Excellent customer service here. Jazmin was patient, experienced, and knew the products inside and out. Thanks to her honest insights and expertise, after days of trying on glasses elsewhere/online shopping, I finally could confidently choose a pair that I absolutely love- stylish, comfortable and affordable. Its been awhile since I stepped into a LensCrafters, but my visit to the Canton location was great. There was sale underway, so that was a huge benefit. Jazmin helped me find two great pairs of glasses. It seemed apparent that she truly loves her job and enjoys helping people. The entire staff was great, too!

We would extremely recommend the Boston Street LensCrafters for the best experience of having new glasses made the staff is very experienced and knowledgeable and overall educated on the new technology of digital lenses we were very impressed . The customer service at this location is exceptional. I have always purchased my contact lenses here and this year after a bad experience buying glasses online, I decided to also purchase a new pair at the store. I cant express what a difference it made, the associate that worked with me on my eyeglasses was superb. I am thrilled with my new glasses and even more so with the overall experience!

I have a very high prescription (> -12D) that makes it very difficult to find suitable frames. I was in the market for prescription sunglasses and there are even less options for frames given my high prescription. Jaz was amazing in helping me at every step and worked with me until we found a frame I was happy with. When the first frame I choose didnt work out, she patiently helped me look through every option and even offered to cut and place darkened lenses in various glasses frames (thanks Matt!) so I could better visualize my options. The other staff, Lisa & Talena have also been amazing as well in helping create a great experience at this Lenscrafters.

I came in just to get nose pads replaced since one broke off after some years. They were polite and friendly and replaced the pads for free. It took a while, but I think that was just because my glasses were particularly fiddly.

Customer service very inconsistent. One staff member was very nice but when I returned the other seemed annoyed I was there. Perhaps they were having a bad day but customer service is very important. The cost of the lens with insurance and discounts were really high. I left and went to Warby Parker. A fraction of the price and much better experience

This location is clean and seems to have a wide variety of frames. I did not have the best experience. I entered the store and asked the lady if she could show me some frames for men and she pointed to the wall and said you can find Ray ban and Oakley frames there. I proceeded to check the frames out but didnt see anything that I would wear. She didnt ask if I needed assistance or if I was looking for a specific type of frame or anything. I left the store and proceeded to travel a further distance to the Owings Mills location. Simple customer service goes a long way.

Scheduling is super easy online and usually has a ton of availability for all working schedules. Dr. Verma is the best! She is so kind and informative, and helped me understand why she recommends what she does (without pushing it on to me). The associates on the floor are amazing and very knowledgeable about insurance costs and what is covered. They even reminded me to keep my receipts when using my FSA as insurance would likely ask for proof at a later date (and literally 2 months later insurance requested this). All around excellent place to go (and doing amazing with COVID precautions).

I have been coming here for years, and the service has been excellent until today. Was on time for my appointment but they were running behind. Not a problem. The eye doctor was awesome!! My prescription had changed so I needed new lenses...also not a problem. I have a pair of safety glasses for work which were cracked as well as my regular bifocal lenses. I was told they could do lenses for one pair, but not the other. I chose the safety glasses since they were cracked. The girl left and then came back and said they would have to order the lens due to the curvature of the lens. Ok, do my regular glasses. She says not a problem it will take about an hour. So I pay, and wait the hour and then was told that they are training a new person and that it will take an additional hour!! I wasn’t very happy, but it is what it is. I told them I would get something to eat and was told that they would call me. I received the call and went back only to find out the tech cracked my new lens and that they would have to order new lenses!! So I paid a bunch of money and got nothing except a 3 hour waste of time!! Worst appointment ever!! And I still have to wait two weeks to get both pair of glasses!! I’ll be going elsewhere.

Upon arrival, i was greeted and educated about the exam. Doctor was very friendly and answered all my questions and provided suggestions.Staff assisted me with the selection process for glasses and made sure I was comfortable while adhering to CDC standards for Covid- 19.Very good experience with helpful qualified staff.

Ive been a customer for years in the West Coast but todays experience reminded me theyre more than just about the brand.I had an urgent need for contacts as I was only traveling with one pair; they took care of it and were totally empathetic along the process.So grateful — dont take vision for granted and when you do need to take care of it, trust these guys. ❤️

ZERO MY GLASSES WERE READY FOR PICK-UP ON FRIDAY NOVEMBER 6TH BUT WAS OUT OF TOWN FOR THE WEEKEND. SO ON MY DAY OFF TUESDAY NOVEMBER 10TH STROLLED DOWN TO THE STORE AND TO MY SURPRISE TEMPORARILY CLOSED CALLING NUMBER IS USELESS. Ophthalmologist/ Optometrist: Dr. Verma is very thorough in eye exam. She tried different possible methods to detect/ diagnose the issue. Very attentive and extremely co-operative.Office: The ambiance is very pleasant, clean and quiet.Staff: The staff at this location is very helpful and caring. They accommodated me prior to my appointment time as soon as I checked in.I will definitely recommend this office and doctor.

The Optometrist at this location was excellent. Extremely professional, friendly and competent. Got two pair of glasses and they were both done in just under an hour.All in all, the prices were a little high, but with 2 pair, they offered a decent discount. That, combined with the professional service, made it worth while!

I love the doctor here and the staff is super friendly... but I will never go here again. My contact lenses are expensive and they take a long time to ship (usually 2 weeks). When a trip is approaching I always try to order bee contacts at least 3 weeks in advance. Just in case. I have been calling to check on the status of my order since Thursday 08/24 and today Monday 08/28 is the first time that I was not placed on hold for more than 20 min or had my call not answered at all. Mind you, I paid more than i needed to so that I could have my contacts in 2 weeks (I could have ordered from a different company and had them come in 3 weeks for cheaper), yet now they are telling me that my brand... the same brand Ive been ordering from them for years takes 3 weeks now? Ok. Oh and I still dont have an update on the location of the package. They will call me tomorrow with an update. Oh. I spent 30 min on the phone and spoke to 2 people to ask 1 question... that they may be able to answer tomorrow. Cool. Trash. They are friendly and kind... and inefficient.

The doctor was thorough and timely in how she conducted my appointment, also providing occasional jokes and conversation to keep the air from becoming stale. On the other hand, the salespeople and assistants were not very outwardly friendly and I caught them giving me strange looks a couple times. After my fiancée & I checked to make sure we hadnt turned purple or had anything embarrassing attached to our bodies, we just chalked it up to an unexplainable oddity.

Turned away to pick out glasses at 6:45pm because they close at 7pm. I already had a current prescription and knew what I wanted. What’s the point of advertising being open if you won’t take your customers the entire time?? Glasses are what makes them money, and I was about to buy prescription ray bans out of pocket. They had even shut their PCs down and were vacuuming... never again.UPDATE: I did end up going back to them and the techs during the day were fabulous. In the end, I did use them and do recommend their practice with the warning to go during the day and not within 30min of closing.

Absolute worse place I’ve been customer service horrible technicians also horrible went in for my second pair of “Poly carbonate” lenses in 1 year how are they the best? Wile working on my frames the tech broke them!!! Isn’t his job to repair them not break them? They told me to pick any frame I want because they don’t carry mine now they are saying I have to pick a pair of there frames???? If I could give them less stars I would. Who is in charge?

I have been wearing contact lenses for 15 years with no trouble at all. I went in for a fitting, told the doctor what lens brand I prefer and what my old prescription was. Had my examination which went pretty well. Time to select my lenses. She told me that I should use disposables and that is what she was writing the prescription for (a type of lens I am not interested and do not want). Now I am stuck with lenses that not only are wasteful but also hurt my eyes and fall out during the middle of the day. Whats more, she did this knowing the lenses she was prescribing were nearly three times what my preferred brands price. I called and told them that what they prescribed is just not working and instead of trying to help me, want me to come back and pay for yet another lens fitting and pay cash for new lenses (since the lenses they prescribed, that I did not want, which are more expensive ate up all my vision coverage for the whole year for a three month supply). This kind of service is absolute garbage and I feel so ripped off and also I cant see since my lenses keep falling out. Steer well clear of this place since they are a take your money and get out kind of establishment

SHOP AT THIS PLACE IF YOU WANNA SPEND LARGE MONEY BUT GET THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT WALLMARTMy wife and I have a yearly ritual where we buy the most expensive designer frames available in the shop once a year, drop about a 1000$ and take satisfaction that our insurance has paid another 1400$ Or do.This year, I purchased a pair of Giorgio Armani frames where I paid about 400$ and my insurance paid something comparable and got another set of less expensive pollos.Unfortunately, when I went to pick them up, these 800$ frames were handed to me in a cheap soft case that I would get at wallmart or a cornerstore. I objected to the sales lady and asked for a hard case but she gave me the run around and BSed that these are the only cases available.My sentiment walking out of the store was that I was leaving a wallmart, where its natural to run into ignorant staff and poor customer service.As I made it know when leaving, next time we wanna drop 1000$ on frames, with anothe 1k given with insurance, well take our business elsewhere.
