This was my second time using Life Storage on 14th St. I had to use them at the last minute, and it was after hours. I was really impressed because I was able to do EVERYTHING online, including pick out my unit, and get my code!! The lock was in a sealed package inside the storage unit with the keys, and it was ready to go! How efficient was that! And to top it, the unit I chose was a little small, but the Manager just happen to be on site, and informed me there was a larger unit available. I got the larger unit, and he refunded me my cost for the smaller one that wouldnt work. This will be my go to Storage for all my temporary needs. They havent let me down yet! Im impressed by how you can do everything online and not even have to go in! Worked out great again!

I’ve had a unit at this facility for over a year and never had any problems. Cevon just helped me get into another unit with ease and also helped me save some money on the second unit due to the fact they did not have a larger unit for my needs. I am very pleased and would recommend this location for your storage needs.

By far the best storage facility experience I’ve ever had. Don’t waste your time at other companies. Life storage has amazing customer service and no hidden fees or tactics to get you in the space then jack up the price (like public storage...do NOT use public storage...they increased my rate 4x in the first year to almost triple my initial rate!!). Life storage also has great clean facilities and I always felt safe as a woman there going to my unit after hours.

Rented a 5x5x5ft unit back in 2018 and had a great experience all around. I used Public Storage the year before and would definitely recommend Life Storage over them. All fees were very up-front and transparent (half a month free, $35 monthly rent plus $10 monthly insurance, free truck rental available with $21 car insurance), and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The space was very clean, secure, and organized (they provide moving carts and stepping stools for upper-level units for free). A personal PIN is required to access the main gates and the elevator. You can use your own lock, or purchase a lock from them. Drop-off and pick-up were painless due to their very convenient access hours of 6am-10pm every day of the week.

Love this storage location! In a very convenient area, and the staff ensures that you are well taken care of!There was a mixup in my original storage unit size. I called the storage and spoke to the Assistant Store Manager, Nathan. He was pleasant, knowledgable, and efficient. I was able to transfer to a larger unit with ease and no hassle. This made my transition go very smooth, which always makes for a happy customer.

Convenient from GT campus. Very friendly and helpful staff. I needed boxes to move daughter out of her dorm, they had a pre-packaged assortment of boxes and a roll of tape. Perfect!

Extremely friendly, extremely helpful. We always get help with anything that has to do with our storage space, and possibly anything else. The guy working behind the counter is so personable and friendly. Treats you like a good friend that youve known for a decade.

Very easy to get in and out, good security, and a great guy that works the lobby office. Such a nice guy that its almost like hes been a lifelong friend or something. The guy behind the counter helped us get our bill straightened out and helped me get my stuff straightened out for online billing. Hes so great with customers they need to give him a raise!

I thought the reviews were almost too good to be true, but after moving my stuff I get why they have such a high rating. Excellent service, reasonable rates & clean facilities. The only thing is that the space was much smaller than I expected so make sure you actually measure everything. Also, there is a $12 extra charge every month for insurance.

Reserving the unit was quick and easy. All forms were done online and at the arrival of my unit, everything I needed was there. There is ample parking and everything was clean.

Cevon was great! Very clean facility, security on each level of the building, outstanding service!! He gave me a bottle of water and a free portable charger. I was slightly blindsided by the additional insurance charge of $12 per month.

Proceed with caution. I have warned others during and while moving the remainder of items that weren’t stolen from us last week. Dishonest location. We got robbed of very high priced luxury items. I believe they watch you on surveillance and target those who they see with items they can potentially steal. I had roughly over $20,000 worth of designer items stolen within days of me putting them in here. Mind you, I’ve never seen a person on the floor my items were stored in which leads me to believe this was an inside job. Was only planning on storing them for a few weeks during transition. The only things they didn’t get away with were heavy furniture items. A 65” flat screen tv, designer bags, designer shoes, that were all wrapped were all stolen and more. They have the capability to just burn through or break part of the latch which rendered the lock that they claimed to be ‘unbreakable’ useless. The lock was still locked just laying on the ground when we arrived to assess the robbery. Investigation is still ongoing and we even had the police dept. bring in forensics to fingerprint our unit. Even with all the cameras present, your items are still not safe at this location. We are in the process of suing Life Storage, have hired our own investigators and also an attorney. They won’t get away with this, and if we had that amount of high priced items stolen, we definitely will see to it they don’t get away with this. They certainly picked the wrong unit to rob and we feel severely violated. Especially since most items had invoices with receipts with my HOME address on them. I advised other young ladies coming in as well and warned them so they can be mindful that they too could be watched, especially on their cameras. While I was in the front office, after the robbery occurred to assess what what stolen, others were coming in about being robbed as well. A young man had his laptop stolen and closed out his account also. They are targeting those they see come in with items they can steal and resell so please be mindful of this before deciding to go with this location, or company for that matter. It’s the holiday season and I don’t trust the young lady who works there or anyone else here for that matter. I’d advise to store your items elsewhere and invest in better insurance than what they provide. If they see you on cameras with high valued items, you’ll probably get robbed as well.

This place is amazing. Great security. Clean. Easy to navigate. Its the little things that sets this place apart - the extra security to use the elevators, the wide parking lot for moving vans, the wide hallways, the extra equipment. Even the soothing classical music playing in the halls is a perfect touch - they know that moving is stressful and do what they can to alleviate the stress. I would gladly use them again.

Jon and Israel are the best! I have rented several storage units throughout various states in my lifetime and this has been hands-down the best experience I have ever had.
