Is this is how Tesla is being represented? I feel like I was invincible walking into the store. Other people get to be greeting but not us. Please dont judge people by it’s cover!!! (What they wear and their color). So disappointed how Tesla are hiring those people to sit around playing with their laptop. So unprofessional, if they don’t interact with customers, why don’t you just have them in the back? If other branch are acting like this, I would rather buy other electronics cars, no matter how good your car may be, you can’t treat your customers like that!

It was like cheap plastic car. Far till German comfort. However feature side is awesome.

I always enjoy visiting the Tesla store! Coming here is always a must when visiting Bellevue square. I’m a Model 3 owner and have been coming here for years to check out the cars. They have all 4 models on display right now but unfortunately you can’t sit in them due to COVID restrictions. This is one of the only places that sells Tesla merchandise which is awesome. Staff is usually very friendly and I’ve had some great conversations. Stop by whether you’re a Tesla owner or just curious about the cars! You’re sure to have a fun time.

Won’t let you sit in the car. Current Tesla owner and wanted to see the refreshed model. Are ICE car dealers in the area also not letting you enter a vehicle you are interested in?!? While they are so worried about me sitting in a car, they certainly weren’t worried about me touching one, as there were greasy fingerprints all over the vehicle in the showroom, so obviously ”touchpoint safety” is not as serious to them as it seems.

I came to look and decide between the different available models and the representative was very patient and answered all of my questions about the cars and recommended me a model that best suits my needs. The rep also helped me get set up with a test drive they wasnt available on the website and maybe with my schedule. I would highly recommend this location is you are interested in buying a Tesla car.

Tesla show room is awesome,Cars are great ,open for all to check out but store keepers can do more with little explanation and give aways are great way to have that new customer in.

What a nice car the performance 3. My good friend went to test drive one and it really was nice the set up at the mall. NOW the process is a huge problem like others have said. Its not clear what your 2500 goes too. The down payment in the store was 4500 and when he got home and did the paperwork online it went to 7500 and then the next day 8600. The down kept climbing and he called them two days before pick up and it went upto 10,000 what the H! It just seems it went all over the place and wasnt efficent at all. I was honestly going to think about getting one until it took him a week to get it all straightened out. No thank you Tesla maybe its a fluke but for now Ill pass. I hope the experience will change.

I actually really like the concept its a very well designed show space for the cars the reps are informative but not in the slightest bit pushy... Which for a car dealership is refreshing. I really like the way you can climb all over the cars and really get a feel for them. This is the next generation of carbuying

Nice compact showroom, a lot of foot traffic but with the simplicity of the Tesla lineup it makes it easy to look at the cars. Spoke with the sales rep Eric and he was great, happy to answers my questions, set me up with a test drive and even encouraged me to install my carseat and bring my kid with me, which I did. They let you test drive for about a half hour by yourself and even though the car speaks for itself bringing my 3.5yo kid gave it an extra bump of coolness as he kept asking me to accelerate again :-)Eric answered questions I sent via text quickly and the calm demeanor of the place makes me think everyone there was on a similar page, I recommend checking this place out if you are in the market for a Tesla.

Absolutely love this location. Very helpful staff and educated. We have been here a couple times. We got an invite to VIP event for SFW which was pretty cool and they had all the 2018 models on display. We even got tickets to joyride the new line before purchase. It was a great offer and service to potential new clients. Highly recommend this Tesla location.

Cant be nothing but a 5 star rating..I own a model S and love it. Looking to get another one next year. Fantastic ride, soft comfortable leather and bypass any gas station at any time. Its well worth it. Get one now.

Purchased Tesla from Gary. He was very flexible during the test drive, told us to call him once we finish the online application in order for him to help us on:1) maximizing the tax benefits2) making sure if I refer myself (it’s our second Tesla), we’d get 2k miles supercharge for free3) making sure the delivery date is correct.He never answered the phone, and even when the staff promised us he’ll call back the same day he never did.As a result,1)the delivery dates are messed up: we called prior to time of pick up (took the day off and planned a family trip), and they said car is no where near ready.2) forget about the tax benefits,3) and the local staff told us that the 2k miles is outright a lie and we’ll only get 1k mile for referring ourselves.I’m mostly crossed about 3) as I wouldn’t have thought someone would lie like that, and we would have used our friend’s referral so they could get 1k miles as well if we’d known.Stay away from Gary, I’d advise to just buy online yourself or talk to an actual rep on the phone.

Extremely friendly staff. They have about three cars you can sit in and check out, including a Tesla Model 3, and I think you can even test drive them somehow. If youre interested in getting a Tesla (or just want to check out one) Id recommend stopping by.

Very popular cars, with great features and lines. Super stylish. Disappointed after an elderly friend opted to order one and long story short they would not refund the deposit when it didnt work out. Knowing full well that they would be able to turn around and sell the car immediately. Staff is very friendly but apparently they have very little wiggle room of understanding. Love their cars and what electric cars do to help our environment but after hearing of this I would not give them my business.

I purchased my Model S here a little over a year ago. Nick was my sales person and he was not pushy at all. He answered all my questions and I went home and placed my order with all the options I wanted. I took delivery of the car at their Bellevue service center and that experience was less than stellar. I will be reviewing that place separately.

Horrible customer service! Been a tesla owner since 2016 and have never had such terrible service especially from a manager! Marie clearly does not care and its a shame because it taints an incredible company.

Dear Elon Musk,I know you might never see this but I have to share some bad experiences with Bellevue Square Store location. As a long time fan of Tesla, I bought my Model 3 because of the two years of free supercharge promotion and got my car delivered on Sep 21st.I am frustrated to get the Free Supercharge as promised and feel I am into a promotion SCAM promotion from Tesla. It brought me a lot of pain during communication, as a full time professional, I spend too much time and energy asking for what Tesla has promised me.10/16/2019 After 1 month with no updates, I contact my salesperson directly for the 1st time, no reply.10/19/2019 Text his 2nd time, no reply.10/19/2019 I contacted Tesla support directly, they said only the salesperson can check my status. I then contact the store manager, I finally got my first update.10/25/2019 Even though they said my case is waiting for approval, after 1 week, still nothing happened. I called and talked to my sales directly. He said he is waiting for his manager for approval and will get back to me soon.10/26/2019 Text w/Salesperson, no reply.10/28/2019 Text w/Salesperson, no reply.10/31/2019 A msg from sales said approved by manager and waif for Order Admin Team for approval.11/6/2019 Text w/Salesperson, no reply.11/12/2019 After a long time with no reply/no callback, I walked into Bellevue Square Store and talk with the sales in person, his attitude is polite and said the SuperCharge team keeps denying his requests, he is still working on it. He said I will get reimbursed for my past supercharge fee.12/3/2019 I called sales directly and he said he will working on this as his top priority.12/3/2019 My sales apologizing on the text again and promised some supercharge credits for me.12/6/2019 Got last text from sales regarding my reimbursement check mailing address.12/13/2019 Text w/Salesperson for updates, no reply.12/16/2019 Promised Supercharge credits, not received. Reimbursement check, not received.I am so tired of this communication and have to write down my whole experience. I am truly thankful for all the polite services from the Bellevue Square location but this problem never solved!!!

Tesla Motors in Bellevue Square is by far my favorite store in the mall! I was fortunate enough to test drive a Model S P85 and it was the drive of my life. Im very much looking forward to driving this car on a daily basis. My son is already in the process of buying a Model 3 and hes been slowly pushing me to sell my BMWs and get into Tesla(s) as well. Daily driving an X5M, set we set an appt to look at the Model X...only to be put off by 2hrs and ultimately leaving. Apparently someone from Kansas w/ no cellphone decided to take an extended test drive all over Mercer Island and to Issaquah. I havent been to this location before, but youd think theyd have more than ONE Model X ready for test drives.

Families Need Not Apply at Tesla. My wife and kids are in the market for a type S. We happened to be at the mall today so we decided to pop in and look at what ever model they had to see if our kids would be comfortable in it. There were a lot of people looking at the car so we waited for our turn. My wife was about to sit in the passenger side and I put my son in the rear. He climbed to the front seat before I could make it to the driverside door but my wife had him under control as soon as he did it as she was getting in the passengerside front door. He is 2 years old. We were promptly kick out of the car be the salesman, Get your kid out of there, we cant have kids climbing all over the car like that. All he did was climb from the back seat to the front seat. My wife and him werent even in the car more than 20 seconds. I dont think we will be returning since tesla cars cant handle two year olds. I keep my kids on a tight leash and had he did anything to harm the car I would have been on it like white on rice.
