I was working with Alejandro on a 2020 Redline Traverse. I gave him $500 to hold the vehicle until my wife & I could make travel arrangements to see the Traverse. There was a mix up with no communication as far as the Traverse having a “Branded” title. After chatting about this concern, we elected to pass on the Traverse. Alejandro very easily could have charged me to hold the vehicle. He was very professional and willing to make it right. He canceled my $500 hold charge. Would recommend doing business with him.

One of the really nice things was that the price was the price. No surprises or mysterious add on fees. They have warranties that can be added if wanted, but if you say no that is it.

If you like waiting a year to get your vehicle titled and tagged this is the best place to go. I purchased my vehicle in 2020 and just as of yesterday 07/21 was I able to get my title and tags because of the incompetent people working here. I was sent over 6 different checks and waited in line at the dmv for over 24 hours in total, each time I was told the check was made out incorrectly. They promise to give you a call back and that they will send it out, then when you call a week later asking what happened, they pretend like they don’t know what you’re talking about.

Shawn and Jose helped me and my wife get our new to us 2018 Hyundai Sonata. They worked hard to get our initial monthly payment of 441 a month all the way down to 298 with a 3.4 % apr. They do not negotiate, but the prices are good. They do not require high credit either. Shawn in financing was kind also too.

If you don’t mind not being able to license your vehicle for months, then this is your place. My son bought a vehicle in April 2021, and it has taken almost 4 months for their title clerk to do her job. First title, she messed up the mileage. The second one didn’t work because the title number was already used on another car. Third time after multiple unanswered phone calls, and emails (because this is her preferred way of communicating), a threat to report them, and to return the car, FINALLY we have a title. That said, the vehicle runs great, but we will never buy from them again.

He found a 2018 extended cab Chevy Colorado during the tight market post COVID matching his specifications. NADA priced the truck at $35,000 retail. The asking price was $27,000 at AutoSavvy.Sammy and Deanna were awesome to deal with. Im sure they were tired of hearing from me whenever anything was posted to the website.I will definitely be looking through AutoSavvy for my next vehicle. I hope to deal with the same people when I go through this process for myself next year.

In terms of customer service these people do an amazing job. They are kind, polite, and direct. Only reason it’s not a 5 star is because they tried to push the warranty on me a little much but nowadays that’s almost expected. So far enjoying the car, and very happy with the price.

This dealership completely ripped off my friend! They lied to her multiple times, trying to take advantage of her because of her age. We are college students and she has worked for years just to be able to buy a nice car for herself that she thought would work. She paid a high price for a car that did not function correctly. This dealership had told her that they would fix the problem but have taken their sweet time, and even after a month of trying to deal with this issue and my friend spending a lot of her time that could’ve been used to work or study as well as expensive gas money, the issue has not been resolved. I do not recommend this dealership unless you want to deal with a lot of hassle!

My wife and I found a 2019 Subaru Impreza posted online. When I called and talked to Dianna over the phone she took time to explained what a branded title is. When I arrived the next morning and found out that late yesterday the model we wanted was sold. This would normally be an about face, but they took the time to get the same model out front for my wife and I to look at. From the test drive, to solving and explaining/answering my questions and concerns, we never felt we were rushed and were greeted with care and smiles. When it came to turning in our previous vehicle they gave us a great deal that was right in the range we did research on before going in. When it came to financing our vehicle, they worked hard to find the best available option for our single income family. They have many option extended warranty plans you can add onto your purchase and we never felt pushed to do them. We have had bad experiences in the past when it comes to extended warranties, but they have a policy and signed document that they will never share your personal information. Again, I cant express how friendly and quick they are. Thanks for all youre help and care.
