This location is by far the standard for storage facilities imho. From the online process to the person to person engagement the in-house team. The facility is well kept, inviting and conveniently located. The only point of concern is the limited parking capacity for large moving trucks

Soooooo grateful that I found this place! Rodney was very helpful through the whole process, and 100+ cool points because he’s a saxophonist! Very clean facility, and great prices as well. I called around for days before picking this place. It was worth the wait tbh lol

There have been several changes to this storage facility that are disruptive to customers. Parking is horrendous with only 5 open spaces for renters to park and over 400+ storage units.The automatic gates in the loading docks are constantly broken or don’t work properly. This weekend the gate came down and hit my bumper. It did not retract when it hit the bumper, instead it smashed the corner and broke my tail light. These are heavy duty gates that are suppose to retract. Instead of talking to me about the incident, the manager tried to get in some report to his corporate office or insurance company. I called the police to take the accident report. Will be calling the corporate office so there is no retaliation.

I love that I found this place by accident. Extra Space Storage had me waiting 45 minutes in front of a locked front door trying to find someone to help me. I called Morningstar Storage while waiting and Rodney happily and promptly met me at the front and had me setup in less than 15 minutes. Clean, safe, friendly and accommodating....seriously cant ask for more in a storage facility. Thanks Rodney!!!

Having just moved recently to the area, I found the Morningstar Storage facility to be in an awesome location. Courtney, the staff person who helped me is great. She provided all the resources I needed to make an informed decision for the right size unit, pricing, and has been available anytime Ive had a follow up question, so the continuity has been a Godsend with Covid and all. Good parking, secure access, and good staffing, Im sold:)

I came in 30 mins before they closed and requested the cheapest unit they had for my refrigerator I had just bought but wasn’t quite ready to install yet. The item wasn’t going to arrive till right after they close. The gentleman begins the desk insisted on staying and waiting to make sure the refrigerator fits in the storage unit. As it turns out it did not. He has to move me to a larger unit instead. Without his help I would have had my new refrigerator sitting outside overnight. Thank you so much for your help!

Clean facility and very easy to access. I liked that I could do everything over the phone, and my unit was ready and waiting for me. I havent had to deal with the front office, but the manager I spoke to when I first signed up for my unit was very kind and transparent about policies.

This staff has got to be the best staff anywhere in Atlanta. They made the whole rental process so easy! The units are secure and spacious. Theres never a problem accessing your unit night or day. All round, Exellence.Bill B

Rodney, the property manager, is very friendly and professional. They keep the units clean and I love the fact that they have an on-site vending machine that stays fully stocked with my favorite snacks!

I cannot speak highly enough of Morningstar Midtown. As a small free clinic based out of the homeless shelters, we move around a lot from place to place, and we dont have a lot of space to store stuff. They have been so kind to my organization by graciously donating space to us for storage of our excess supplies and equipment. Their generosity has allowed us to make the most use of the space that we have, and the best part is that now our patients dont have to be seen in a room thats half-full of boxes!

I had a unit here for 6 months. The location is great for the price. The units themselves were nice. Problem is the building. The gate was always broken. Anyone could come in and out. The place was not safe after 10PM. Id been there late a few times organizing my unit. A lot of people sleeping in the hallways or in the bathroom. People would stand outside the sliding door waiting for me to open so they could get in. I let management know and they said its being looked at. Do not use this place is you value security and safety.

Everyone here is so friendly! Joy and Larry offered water and help every time I came into my storage space during business hours.It is centrally located just a few blocks from Ponce and Freedom Parkway. Despite its proximity to Ponce, I always felt safe visiting at odd hours. Traffic can get bad, so try to take a back road like St. Charles Place to get there during peak hours.The good news is that once you have your storage space, you can come whenever you want! Access to the facility is 24 hours with an individual pass code, which was fantastic for a night owl like me!There are ample dollies within the facility. Packing supplies can be purchased of youre in a bind. It is also a UHaul location, so if you need to borrow a truck or dolly for the day, you can. Dollies and ramps for the smallest truck cost extra though.Overall, the location, staff, cleanliness, and ease of access makes this my go to storage area for metro Atlanta.

Great neighborhood resource, free moving truck available, which is a great bonus. Very knowledgeable manager, clean facility. Lots of options on unit size. Carts available to move things in the facility. Have rented before at a different neighborhood facility and would definitely come back to Morningstar again over that one.

I rented for 3 months while I sold my condo. It was a great experience, Joy is a wonderful problem solver. She handled any issues I had immediately and was always quick to answer questions. This was my first time using a storage unit, so I was nervous. The facility is clean, they have ample supplies to help move items, and you get one free use of their moving truck. I was very pleased with my experience, and highly recommend them!

Joy(property manager) was and has been nothing but a joy! This place is 24/7 access which is perfect if youre a night owl. Also very immaculate. Great customer service. Overall couldnt be more satisfied.

Very awesome storage place, right in the heart of midtown. Clean, secure, and Joy is amazing, friendly, helpful and such a great person. Wouldnt store anywhere else in the city, and the price is right, cheaper than any other in the area for the size I needed. Highly recommended.

Helped make getting a last minute storage unit super easy and stress free.

Very pleasant staff, great value. Access to restroom and drinking fountain and, for a higher priced unit (which they are totally upfront about) access to electricity. Only negative (which Im not removing a star for because they manage it best they can) is parking for your moving truck. Its tight. But they let you unload at the upper deck to combat this, so they solved their only problem.

The staff here is great! My wife and I had a very large item that we needed to transport to our house nearby, and it would not fit in our car. Joy helped us attempt to load it and when it would not fit she let us use their van. It was close to 5:30 and she did not have to offer, but she did graciously. We brought the van back just after 5:30, and she waited for us to come back. We have known the people at Morningside Storage for years and they are the best!

I have been renting from Joy for awhile. We are a local non profit and she is the most considerate and efficient rental location in mid town. We also rent trucks from her when needed. I wish I had more reasons to go to Joy for help. My job would be easier and more enjoyable. - Dave

I was looking for a place to store my car - long term, short notice. Not only did they provide the best deal for covered parking that I could find in town, Joy and Myesha were extremely pleasant to work with. I was in and out in 20 minutes, and I know my car is in good hands!

I lease a unit at this location to house materials neccessary for me to perform my job. I visit an average of twice a week to pick up & drop off these materials. Over the year that I have been renting a unit here the facilitys maintenance and customer service has steadily declined. Its now at a point where its interrupting my ability to perform my job. Im quickly approaching the date where I would need to renew my lease, and they are threatening to raise the rent. Despite ongoing maintenance issues, service interruptions, rude employees they still feel I should pay more money. They would prefer to rent units to people who are clearly living in them.Theres been blatant drug use and prostitution.The A/C dosent work consistently, and on the top floor the temperatures can exceed 80 degrees.The lights are on motion sensors and only allow me 8 minutes of light before shutting off. I have to walk all the way to the opposite end of the hall every 8 minutes just to have the lights on and they refuse to add additional time.I would highly discourage renting a unit here if you will be using it for business purposes.

This was the worst expierence ive ever had. Its a scam.... I got evected on my 3rd day for putting graffiti all over the building which I did not do. The staff and manager were rude from the first day i met them. I have never seen reverse discrimination at its best. You do not want to rent a storage unit from this place. They hate white people and they hate gay people just as bad as Chick-fil-A

Britney was very sweet and helpful. She is the definition of service with a smile. Yall need to give that lady a raise, FOR REAL!The building is clean and very secure. Yhe reason Im giving 4 stars and not 5 is because there arent a lot of carts to use, and the sliding door to get into the building from the loading dock is broken (still secure, because you need an access key to even get to the loading dock). You only have a space thats about the width of 1 door to get your stuff in and out, which is a giant pain.

Rented from this place this past weekend, the most friendlies, clean storage facility I have ever seen. Great Job, special thanks to the young lady setting up the unit putting lock on etc, Brittany she is a keeper.
