We had a good experience here. We were able to take in my 18 month old son’s old frames and prescription and got them fitted for new lenses at a decent price. One pair was ready before the time it was promised and one pair was ready after it was promised. 4stars for the delivery time.

Would give zero stars if i could. There is a woman there named LaShore that opened the morning of September 19th. We were there at 9:05am and she had not opened yet. I asked did she open at 9 or 10 she said 9 and proceeded to drag her feet turning on lights etc. She had an extremely rude look on her face and sat down. Didnt say anything. I said okayyy can you help with this frame that was broken. She said did you buy it here? I said no. She told me No you need to go back to vision works white marsh. I said i cant buy frames here?? She then let out a big sigh of being annoyed and picked out one pair of frames and that was it. Ive never encountered such a rude person i swear ive ever met

Disgusting place, customer service is horrible. Was assisted by a nasty lady probably counting the minutes down to go home. Didnt get her full name but was able to see it did began with La - she was a short African American lady with glasses. I decided to take the picture of the frames and call it a day and take the pricing quotes with me. I called the Vision Center in Dundalk and was quoted a wayyy more cheaper price. Speak with Catrina if you experience the same thing, shes friendlier and even over the phone sounded willing to help. AVOID this place and this nasty lady. Overpriced for the same item..

Went there to get my eye exam done, I was in and out of the exam room in 5 mins., got my glasses and could not see out of them, took them back they had to remake the lenses, pick them up and still could not see right, went back to the dr and asked him to re- examine my eyes and he told me that I just have to get use to them, give them a try, so I went on vacation gave them a try for 1 week and still could not see right, had head aches, and blurred vision, went back to them got my money back for the glasses and went some place else for another eye exam, the prescription from this dr is so different from the one I got from walmart, I can see clearly and no problems, I will never go back to Walmart again for eye exam, lesson learned.....!!!!!

Horrible place. I waited for almost 2 hours, and when I asked associates about how long to wait, she said another hour. They only served 3 patients in 1 hour 45mins. Will never go back there.plz avoid this place
