I’ve been going to him for about 15 years. He is a great person and true professional. Takes his time explaining everything that he does and does it in a way that makes it easy for a the patient to understand. I recommend him to all who are seek good service and treatment. I must add that the staff are great as well.

I have been seeing Dr. Lee Caplan for three years. I have found him to be very interactive when it comes to sharing information about overall health of my vision. He’s quite an expert and my prescriptions have been very accurate. I did not order the glasses this time because the inventory was low with not much choice. This could be due to COVID-19. I plan to return for eye exam next year again.

Very nice staff, the doctor took good care of my eyes. I would really recommend Pearle Vision care. 👍

Dr Caplan has been my eye care specialist for years. Hes extremely knowledgeable and explains everything! He can do most tests there including eye pressure and glaucoma. The exams are thorough. Ladies are very helpful in selecting glasses. Delivery is about a week. Highly recommend.

Ive been going to Pearle Vision for years & Dr. Caplan is the best. Just not a great selection of glasses but I always manage to find something & if not I take my prescription to Americas Best

Always top-notch care. I have been either taking my children ther, or been a patient myself, since 1984, a long time! I return because of the professionalism and sincere concern.

The staff is rude and the eye exam was not thorough. When I came in I heard several customers complaining about not being able to know the prices for the items they are purchasing. The staff didnt want to even be courteous and help my wife know the prices of frames with her insurance. Furthermore, the doctor didnt note the pupillary distance or at least the staff couldnt find any record of the complete prescription. Ive had much better service at an Americas Best.

Fast and Friendly work environment, Doctor makes you feel comfortable and at ease as your taking the exam. A little expensive but if you care about your health shouldn’t be a problem. Camille H is very friendly and gives you all the information you need to know. I seen some reviews saying that she explains everything down to the T she does it’s just you fault if you misinterpret and who doesn’t read over their paperwork. Tanya W always welcomes you with warm open arms going above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied down to slightest adjustment to your glasses. These ladies made me feel welcomed and the doctor I definitely will be coming again due to this pleasant customer service experience, you guys continue being Great !

I went to Pearle Vision (Milford Mill) for an eye appointment and glasses, the doctor was great and the staff was friendly. When it came time to choose glasses the selection was very little and when I brought it up to the staff they didnt have an answer and couldnt point me in the direction to see more of a selection. They also couldnt explain anything to me about the measurements of the frames. So I settled for what I could get because I was ignorant about being able to take my prescription to another company. I was truly unhappy with my selection. In the end, I was told that my glasses would take 3 or 4 days but they took 8. I called to ask about the return and refund policy after having buyers remorse and looking at other companys websites and finding better selections and better policies. I was told that my only option was an exchange which I obviously would not do now that dont feel I can trust your company.

Dr. Caplan is too cool, it really isnt too often youll get a doctor of any sort who is as enjoyable as that fellow and thorough in his explanations. The staff has been helpful both in store and on the phone. I havent the slightest complaint, exam + order time + final product everything went smoothly and promptly.

I’ve been going to Dr Caplan here for years. He is very professional and such a warm person and as a doctor really goes out of his way to walk you through the exam and make you feel at ease. Never had a problem ordering contacts or lenses, usually my order comes in within a week.

Lady working in the front was very helpful and nice. Dr Caplan did my eye exam and got me started with contacts again. Great and fast experience

SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THE OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS--Ordered a pair of glasses on 5/25/2017 from this store. Was VERY specific about exactly what lenses I wanted and even was re-assured by Camille H that she double checked the order before sending it electronically. Was told they should ready in about one week. Called in the AM on 6/01/2017- was told by Camille H (she was the employee who wrote up the original order) that the lenses had arrived- they just needed to be cut to the frame size and would be ready same day by 5 PM. Was leaving my office after 4:30 PM and called to check on status- told they were ready to be picked up. As I was about a block from the store, received a call that there was a mistake- I had ordered Transitions Xtra Active lenses but AFTER cutting and putting the lenses into the frames, they noticed they were not the corrrect lenses as they did not change color indoors. Wouldnt they check this BEFORE putting them in the frames?Anyway- When I arrive at the store, Camille comes out with the glasses. She says the outside facility that cuts the lenses made a mistake- She could reorder the correct lenses and have the new glasses rush ordered. She said they could be ready be next Thursday (today is Friday). What rush- the incorrect ones took one week so I asked her how could this be a rush order? As we were speaking, the doctor came out and said since the lab messed up the order, I could wait until the new order was complete and keep the incorrect order for free as a second pair. Thought this was reasonable UNTIL I tried on the glasses. Noted there appeared to be a smudge on the side of the right lense. Camille tried to wipe it off and then stated that it was not a smudge, but rather a scratch- Are you kidding me- there is a visible scratch on a brand new pair of lenses and no one noticed it?So- told them I wanted a full credit on my card for the purchase amount. After her futzing around some more, finally credited my account.

Horrible customer service and very expensive. I was over charged twice at this place through my insurance. What a rip off

5 stars for the actual exam.Issues started after finding out they fraudulently charge you and your heath insurance provider.I told them specifically I did not want to purchase any product and only wanted an eye exam. Camille specifically said Okay, you dont need to get them today. They ended up charging my insurance company over $100 for contact lenses and $200 for exam fees plus making me pay $75 out of pocket.My insurance terms are $10 co pay + fitting fee out of pocket only. No idea how they got away with charging us almost $400 total. Reporting to Hopkins compliance tomorrow morning.
