This review is for the warehouse(not a showroom).Elena really needs to work on her customer service. She was rude and got annoyed because I asked her to provide information that I guess was too much for her. She then rudely passed me on to someone else to handle my purchase. Thankfully Donald attended and clearly paid attention during customer service training because he was VERY helpful and pleasant and had no issue providing the information I needed and assisting with my purchase.The prices are quite decent and worth it. Hopefully youll work with Donald.

It was unclear to me what the actual name of the business is... The placard says Service Box & Tape.They have a sign indicating to call when you get there which I did and they brought out my order. Four stars because there seemed to be what I perceived to be a long delay figuring out where it was. They had a 45 minute heads up that I was on my way but it wasnt ready to go when I got there and they didnt have lots of trucks coming in and out...🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Everyone was very helpful in finding the correct size boxes we needed. Would definitely recommend if you need any type of box on the planet. They have everything box related along with moving and packing supplies.

Ordered and picked up THE SAME DAY, very large sized boxes for moving. The price was really great because I ordered overstock items. T hey have an extensive listing of boxes on line too. Will definitely use them again.

Excellent selection and service. Over run boxes are priced low. Boxes will have printing on the sides but Im shipping out so it doesnt matter to me. Prices are at least 50% less than everyone else in Atlanta. Savings are huge. Owned by Service Box and Tape. Go online and check their inventory to find the size that best suits your needs. Call them if your going after the boxes. They will pull them and this will reduce your waiting time. The order will be just inside. CC and debit cards accepted for payment. Thanks

I have been shopping at Cut Rate Box Co. for years and they always have everything we need! Every size and shape of box imaginable plus huge rolls of bubble wrap for a fraction of what other retailers charge. Always great service and helpful employees.

They really do have just about every size box you could want. Walk-ins welcomed. In and out with the boxes I needed for shipping in 5 minutes. Super cheap, too!

Great place to get all of your moving needs. Very friendly staff. The owner is great and hilarious. Boxes are of great quality as well.

They dont sell every size of box but what they do have they sell for a great price. Most boxes are unused but branded with various company markings (Kraft, Keeler, Samsung etc). If that doesnt bother you then this is your place providing they have what you need so call first to check sizes. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The problem here was the owner... Very Very Rude! If you respect yourself, you wont want to deal with this guy! Said his workers couldnt take 15 minutes to sell me $60 worth of boxes... not enough cash I guess

Terrible service. Walked in and was greeted, rudely, by a worker who told me that he would not be able to help me until another 30-45 minutes after he unloaded a truck. I turned around and went to another discount box store that had workers that acted like they would appreciate my business. Never going to this place again.

I found these guys to b rude, the prices ski high and the quality to b terrible. The delivery is slow if at all and some of the boxes were wet from being left in the rain. STAY AWAY!!
