Recently completed a service appointment for my Targa. As usual, the environment was welcoming and high quality. I was very comfortable waiting at the dealership and enjoyed my visit with Sales & Leasing Consultant Rob Williamson. He did a great job explaining the supply chain/pandemic impact to Porsche and the car industry. It’s was great seeing my service advisor Nicole again as well. I look forward to my next visit?

The buying experience at this Porsche dealer is awesome! Never thought I would say that about a car buying process. Pleasant, calm, personalized, and thoughtful service from start to finish. Jonathan is professional and kind. He tailored the buying experience to our needs and wishes. He made every aspect of the process enjoyable. WOW! This is my first Porsche experience and frankly now I get it. Now I understand the buying experience and particularly the ownership and driving experience a Porsche. This is next level. Ive been a buy American my entire car buying life as I am passionate about Cadillac and remain so. However, with the emergence of EV, and not liking the looks of Tesla I had to consider Porsches new entrance.Folks, you wont be disappointed and frankly you will fall in love. I got a Taycan because I wanted a 4 door car with having kids. This is an unreal car.Secondly, the sales process with Ron was the easiest Ive every had. they dont play games, its clear and and transparent and theres no back room games with the Let me check with the sales manager BS.Give Porsche a chance and if Ron is the sales person youll be driving home in a Porsche.Thanks Ron, youve made a Porsche customer for life.

Haven’t bought a used car in many years. I flew to Seattle from Canada to buy a car and drive to Yuma for the winter. I bought a vehicle for under $10,000 but Horst treated me like I was buying a $120,000 Porsche. Even though he must have known his chances of selling me another car in the future were pretty slim. However if I was to buy another car Horst and Porsche Bellevue would be my preferred location.

Porsche Bellevue has very high price, but no good service. I constantly have tail gate light defective warning when the outside temperature is high. First they did not resolve the problem. I think it is false alarm and it is sensor or system problem. I dropped my car Thursday morning. Friday afternoon I called the service adviser and he told me my car was in the shop and he would give me update soon. At Friday 6 pm I called and used every advisers attention and nobody answered my phone. Saturday morning I called Lyft and went there to get my car back. The service adviser went home Friday afternoon without calling me. What a bad service. Avoid this dealer if you can.

After many different dealer visits, test drives, questions, and phone calls, I can confidently say that Porsche Bellevue was by far the best experience weve had in recent memory. My wife and I dealt with Horst, who was courteous, responsive, and (most importantly, in my opinion) not the pushy salesperson thats become synonymous with car dealerships. We would absolutely go back when were in the market for our next vehicle. (Pro tip: their pre-owned inventory is great, even cars 3+ years old smelled and looked brand new)

Needed my windshield calibrated after replacement (rock crack). Easy to make an appointment. My car was ready exactly when promised, and service was performed perfectly.This is the same excellent service I have experienced from Bellevue Porsche for my 2 vehicles purchased there in the past 2 years. I initially had a very pushy and rude sales associate. I brought up concerns I had about the car and he basically said that there were 3 people waiting for the car, that I had to make a decision to purchase or basically leave the dealership. I got a new sales associate who was pleasant and professional. The rest of the sale went smoothly. I followed up with the sales manager and he apologized about my negative experience, offered explanation and stated he would enact corrective action. Big take away is to not put up with pushy and rude associates. Next time Ill ask for a new one much sooner.

Having gone to another Porsche Dealership for my regular car service/maintenance needs and having been VERY underwhelmed and highly discouraged, Porsche Bellevue stepped up and met my expectations of the experience I should have - personal, friendly (from the point of check in, to walking in the dealership building, to the Shuttle drivers - every single employee greeted me with a friendly welcome/greeting), knowledgeable, and educational to ensure I am doing all the right things to take care of my car. They were up front about costs, time expectation , and ensured I had a personal experience not only for the day of my service, but providing me with a contact go-to person for the future. I definitely would recommend Porsche Bellevue - and for those that live outside of Bellevue, they are well worth the drive even if you dont live there!

I got winter tires installed and they provided great customer service. Tyler, the service advisor was very friendly and helpful. He kept me updated with the car even though it was for a quick tire change. He helped me load/unload the tires off the truck which was nice. Usually service advisors will tell one of the lot attendants to do it (from prior experiences at another dealership). He even followed up a few days later too see if everything was running smoothly. Highly recommend this place!

Ronald Rae Is the best! He sold me my car and was very easy to work with. He was extra responsive to all my questions. Although I would be annoyed if I had a customer like me, he kept his patience and help me along the way and I am very appreciative of that. Porsche Bellevue service is excellent. Timely appointment to look at the issue we were having. Day before reminder of the appointment and was able to diagnose the issue along with taking care of campaign issues that were listed for our car. Excellent service. The only downside is they did not have an available loaner which made it a bit inconvenient for us while car was in the shop.

We had to replace a key fob on our Cayenne, so I reached out to parts and spoke with Andrew. He was very kind and knowledgeable in helping me place the order and get a service time set to have it programed once it arrived. The programing took about 30 minutes to complete. During that time, they also did a maintenance inspection and washed my car! The dealership was spotless and the waiting area was one of the best Ive seen in any dealership. Highly recommend for servicing. I did not purchase my Cayenne at Porsche Bellevue, but when Im ready for that new car smell, Ill for sure keep them in mind.

I went in because my friend strongly recommended this location over Tacoma. Highly praised of this location. She came to this location about 4 years ago. I guess lots of stuff have changed since then. Two men sitting on the reception desk were aloof. All of sales people were very rude and ill-mannered. All staffs were very condescending, especially Kevin. I can go on and on. But whats the point. I would never deal with this location. So I went to Tacoma location instead and had a much better experience in terms of friendliness and every other aspects.

My wife wanted to purchase a new car and we went to Porsche in Bellevue.I called and asked if I have to make a appointment with sales associate and lady said thats not necessary...We walked in and asked for any sales rep who could help us with finding a new carThe front receptionist said she will find someone to help us out but we were just standing in front of the door for almost 20 minutes and no one even say hello, just ignoring us.Best customer service I ever received.I guess they were not interested to sell the car...

Porsche Bellevue tried to scam me with Bait and Switch and False Advertisement!I called, arranged an appointment, and travelled 4+ hours to buy a vehicle advertised online from Porsche Bellevue. When I arrived to purchase the vehicle, the wheels were different than the ones advertised and in photos. I had to check the VIN because I thought it was the wrong car altogether. When I asked about the wheels, I was told they were misplaced during transit but they’re around, and they’d come up with them. I asked to put that in writing and then I was referred to the sales manager with my concern. He told me the wheels are as good as gone and as for the car to take it or leave it! 👍🏽 I decided to leave it after I called the parts department and learned that the cost to replace the now missing wheels and tires was $10,486So in summary: Porsche Bellevue will knowingly misrepresent their products, they’re willing to charge you for products you won’t receive, they will not value your time, and your customer concerns are annoyances to them!

Terrible experience with the Service Department. Bought the car a couple of months ago , everything was ok with the sale , took the car in for a detailing and a few other concerns we have and nothing was done. The detailing was poorly done, the technician that looked at the car was probably considering if his job will get paid or not. Being under warranty still I can just assume he didnt even look at it. We have only got excuses but nothing done. We donet have time for unprofessional experiences

Our ‘16 Macan S is in great hands.Newest review (Feb. 21):Landon (our Service Advisor) and Jamie (Service Manager) went out of their way to help my wife and I with a unique situation involving an infuriating extended warranty company...on top of providing us with excellent service at several previous routine maintenance visits.Our 2016 Macan S had a coolant line crack right as we were getting home one day, which spewed coolant everywhere in the engine bay. The pump just kept on pumping, so coolant was sprayed EVERYWHERE under the car. Even though the car would still go, we knew engine damage would occur (due to overheating) if allowed to run for more than a few brief minutes without coolant circulating around the engine block, so we immediately parked it and had it towed-in to Porsche Bellevue the next morning.My wife and I had purchased a very comprehensive $4,500 third-party extended warranty (not from Porsche), when we bought the vehicle (slightly used). This is the top of the line offering from this warranty company and covers pretty much everything except for tires and brakes. Having had to use it on one previous occasion and having no issues with coverage that first time (work also performed here at Porsche Bellevue), we werent too worried about this coolant line issue (besides the annoyance of it happening), because we knew our policy had us covered 100%, except for a $100 deductible.Turns out that this outfit, working directly with our Porsche Bellevue Service Advisor, was refusing to pay for the repair, because they didnt consider it to be a covered item since the coolant line that fractured happened to be manufactured out of plastic. The policy does state that certain plastic components werent covered, but it also explicitly stated that coolant lines WOULD be covered (making no mention of the material that the lines had to be fabricated from, in order to be covered).Anyway, the third-party company just kept pushing back, likening this plastic line part (which is hard plastic and is BOLTED to the manifold) to something like a flexible rubber HOSE (hoses are not covered), but eventually, Landon and Jamie got them to understand and got it covered.Really appreciate their efforts on this and the general friendliness of them and everyone else weve encountered there. Porsches aint cheap, but they sure are fun and our experiences at Porsche Bellevue have been great.

The reception team did a good job it is with management that the problem exist.The overhead is totally out of control. $220/hr for service yet I was informed that the average teck is lucky to get $40/hr. No wonder they cant find help.Call in a consultant and get your costs under control and lower your labor rate. Other shops can do it what is the problem with Porsche Bellevue.

Making the appointment required a visit to the dealer because their phone system pushed me to leave a VM and nobody called back. I dropped my 911S Targa for scheduled maintenance and to figure out why my air conditioner wasnt working. Temperatures were in the low 70s and they said there was no fault and the system seemed to blow cold. I picked up the car and the temperature the next day were in the 90s and the air conditioner blows warm air. The service is typically been good, but this was a dud.

Walked in with the intention of testing a couple cars and potentially making up my mind to buy one if I found the right one for me. Received with an extremely dry desk receptionist. Had zero respect didn’t even greet or introduce himself, extremely unprofessional for a Porsche dealership. Went on with telling me how they’re completely out of all kind of 911’s and 718’s , like nothing at all except one car that he can’t show to me! And ended up my bad experience with rudely asking me what industry I’m in and why If I never heard about the chip shortage that’s going on. I clearly work in a better industry to be able to buy a Porsche at 24 than a front desk industry sir. Anyway thanks for waisting my time and good luck with your chip shortage knowledge.

I like the used car I bought and I believe the price was fair. However I was disappointed in the fact that an Autonation dealership won’t stand behind a $62,000 late model used car. It was sold strictly as is. I accepted those terms in the end because I wanted the car, but was disappointed. The follow up was a struggle as well, I asked for a couple of documents I had forgotten the day I bought the car. I was told to find one of them myself online, the other took a week and several requests to finally get. I didn’t quibble about the price of the car they were selling, nor did I ask for more than they offered for my trade. I was a good customer for them, but I didn’t see any acknowledgment of that. Not a great experience.

We had to replace our tires and while that was being done an accident happened where I had left a drink it the cup holder and sometime during the service it was moved and spilled all over the seat. I let Porsche know this happened and said no biggie, she insisted I bring my car in for a detail. They detailed the inside and the outside for free. When I picked up my car I wasnt sure which car was mine because it was so clean it looked completely brand new! I am so pleased with their service.Their customer service is also amazing. The front desk, service and parts department have all been so kind and helpful every time we have need to call or take the car in. They also recognize me (and remember my name) every time after just one visit there! Very impressed. I live in Lake Stevens but I will forever take my car to Bellevue Porsche.

I was extremely disappointed and angry when the car salesman and manager here lied. A vehicle worth up to $110,000.00 has a dealer approved and approved to replace all four tires of the vehicle that are worn and very old. It doesnt fit a car of such value. When we were about to sign the papers, I repeated to change the tires for us, but they disagreed and said that the staff didnt say they would change the tires for us (I dont think they spoke like children) they were wrong and the manager even talked loudly to us. A disappointment to set foot here.

Update: This review is based on buying a used car and not brand new vehicle. The business is great at selling you a car and even better leaving you stuck with all the baggage that comes with buying used. Word to the wise, drive your car to the nearest mechanic for a full once over because the dealerships quality control is far from quality.Their service team is great at communicating, but a long way from providing accurate information and in my experience even went back on their written word.Maybe their customer service is reserved only for those that buy a new because i didnt feel any. Clearly if you are buying a luxury vehicle money is not your biggest concern in the world, so to burn a relationship over $430 just seems like bad business.

Overall the service product for my 2014 Boxster and my advisor Kirill was great.There were 2 major misses from what I consider a high end dealership.1st Nobody ever returned my calls or VMSs over a 4-5 week period in which I was trying to find out what services were recommended and cost for a 50,000 mile checkup. Inexcusable.2nd I had delayed my appointment for several weeks is order to reserve a courtesy car account health issues in the family. As Im leaving the house I get a call saying there were no courtesy cars left for me. Not a good way to treat customers.

Porsche Bellevue is one of the better dealerships in the Seattle Area. I’ve dealt with many and I think that they are all overwhelmed with having a hard time providing good customer service. Porsche Bellevue is hard to get an appointment and reach the needed person, but once you do, they take good care of you making the experience pretty pleasant from that point on. If you have a Porsche, this is the place to go. I like my service advisor Justin. He’s pleasant to discuss issues with.

Tyler was amazing. Came in for a a power steering issue on my wife’s Macan. Had a clean complimentary car ready for her to borrow. The process was smooth and he was very friendly. From the initiation of the service appointment to the completion of the service the process was terrible. The Service Advisor did not keep me informed of the timeline and never once called me with an update. Car was there three days when I was told it would be one and No calls were received informing me of the progress. Work seems to be fine, it was a motor mount recall on the 911, but the customer communication was missing. Will seriously consider Tacoma for service in the future.

My earlier encounters of car buying were marred with deceit and foul plays. Horst presented a fair and non-negotiable price. He was upfront and honest about the pricing decisions. We did not waste any time on negotiations. Jared from their finance team was extremely helpful in giving advices which I was completely unaware of.5 stars is an understatement about the purchase and selling experience at this location. This place treats you more like a friend unlike other locations where you spend entire day to just haggle on a pricing. I wish other car dealers can learn good trade secrets from this location.I 100% recommend Porsche Bellevue, even if you are not buying a Porsche. They do carry other make used cars.

After leaving the dealership following a routine oil change and brake fluid flushing on my Macan, the dash warning came on just as I got on the freeway. The warning said that the oil level was 1.2 quarts low and not to drive the car. The dealership sent out two quarts of oil which took about 45 minutes. After one quart I got on the freeway again and the dash warning came on again saying it was low another quart but could be driven.By this time I had missed two ferries and headed for the next ferry which I made by only three cars. I got home at 5:30 pm. I put in the extra quart the next day.My complaint is that when I called the dealership to tell them it was realky two quarts low and to ask how this happens, no one wanted to talk to me. My service advisor was busy and the woman who answered the phone was curt. For this level of incompetence, you would think that a Porsche dealership would at least follow up.

Changed over to summer tires. I supplied. They mounted and balanced and washed the car. It took 3.5h and was about 50-60% more expensive than another porsche dealer when I switched to winter tires. Service and experience was solid. No complaints there. Just cost structure.

UPDATE to the UPDATE: The GM phoned me and spent a significant amount of time listening and trying to understand the circumstances which is a positive sign. I am hopeful that my prior experiences were isolated. Clearly they didnt read it. I specd one car with them and they were friendly. I liked the low pressure approach of the salesperson and his general demeanor a lot, but their responsiveness didnt meet expectations. I assumed that wasnt always going to be the case but I was wrong when 10 months later I reached out to buy a 2nd car from them. I was hoping to build a relationship with this dealership but Ive given up on them. After the last no-return call from Porsche Bellevue, I found a dealer that secured me an allocation. These cars sell themselves and the PB salespeople seem to know it, so dont expect any customer service. Although, its definitely not convenient, I have decided to take my long term business to Bellingham Porsche because they are much more responsive and treat me like a customer that theyd like to work with long term.Now for service. I have found the service department to be honest, quick, transparent and responsive. I have no reservations to using them. The only reason I didnt give them a full 5 stars is I havent had any significant repair needs, so I dont know how theyd handle more difficult situations.My recommendation is purchase elsewhere. Porsche Bellevue has some really bad feedback on Rennlist for some questionable practices on GT3 allocations. Dont assume they will try to develop your loyalty over their ability to make short term dollars. PB and Autonation doesnt seem to care about developing the long term relationships with customers.

2x phone calls and multiple text messages in a 5-day span, trying to take a look and test drive a used car in the inventory, was told the car unavailable to test drive since it was in shop to repair something and sales guy promised to contact once the car gets out of shop. However, the car was reserved by someone else even when it was still in shop and not available for me to even take a look! Where is the candor? Is this the way this dealership to conduct business? Check engine light came on in my car and went into limp mode. Called the dealer, they told me To tow the car over there immediately. They said because it’s an emergency that they would fit it in. They had my car for three weeks. Not happy! No loaner! Follow up phone calls were sparse!

How impressive they were! I had a noise coming from the rear of the car. I recorded what I could of the noise and took the car in. Received a call from Adam in service letting me know they needed to order a few parts, but the car should be done soon. Next day, they were done and the noise is gone.Very professional, courteous, respectful people. Glad to do business with them!

The Bellevue Porsche staff do a professional job checking you in and out for service, and my car continues to run very well. I have found communication to be frustrating at times with a gap between their receptionist, the AutoNation robot answering system, and the staff. Also, when I bought my Porsche from the Bellevue dealership, I inquired about auto washing at service appointments — something to which I had become accustomed at luxury auto dealers. Although they do not have auto wash facilities, I was informed I would be given a voucher for the local 3rd-party car wash. While this happened the first time I serviced my car, the dealership has halted this small amenity (a little disappointing and below luxury dealer standards).

Before the sale, this dealership’s service was fine. My salesman, Kevin, did a solid job and I enjoyed working with him.But after the sale, the finance department was abysmal, and forced me—and anyone not paying cash, in full—to use a middleman agency to process my out-of-state registration, licensing and taxes. I bought the car on June 12, and due to gross incompetence from the dealership, it took five weeks to get those documents and payments to my state agency, and six weeks to receive my temporary tag. So the car wasn’t street legal for the entire time. If another few days had gone by, I was prepared to contact the Washington attorney general’s office to figure out where the money went.Then there’s this: the dealership repainted the front bumper without disclosing that material fact. (I’m pretty sure PCNA would be less-than-thrilled to learn of this.) How did I find out that the bumper got repainted? The clear coat delaminated as a detailing shop was applying paint protection film, which proved that it was not prepped properly during the repainting. The GM of the dealership agreed to cover the cost of a professionally done repainting of the bumper, but that should not have been my problem to fix.Bottom line: if you can find the car you want at another dealership, I’d suggest going in that direction. The folks here don’t care about professionalism.Incidentally, I’ve never left a review like this for any business. But the ineptitude of this one compels me to break the streak.

Great buying experience, but disappointing service experience. The sales people are quite smart and pushy in their own way. I didnt enjoy the buying experience as much as other dealerships, but did end up buying from here since they had what I wanted in their inventory. The sales rep was responsive once he knew I was serious.

What a rollercoaster ride i have been having with my car that i bought here. The next day after buying the car the check engine light turns on, turns out the fuel injectors need to be replaced. No biggy, i guess thats expected with a used car. This dealership also agreed to fix the leather on my steering wheel which was coming unglued, i really appreciate that. Then i get my car back after getting the steering wheel fixed, and none of the buttons on the steering wheel work and the car is throwing up a cruise control malfunction. I know its not you guys its a separate company you use, but i mean come on, nobody noticed that the instrument cluster didn’t have any faults popping up and all of a sudden it does? Its ok, i mean the car has 90 day autonation warranty so it’ll get fixed, but its such a waste of my time. Driving back and forth from renton to bellevue to the Porsche dealership or the bmw dealership, making sure i have a loaner or a rental, sitting around waiting. Overall, i still love my car, im just tired of this headache, i feel like ive been having nothing but bad luck since ive gotten it. I wont even mention how the BMW dealership F’d up, and how embarrassed they were. Anyways, good dealership, beautiful cars, not bad prices, nice people.

Eight weeks after my purchase, Porsche Bellevue has not followed through on their obligations and commitments regarding transfer of title or registration for the vehicle.Most importantly, Porsche Bellevue has not transferred title to me or to the vehicle registrations agencies in my home state. Porsche Bellevue insisted that I pay my home state sales tax on the vehicle and vehicle registration fees to them, with assurances that They will take care of everything. There is no evidence that they have forwarded the sales tax or the registration fees to the appropriate agencies in my state.Because I lack any title documents, my local vehicle registration agency will not register the vehicle or provide plates or emblems. Two months after the purchase, I am not able to legally register or drive the car in my state.Porsche Bellevue has stopped responded to my repeated inquiries. They have not demonstrated any concern or responsibility for the problems. These practices are well below my expectations and prior experiences with Porsche dealerships. I have been abandoned by Porsche Bellevue.

I’m writing this as the proud new owner of a 2015 Porsche 911 GT3, having just been knighted into the select club of 911 GT3 owners by Porsche Bellevue, WA, with the rites being conducted by Porsche ambassador fantastisch Horst Kiessling. It was a long wait, to be sure, but Horst and the other knights at the Porsche palace patiently guided me along the path as I learned that owning one of their jewels-on-wheels is more than just a symbol status but rather a way of life. It’s carpe diem on the autobahn, hence their motto: carpe secundum. Indeed, getting the most out of every second is the ethos I take with me every time I get behind my signal-green Porsche, 0-60 mph in 3.0 seconds!! What more can I say other than vielen dank Porsche Bellevue, vielen dank Horst, thanks for bringing me into the Porsche family. It feels like home.

I purchased a CPO Carrera from Porsche Bellevue in June and have since returned twice, once for warranty work and once for regular maintenance and new tires. The service and my overall experience have been terrific on all occasions. Compared to other car dealerships, Porsche Bellevue has been next level. My service advisor is prompt (meaning no waiting - not even a minute), knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in my overall ownership experience. I am 100% satisfied with this dealership.

Quite disappointed - there are two recalls on my Taycan Turbo S, but the service department wasnt able to get me in for 4 weeks, not in time for a cross country trip that had to be aborted because of problems with the charging port on the car. After a 600 mile tow from Hermiston, OR back to Bellevue and a seriously interrupted trip I find that I am the beta tester for Porsches new EV. Unreliable, and unacceptable.

Got a recall notice from Porsche, so scheduled service. Might as well get an oil change if I have to take it in. Also some hesitation on acceleration I wanted to have checked out. Arrived, find out that they werent ready to handle the recall service yet. Would have much preferred if they called me indicating they would not be able to do the recall service as I would have re-scheduled the service later (I live about 30 mins away). They do a test drive and find out the hesitation is due to a bad transfer case, but they dont have the part available. I ask for a loaner, but they have none to offer. More than 1 week later, they get the part and fix the car. I ask about picking up the car. Turns out they forgot to do the oil change, so one more day. Finally picked up my car. Autonation owns other nearby dealers so I dont need a Porsche loaner, but any loaner for a week I didnt have my car would have helped.

I went to Porsche of Bellevue and bought the cheapest, used car on their lot and let me tell you how they treated me... They treated me like royalty, as if I was purchasing a $200k car. Honestly the best customer service and car dealerships experience I have ever had! I even had to go back a few days later and the sales guy went out of his way to come up stairs and say hello to me. Plus the car is excellent quality, super clean and low miles. I get so many compliments. Thank you Porsche Bellevue, and a shout out to Ryan & Riley in sales.

Nicole is our service adviser and she was helpful and thorough. Our car needed some work and they were able to identify the issue and resolve it quickly. I was cautious about going in as there have been some terrible reviews, but I had an excellent experience. What I like best is that Nicole understands busy schedules and when I told her to call me to pickup the car and call him if she had actual car questions, she asked if text would be better. Not only did she communicate in a way that fits my husband’s schedule, but she didn’t confuse who to communicate with over what issue. I highly recommend bringing your car here. They did not try and up sell anything, but they did suggest things that might need attention in the future, as can happen with an older car.

After the 3rd not good experience, I thought I would write a review. In short, its not the quality or experience that youd expect from a Porsche dealership. Ive had continue issues trying to resolve the same issue and I honestly dont feel that they even did what was listed on the invoice this past time. If you have the choice to take your car somewhere else, know that Ive wished that I had done so three times. Its now my fault for returning.
