The manager and the assistant manager were wonderful! I booked a U-Haul at Affordable Furniture and the truck was not there. I quickly booked at Fulton Industrial and the service was amazing. The Assistant Manager was kind and patient and quickly helped me get the truck. The manager was very friendly and made us feel comfortable right away. i am very thankful for both of these wonderful people.

The woman who helped us through the check in was both professional and personable (I don’t remember her name but she loves the color purple! ) We would definitely use this location’s services again! I highly recommend their services.

Well, not much to tell. Its not far from where I live. Clean inside and out. Storage - climate controlled. I got a good discount that was mentioned at the U-Haul website, after making all the changes, I went to finalize the reservation the discount disappeared. I had problems with the U-Haul website for storage and vehicle rental, reservation. I had to go in-person. I printed what I wanted, I always print each step, for the service I want. I was not able to make reservations online. After I talked to them at my preferred location. They gave me a history of my U-Haul reservations.I dont know the real reason I was not able to make an online reservation at the U-Haul website. That part of my moving plans went better than I thought it would. Meaning everything went well.

Please do not go to this location. Every employee I spoke to is incompetent. I had an appointment to get a hitch installed on my car. They were not notified of the appointment and did not have the parts in stock, so they told me to go to another location even further from where I live. But I had also ordered a bunch of packing supplies to be picked up at the time of my appointment, and this wasnt ready for me either. No reason was given for why they failed to fill the order. I had to walk around the store with an associate as they grabbed the items I ordered. This visit took 1 hour and all I got was some supplies. No concern and no apologies were given. I cannot emphasize enough the extent to which they do not care.

By far the best place Ive ever rented a uhaul from. Exceptional customer service despite being incredibly busy. I waited a little while to pick up my rental but the woman I worked with was determined to help everyone out, and working in retail I understand that sometimes, some customers can wait. She was incredible at juggling all her customers needs and making sure nobody felt forgotten.When I return my trailer this afternoon Ill get her name and update this review.

My original pick-up location was not open and did not have my requested truck for my reservation. Which was a horrible U-haul experience and inconvenience for my families moving experience. There should be a better way of confirming that your authorized dealers are capable of representing U-haul in positive manner. The U-haul phone representatives were unhelpful as well, with multiple transfers to other representatives that could not address my issue with my reservation. One representative should be able to handle all customer issues and concerns.

They have great customer service! Nice and friendly representatives make the experience much smoother.

Cashier was rude and I won’t be back. I understand that you might hate working for uhaul but that shouldn’t be reflected towards customers. Cuz her attitude definitely said “I hate this job and I’m uninterested.”

As always Danielle McFarland and her team are super professional and quick to serve! I always rent trucks and use the propane service and whenever I meet other employees (especially the older employees on site) they even in frustrating and complicated situations are always willing to serve with knowledge and professionalism! I cannot recommend any other U-Haul location! Thank you so much Mrs. McFarland !!!

They have very little customer service skills they do not care about their customers they be on the telephone while waiting on customers I went to rent a trailer I stood outside for 45 minutes no help I came back inside and told them to give me a refund because my business was not important enough for them to come out and hook the trailer up I will not do business with them again they do not care about the customers

They give you trucks that has warning lights on they tell you its ok ... Its Broke down on the hwy and they wont send help but if we can bring it back they will give us another one !! REALLY!!!!

The young lady had a complete attitude. When I came in I told her I came to pick up a van and she told I needed a major credit card and I told her I completed everything online. She then tells me I can only get a different truck which I didn’t need. She walked me outside sounded the van alarm and said that’s your van go find it.

The U-haul associates at the Fulton Ind. Blvd. location were friendly, polite and professional. I rented a motorcycle trailer for a week. It worked out great and it was reasonable. Thank yall.

Danielle has such excellent customer service. Its best to reserve your u haul because sometimes which is not often, they will have you to go to another location. I went to U Haul on piedmont rd, customer service was terrible and the woman that worked at the desk so dishonest. INTEGRITY shot! And parking was terrible, limited parking. Needs new management. My experience was August 2020 wouldnt rercommend anyone to piedmont location.i also posted my horrible experience onSocicial media soc

My total experience was a nightmare. After making a reservation the day before my move, the pickup location was changed by Uhaul 3 times without notification; meaning I found out after going to the location that they either did not have my reservation or did not have a truck to rent. Each time I had to call the corporate office and was given another location to go to 3 MORE TIMES. At the 4th location on Fulton Industrial Blvd, there still was no truck in the size I requested. After almost an hour of waiting and 2 hours from my reserved pickup time, I ultimately was given a much larger truck that drove poorly and smoked. I ended up paying the movers more money because we were late getting a truck, and $125.14 for my experience with Uhaul.I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN!! EVER!!

Management and staff are Excellent, and outstanding customer service very knowledgeable about the equipment and explaining equipment safety to you! I will definitely return in the future and recommend this location!
