and right while driving, and leaving the store with my alignment still off (they specifically told me it was still off, but cannot tell me how off it was after they perform the job). They then told me the printer was not working and cannot show how the job was performed. While waiting there, there is 0 communication with customer or so. If there is something that is not as expected while working on the car, shouldn’t you talk to the customer before proceed with the remaining work ? Glad I was here just for alignment and not some big repairs. Now I have to find a another store to check alignment again the see what’s going on. Paid $140 for nothing during my visit here today.Updated: went to big o tire right after the visit and the whole alignment is off, camber is off, but that is understandable as camper is not adjustable, the toe is pretty much not being touch and all over the place, meaning they did not even try to perform and make things right. I felt like being scam and rip off for the alignment service at the Honda Auto Center of Bellevue. They have you wait for 2 hours and pay for alignment for nothing.

Saw a car in the inventory on the website, set an appointment online, confirmed via email, (Looks like you set up an appointment for tomorrow at 11. Ask for Will when you stop in. Thanks for the opportunity.).Arrived for the appointment 5 minutes early, was told that the Will is busy / not available and the car does not actually exist in the showroom, and there is no other similar car I can actually see from the inside. Someone showed me an already sold car (different trim) in the parking lot, from the outside, and can not even confirm what the color of the car saw online actually looks like (exterior images were showing two different colors), and told me that the car I saw online might have sold meanwhile (but none of the sold cars in their lot had that color).I get it theres an inventory shortage, but at least be honest with what you can offer and dont make clients drive all the way to your showroom for nothing.

One thing I have learned visiting the dealerships for buying a car is that your experience would vary a lot depending on who your dealer is. To save yourself some trouble, if you are ever here, I suggest you do ask for Collin. I want to thank the sales team and staff that helped me with my purchase. They verified the vehicle was still on their lot since I was pursuing an online ad for a used vehicle I was interested in and was traveling nearly 80 miles. They made sure to let me know that my contact had been passed to another sales rep since the original contact was going home for the day. I had not given them a set time or even if I was going to show up but it had appeared that they had brought the vehicle up front in anticipation. The meeting and test drive was great even given current world conditions. They did a great job describing the vehicle and its features given the vehicle was a Ford.

First, I acknowledge it was a difficult environment for car dealers with supply shortages and delays in receiving cars. We got off to a false start but Collin, our agent from BelleVue Honda helped tremendously later on to ease our experience. He even arranged for a free loaner till we got our car. The car delivery, registration, final settlement were all very smooth and well managed. We could see Collin making a really strong effort in that regard. One sincere suggestion for BelleVue Honda - invest into better logistics systems to help close communication gap with customers, else it could damage their reputation. Overall supper happy to have got our car. Will we go again to BelleVue Honda? Sure, we will.

I visited Honda of Bellevue due to the issues in the front grill of my one year old 2020 CRV. Front grill plastic is warping. Vehicle is under full warranty. Attitude of the people in service department was as if I am asking them for some free stuff. They told me that they will contact me when the part arrives, but I never got the call (i knew it already based on their attitude). One of the representatives even asked why you didn’t go to Honda of Kirkland. No point in visiting them again.

I had a problem with my vehicle that I thought was the end of my car that I absolutely love. Honda doesn’t make this vehicle anymore I think last production of us 2014. So when I was having engine trouble I was expecting to hear the worst news. Not so much with the staff here at Honda of Bellevue they explain to me what was up with my engine and what needed to be fixed and how inexpensive the part was. They saved my car my 2012 Honda cross tour. I love this car so much thank you guys.

Brought car in at 10:30 a.m. for a scheduled appointment recall fix. Late in the day heard that they hadnt started work, and that the car would be ready sometime tomorrow. Picked it up later the next day. Work seems well executed. BUT, it meant two round-trips for a driver to deliver and pick me up. At least they might have offered a loaner.

We bought at car from Eddy in 2006. We returned again in 2021. Eddy is still there. Both of us have aged a little in 15 years. Working with Eddy feels like buying a car from your best friend. The entire process was relaxed, with no pressure. The paperwork took a little longer because of a name change, but Eddy stayed around just for us.

He knows the vehicles and options well, and is honest about what is likely to be worth the money for my needs. Overall the dealership is the best Ive ever encountered. not just for buying but service too. In the rare instances that Ive had a question or concern, it has been addressed promptly and completely. The contrast with other dealers is huge. When helping one of my kids buy a car, we first went to some other dealers and were reminded just how good Bellevue Honda really is.

Purchased a 2017 Civic Hatchback Sport. The experience was easy, fast, and informative. I saw the listing online and inquired about it via email. I immediately received a phone call from McKay Rands, in sales. He let me know that the car was still available and ready to view. I have brought my car in 3 times in few months time and after every servicing something was broken and I had to comeback to get my car fixed again. This last time I brought my car in for maintenance minder and right after the servicing my cars TPS sign began to show. How can they mess the car right after maintenance and still they didn’t accept their mistake. The advisor in fact lied to my face saying the tire pressure was low when the report he handed out said it didn’t.

I have been going to this service center past 3 years, had a disappointing, frustrating experience for the first time today with service advisor Kathy. I received no explanation on why the service reminder kept popping up even after getting it serviced. It took 2 solid days,3 visits to get a regular servicing done :( highly disappointed. after servicing i got a call they asked me for a feedback & when I mentioned the above, the caller simply said thank you for coming & cut the call, no apologies or we hope to address the concerns. I dont know what the purpose of the feedback call was. Just a formality I suppose.EDIT: I received a call back from manager Oliver who addressed my concerns and explained why multiple things went wrong.

I really had good experience with Honda of Bellevue, last year I sold my Honda Accord here for a good deal compared to other dealers. This year on 10th July 2021, I bought Honda CRV from them for a good deal and I was really happy with the service they provided. My recent experience with the Service department was quite frustrating. The routine oil change, tire rotation, and CVT software update took over the 7 (!!!) hours. The service representatives didnt even bother to be courteous. The representative who worked with me appeared very disorganized in customer communication and processing the credit card payment.

Havent been here in years but for good reason. Service dept was incredibly rude after leaving a replaced a belt on top on my engine block and just shrugged when I asked them about it. I did not purchase car here so cannot say for the actual dealership but go to any other honda for service dept. Would give 0 starts if I could.

We searched for a few weeks before finding the car that had the right options and low mileage after calling Honda auto center of Bellevue regarding a certified pre owned Honda Accord I asked specifically if the car had any cosmetic damage and if it was available? The salesman said it wasnt available but they had another car that would fit our needs via text message. We drove 30 miles to view the car when we arrived at the dealership it was a monsoon downpour the car appeared to be in excellent condition everything worked as it should. So we decided to purchase the car. While writing up the paperwork we were told this car wasnt certified and had no warranty albeit was only 3 years old with 24k miles they said it could cost them up to $1k for certification that would allow the factory powertrain warranty to be included ...we ended up purchasing a warranty for $2500 extra. After the paperwork was completed we headed back out to take delivery of the car and noticed itll need a new front wheel from heavy curb damage. Not the best car buying experience 😕

We were looking to purchase a new honda odyssey. My husband was in contact with a man named Collin. My husband had to reach out to him a few times before he got back to us. He was very slow in response time and did not seem very motivated to get us to purchase this vehicle. He gave us a quote and we asked for an invoice and the quote was more than we had discussed PLUS more than their website price and MSRP price. We ended up getting a Honda Odyssey through Honda of Kirkland. We did want the one at Bellevue because the interior was darker. However, at Honda of Kirkland, Megan was way more motivated and attentive to us and we felt way more comfortable purchasing through them.

I bought two cars in the past 15 months from this place. Maurice helped me both the times. He is a very helpful guy to work with and responds to our questions concerns even days after the sale is completed.Purchasing my first car (used vehicle) was fine everything worked out well and we made the deal. But I had problems while buying my second car (new car). They had me take the car and called after 10 days that my loan is not approved and they can only approve new loan with higher interest. They also made so many enquiries on my credit history, which is never a good thing. If I didn’t have my loan approved why would they let me take the car and drive me around and then tell me after ten days that I have to come back to sign new loan papers. If I was pulled over, I would’ve been in deep trouble.But I do feel they pressure you to pay for GAP, I had the same experience with this dealership like other people mentioned.Overall, I would recommend take an appointment with Maurice (sales person) and do your homework well before going to dealership. Also, manger Mike is a respectable person if you get a chance to talk to him.

After searching online from different websites, we’re so pleased that we bought our 2018 Honda Pilot Touring at Honda Auto Center of Bellevue. The SUV is used therefore there are some visible scratches and curb rash on it. Other than that, everything else works as they’re supposed to. Amber Mullerleile was our salesperson. She is patient, great listener, and very professional. The negotiation was straightforward because we did our due diligence before coming in to the dealership. Part of the deal was to do the touch up on the scratches and curb rash. (I will update my review after they fix the cosmetic stuff). The signing of the documents were also stress free. They did offer car protection but that’s just normal business stuff. Jayson, the Business Manager, didn’t pressure us to add anything. Overall, we are very satisfied customer and based on my experience, that’s what Honda Auto Center of Bellevue is all about.UPDATE: I’m disappointed that not all visible scratches were fixed hence the update from 5 to 3 stars. I guess I have high expectations from them to hold up their end of the bargain. Lesson Learned.
