We worked with Coco’s team for both halves of our move and my goodness these guys can do anything!! We have a lot of furniture and some are pretty big pieces that had to go upstairs - they worked together and got everything where it needed to be.All of our furniture was carefully wrapped and stored by the team and so there were no unexpected damages. Our home is still under construction so we haven’t unpacked - but I didn’t hear the telling jingle of broken glass in any boxes.Due to the construction we had to reschedule our move in date several times. The move in ended up being a full month later than expected but Glenn was gracious and helpful every time I had to call and ask him to change the date.These guys are efficient, respectful, and quite a lot of fun to work with. I highly recommend them!

These guys were spectacular! I’ve never had an easier move. Everyone knows how stressful moving can be, but Buckhead Movers takes it to the next level in putting your worries at ease. They accidentally put a hole in one of my interior doors moving a couch, immediately they notified me. 2 days later I get a call from Reuben who takes care of the whole bit, 2 days after that I have a new door. I was at the gas station today when a crew from Buckhead Movers parked their truck to get lunch. On their way back out the driver threw a load of trash out of his door onto the ground and then they drove off. I was shocked that this is the quality of people representing this company. Honestly it was a terrible experience. The moving team broke a very expensive desk due to lack of experience, scratched my walls, and extremely slow considering it was an hourly rate. Claims department is as slow as the movers and constantly need to follow up to get anything done. Not recommended and not worth what was paid.

We recently contracted Buckhead Movers for our move. The experience was great. I worked with Glenn, who was very professional and knowledgeable in coordinating what we needed for the move. Additionally, in this time with a need for additional safety precautions, the crew put me and my family at ease with their use of safety measures like gloves and masks. Beware. Total scam. they quoted me $525 but the real price was over $2,000. Unethical and but not illegal and they know it. I just reported them to the BBB. Same owners as Bull Bog Movers as well.

My complaint is this is the most unprofessional, unacceptable, and horrible service I have received from a moving company. Buckhead Movers confirmed my moving date of Saturday (09/28/2019) which would start between 9am - 10am. I confirmed this with a representative via phone on Thursday (09/26/2019) and email on Friday (09/27/2019). Friday afternoon I received a call to change the moving time from 9am - 10 am to 1pm - 3 pm. I was fine with that. Saturday morning, I received a call from the mover to confirm he and the moving crew would arrive between 1pm - 3pm. The moving crew never arrived at the specified time. An hour and a half had passed from the confirmed arrival time with no contact from the mover. I called the representative from Buckhead movers to inquire why the crew had not arrived. He stated he would call the mover. The representative could not get into contact with the mover. I called the mover to inquire if they were still coming. This mover was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. He stated, Buckhead Movers screwed up call them. Me and my crew are not coming today. I informed the representative of my conversation with the mover. The representative stated we cannot move you today. We can move you Sunday (09/29/2019) morning. This was a true inconvenience to me. I had already turned in my keys to the leasing office. My lease expired on Sat. 09/28/2019. I was left without movers and nowhere to go. If I had not called no one would have informed me of this cancellation. This was entirely unprofessional per Buckhead Movers. I will not be using this moving company in the future and I will not be recommending them to anyone. The only reason I’m giving Buckhead movers one star is the movers on Sunday (Mike, Willie, and Ray) were awesome!

They were the worst movers. They acted liked the did not know what they were doing.. They broke an expensive lamp and spent so much time trying to fix it that they did not unload all my furniture off the truck Two of my end tables are missing that did not get unloaded off the truck. The movers also scratched some of my furniture. They sent someone out to fix them but he did not fix all of the scratches. . I called the office but they did nothing. I would not recommend these movers or ever use them.

Buckhead/Bulldog Movers are the same company. I booked our move with Glenn Usery, who told me he was sending the company’s very best 4 men moving crew. This company does not move glass items or live plants unless you sign a waiver releasing them from any liability. IThis company also doesn’t assume responsibility for items in boxes they did not pack! This is absurd, because I didn’t oack broken items and when your movers touched any of my items, your company is liable. I spent time with the supervisor signing documents that actually states what they are not responsible for. This should be tweaked.This crew moved only 2 items from our terrace level but left everything else causing me to have to rent a U-Haul truck and hire 2 men to load it. This crew needs more training. Also, it’s an awful thing for a customer to find out on move day that your movers don’t move certain items. To you “Company Owner” fix this immediately. I’m paying $200 per hour - I don’t want to hear that at all. This was a disappointment for us.There was a different crew 4 men crew that delivered our items to our new home led by supervisor “Cocoa.” They we’re in my opinion the very best crew.” They first of all, picked up where the other movers left off. This is very risky because now I have several broken valuable items. This puts all 8 men at fault. Which crew did it - the movers who loaded our items or the movers who unloaded our items? Cocoa and his crew were extra helpful even offering to do things I didn’t ask. Overall, all 8 of the movers were great! They have a very hard job and should all be compensated greatly for this type of work. Running a moving company is not easy either and I would like Glenn, the office staff, and the owners of this company to know that although there were glitches and some damages, we are satisfied and wish all of you continued success!!Company Owners - Please take very good care of those movers giving them all excellent pay, benefits, and a hefty year end bonus!! This way you’re sure to keep the same movers dedicated and devoted to you and your vision!

This was the worst move Ive ever done. The crew snow-shoveled all myfloral inventory which were laid out in baskets, poor packaging of glass(a piece of kraft paper and a box of expensive beveled glass for mywrought iron couch table, parts taken apart like screws/nuts/bolts/wheels/batteries/backs missing to battery powered items/scratches/dents.Just an unbelievable catastrophe.

Disclaimer: I have not used this moving company. This is a description of something I witnessed on June 26, 2018.I was driving to the gym and happened to be behind one of their trucks. While at a light going toward an exit ramp (toward 85s) the truck suddenly pulled over to the side, and out comes two gentlemen in green polos. They went to the side of the road (not a bus stop) and the truck pulled off. I drive this route often and I believe I recognize them as the homeless men in the area. The idea that a moving company may be using random homeless workers makes me extremely uncomfortable, and I believe others should be aware of this.

Hands-down the WORST customer service experience of my life. I rarely write reviews but needed to do so in this case. I am also a realtor at a luxury brokerage and my clients will never use them. Firstly, they arrived 3.5 hours late to my move with no explanation and i was given no ETA when I would call the office. Then, randomly an extra set of guys arrived to help us out. The guys who arrived told us they were sent because the earlier crew was new and inexperienced and moved more slowly. Why are you sending us guys who don’t know what they are doing?! We thought the company was doing this as a courtesy; however, we later received an extra invoice for $800 for the extra men they sent without our asking. I had to argue with the office for a week to get it removed. Plus, the movers practically BEGGED for a tip which we gave to everyone, including the extra men. Cost us a fortune.We had our stuff stored for a month and during the drop off to our new home the men came up to us and said they hadn’t eaten at all that morning. So, out of kindness, we offered to get them some breakfast. To which he responded by giving us his specific order (could tell this wasn’t the first time this had occurred). They also asked again, maybe 3 times for a tip upon leaving, which we obliged because at least this crew was on time and moved quickly.But the most egregious is that during the move to storage they dented our brand new GE CAFE Refrigerator, broke our playnation playset that was only 2 yrs old and put a crack in one of our mirrors. Trying to get it fixed was a nightmare. I thought I had purchased insurance, which is what they told me, and then they did the BAIT and SWITCH and told me it’s just valuation. They wanted me to pay $300 to have it fixed, they refused to fix the playset because it was an outside item and were very unresponsive to calls. SCAMMERS. AFTER 3 MONTHS of back and forth I got a check for the difference to fix only my fridge after I paid $300 out my pocket. They said they would fix the playset but ONLY if I signed a contract bribing me to never speak about my horrible experience with them. I refused. SO UNETHICAL. Their “customer service representative” Sandy Taylor is the WORST. She makes an excuse for everything even though she was not there. She said that her guys weren’t experienced in moving appliances and was trying to excuse them damaging my refrigerator. Then she said the doorway wasn’t wide enough for it to fit (umm, my home had a double-door Entry). If they aren’t experienced in moving, then why did I pay over $6000 and another $500 in tip for you to move me?! NEVER USE!! You will regret it. Will be reporting to BBB.

Worst moving company ever. Movers were smoking weed the whole time and trying to get me to pay under the table and then they stole/lost my brand new rug and a China set. Then they will deny deny deny when it comes to claims.
