This was a change from another dealer I spoke to the day before and could tell I was in good hands with Beardmore. We recently purchased new tires from them, but they seemed a little different when driving. Took it for a test drive and felt it was just the brand of tire nothing serious with the tires. However, they suggested we have a front end alignment just to place it safe. I said go ahead figuring I would have to pay for it. Once the alignment was complete they found no real issues with the alignment and offered the service at no charge. We really appreciated their honesty and treating a return customer so well. Special thank you to Daryl Rutherford for his great job in the service department. I hope he can stay in the Chevy side of service because of his knowledge and helpfulness. Hes been one of the reasons we keep coming back!

1. I made a service appointment for Tuesday, September 21, 2021. After I dropped off the car at Beardmore, it was not worked on until (apparently) Saturday, September 25. If the service backlog was so great, why wasnt I given a later appointment, so I wouldnt be without a car unnecessarily for days?2. After talking to the service manager Sunday, September 26, and we reviewed what needed to be done, he mentioned they were still trying to diagnose why the traction warning light had issues. I told him I had not reported that problem, nor asked it to be fixed. I hope that wasnt one of the causes of the long delays.3. When the car was finally ready, I made an appointment for the courtesy car to pick up me up about 7:00-715. The car didnt show up until 7:45. Another half hour of my life down the drain.

Had to take my 2017 Colorado in for them to switch out the transmission fluid because when it was in production they used the wrong fluid which caused shuddering. Instead of fixing the issue for free, since Chevy was the ones that did this, we had to pay to have it done. After my original review I was contacted by Andy, the new service manager. He helped us get reimbursed and was very friendly and helpful. Huge thanks to him for his help!

Always thought I was getting a good deal, dependable vehicle, etc. So, when Im needing something new I want to stop and look.I dont even know where to begin after last night. On our first day put in our 1999 FRC Corvette the condensate drain plugged and we had a nice indoor auto wading pool. One call and they worked us in to fix us up. Thanks to the super accommodating receptionist who let me dry my wet dress with her fan . Not expensive and Honest!

The reason mainly being because Lea Thomas went above and beyond to accommodate our vehicle needs/wants. Her straightforward and personable personality made all the difference in our buying decision. In summary, we could not of had a better salesperson to assist us. Terrance also was very helpful with showing us all of the different functions of our new car. Again, never in all of the years that we have purchased vehicles, have we had such a thorough and positive experience with demonstrations. I bought the car a few weeks ago. The sales team was amazing. They were were very fast and extremely courteous. We had the car for less than 24 hours and the check engine light came on. I took it to the dealership and told them what code it was showing. They had the car for a week when they called and said it was ready. My wife didnt even get two miles from the dealership and the light came back on and has the exact same code. I understand that components on cars go bad. However, I bought a Chevy certified used car. Which mean that it was rigorously inspected by a chevy mechanic. To have the light come on that fast, and then to drop it off and have it fixed just to take it right back for the same issue. That leaves me with a very sour taste in my mouth. This is supposed to be our family car, but right now I dont trust that I should drive my family in it.

When you walk into the dealership it’s bright and clean, I was greeted by the friendly desk staff, and then met a friendly and professional salesperson. Last week I had noticed my Kia was having issues with my right control arm after moving into my new apartment. I reached out to them & they scheduled me for the next day. They kept in touch with me on how long it would take on parts and timing to the best of there ability being last minute and not having these parts on hand. They gave me a 2021 loaner vehicle to get around in the meantime! Alignment, 2 new tires, control arms.. etc. They did an amazing job.

Sold the car I was purchasing from under me. I told them I was buying the car, I had my loan completed at the bank, and I had a check ready to drive over. I had told my sales person HOURS prior I was all in to buy it, figuring they would hold for me for a few hours while I got off work.Once I had everything figured out at the bank and told them I was able to leave work early to come get the vehicle they told me someone else was looking at it and I would have to hold off to see where that sale would go. I was very frustrated by then, I asked what I could do to secure this car and I got no response for over 2 hours. I called multiple times and texted the sales man, still nothing. Finally over 2 hours later he said I could come get the vehicle the other people left.I left work early just for him to call me 15 minutes later saying the people looking at my vehicle came back to potentially buy it and I would have to wait 15-20 minutes to get a call back to see if the car was still available . An HOUR went by and he finally called back to tell me they sold my car.I have never had such bad customer service. How can you sell a vehicle from under someone when they have the loan, check, and person readily on the way.They also lied about their holding policy, he said the night prior that they wouldn’t hold cars for people, now I’m over an hour out of town so it was hard for me to just get up and leave. I talked to another sales manager that said they absolutely hold cars for people out of town. Knowing that, would have saved me from this entire mess. Terrible place, I don’t recommend going car shopping there.

The service team has done an outstanding job. Ive been working with Paul Dawkins as my service manager for many years now. Originally, I did all my business with the Chevy dealership in Plattsmouth, but after Paul and Andy left, their quality went way down.Needless to say I called Paul up and he was happy to take care of my vehicles. Beardmore does an excellent job and I love the fact that your service department operates 7 days a week! I hope Paul and Andy continue to work for you for many years. Ive never meet anyone more honest and trustworthy than those two.Yes, its true that the dealership is among the most expensive places you can go for repairs, however, I rest easy knowing that my trucks are being taken care of by certified GM mechanics that know my truck inside and out. For me thats worth the paying a little more for. You guys have yet to do me wrong and always go above and beyond. From a simple oil change to a major engine overhaul, you have my business!

Stay far far away from this dealership! They don’t deserve even 1 star. Terrible customer service. My daughter was shopping for her first financed car. She found one at Beardmore Chevrolet. We test drove it one night and let them know at that time, that she had preapproved financing through her bank. We were given the purchase agreement for the bank to review. Early the next morning her bank reviewed and approved the purchase agreement. The salesman was notified right away and scheduled an appointment for her to come in to complete paperwork. When she arrived with a cashier’s check made out to Beardmore in hand and full coverage insurance for the car which she was told she was required, she was told it was being sold to someone else who arrived minutes before her. The other customer was still negotiating the price when she arrived. She was there with a check made out to them for full asking price in hand and they still sold the car under her. No sorry...no nothing! They didn’t even have the decency to call her and give her a heads up knowing that she was on her way in. Are they really that hard up for sales or is this just the type of customer service they offer?

I tend to get a little anxious when my vehicle is in the shop and I always appreciate it when people are patient with me. Cassi was beyond patient! She got me a loaner car and made sure I knew what was going on. Best of all, they were able to track down the power drain and fix it so on this very cold morning, my van started right up!

I brought my truck for an oil change. I brought in a nice cupón you guys sent me. Thank you. The technicians found out a list of items that needed attention. I could only repair a few this time. The only thing I don’t feel good about is a $35 charge for shop supplies. I am ok with 1-3 dollar charge. But $35 is a lot. I felt good about the cupón you sent me but I feel that you got me with this charge. Everything else went great. Time waiting was ok for all they did.

I bought my 2017 Chevy Equinox in Arizona and have it in Omaha while I go to school here. I brought my car into the Service Department for an oil change and tire rotation/balance. When I booked my appointment online, there was no indication of what the services would cost me nor how long they would take to complete. I was also told that when I came to the dealership a service member would be there to greet me. No one came out, so, after 5 minutes I ended up having to go inside myself to ask for help. The people working on Thursday November 19, 2020 around 11:30am at the front desk were very cold and acted like they didn’t want to help us at all. One worker finally asked me what I needed and I said I had an appointment. She said they were behind today and I would have to wait longer than predicted because their queue was backed up. I ended up waiting two hours, which would have been nice to know beforehand. I was also frustrated that even after booking an appointment, my car would just be shuttled into the waiting queue, making it almost pointless to pre-book a service appointment, in my opinion. The woman working the front desk “helping us” didn’t walk us through the process at all. She took my keys to go check my car for something while leaving us inside the office. She came back and stiffly said we could go wait inside the lounge. Once my car was ready I was told the services would cost me $136. The breakdown of the costs were never explained to me - I didn’t see them until I got my receipt after paying - which was frustrating because I wasn’t aware how expensive these services would be; and, because I am a young car owner, I was confused why a tire balance/rotation would cost MORE than an oil change. I found the employees at the service desk to be less than helpful and my overall experience at this Chevy service location was poorer than I had hoped for.

My experience at Beardmore Chevrolet was more than disappointing. I set an appointment on Wednesday, November 4 for a recall problem and at that time I explained that I would have to miss work without my truck that contains all my work tools. I dropped the truck off at 7:50 AM and was told it would take an hour and a half to two hours. They even offered for me to wait but I opted to go home. I called at 11 AM to check the status. The woman I spoke to said that my truck was done and they just need to reset the computer.I never heard back From them so I called at 2 PM and was put on hold. Five minutes later someone else came to the phone and said they haven’t even started to work on my truck. I am self-employed and missed an entire day of work/income. I picked up my truck that had been there all day and nothing has been done on it. I will now have to lose another days work in order to get this recall problem fixed.

The maintenance was good. No complaints. The timeframe of waiting was a bit much. A little expensive for oil change and tire rotation. Well over 1.5 hours. When I went to ask about the time left on my vehicle, there was slight hesitation as if my vehicle was lost? I was asked what type of vehicle I had and then after a few minutes it dawned on them as to who was working on the vehicle. Other than that, it was an ok experience

This was a GM recall on my Bolt. Beardmore did an excellent job of making this terribly inconvenient recall convenient. Still not happy with GM about the solution - but Beardmore was great. PS to GM - I hope you dont believe that cutting down my battery capacity is the fix for this issue. Degrading range is a significant degradation of the car utility.

Jared was AMAZING!!!! Typically I deal with a salesperson that makes me feel pressured... I never felt that way and he was very understanding about me being cautious about my purchase. I felt very relaxed and comfortable with my purchase with him! If I could buy a car everyday (and could afford it), I would go to him!!! He is an asset to Beardmore!!!!

They had a truck I was looking for it had everything all right it was loaded with a nice diesel Duramax motor and I fell in love with it I always wanted a truck with a diesel. They were real helpful and helping me determine the right truck for me. They had rebates from the dealer rebates from the factory and they really know how to give you a good price for my trade in. Which was the deal-breaker and they met my request and now Im a new truck owner. A Silverado 2020 LTZ diesel 1500 a real good bunch of people they bend over backwards to please you.
