Prices are high but it is close to my work. Ihad to bring my phone back 4-5 times immediately following the initial repair because the corner of the screen kept popping out of place. I was told I would be refunded if there were anymore issues...About a month later the screen completely stopped working and turned black. The same screen was repaired a 5th time (no refund). That repair lasted about a week before the screen went completely out again... before I was able to bring it back the screen got a small crack (the glass screen protector I typically keep on the phone was removed due to the repair and I was waiting on the replacement...). I was told there was nothing they could do and would not give a refund because the screen was no longer under warranty but they also didnt refund the cost of the labor which makes up the is the majority of the price.

In addition to excellent service, the owner is knowledgeable, quick and efficient. I dont trust my cell phone repairs to anyone except My Phone Fixery. Just got the broken screen on my iPhone 6s fixed at My Phone Fixery today and man, am I satisfied! They don’t mess around there! I was in and out in 15 minutes flat looking brand new :) The prices were great, customer service and knowledge was superb and from what I can see, the quality of the screen is perfect! I’m glad I didn’t listen to some of the negative reviews I’ve read and gone elsewhere. Some people just don’t understand how these things work. If YOU break your phone and take it to get fixed and it can’t be fully fixed, it’s not the persons fault who tried to fix it, it’s yours...because you are the one who broke it! It’s sad how people are so quick to spread negativity online and try to ruin businesses of honest hard working people just because they don’t understand how things work. Anyway, I’d definitely go back and recommend anyone who needs a quick fix! Thanks :)

Ron fixed my phone quickly, I am more impressed about his professionalism, care for customer interest, his service of Saturday by appointment was a life saver to fix my Galaxy Note 9, and I was so happy with the variety of accessories at a very great price. Happy customer.

I went there because my screen popped out and long story short he ruined it even more. He claims there was a shortage with my light but my light was functioning before I gave it to him. GSU students if your phone breaks DO NOT bring it here. Its obvious he tried to scam me out of 150 dollars because I was so content with the prices he was offering. I took it to someone else and its so much more wrong than when this issue first started. As I said dont bring your phone here unless you want to pay for more than what you need.

I took my phone to repair, but he replaced the failed part with one from a different phone version. Mine is the S8 international version,. Now I dont have good signal anywhere and I cant receive nor make calls. I understand that the part I needed might not have been available on the US but he should have let me know instead of fixing it wrong. I opened up my phone and some parts are not connected since the secondary board he replaced doesnt fit on the main board of my phone.

My iPhone and my wifes had both stopped receiving and sending calls. After hitting dead ends at both our service provider and at Apple, it looked like wed be spending quite a bit of money to get new phones. That is, until we discovered The Wireless Lab, who fixed both of our phones the same day we brought them in! Highly recommended.

Could have one more than bare minimum if wants more customers!Screen was cracked, guy replaced but screen was still flickering. Unlike UbreakIfix he didnt bother to do minor repairs on the buttons or anything. Just slapped on a new screen that still flickers and then when asked about it he says bring back screen and hell give me back the cracked one. Wont be returning. There are better places that actually try to help and do more than the bare minimum.

Let me start by saying that the gentlemen at this place are gifts from the technology gods! I was in town for a conference and some interviews when I noticed that my phone wouldnt turn on. It had been acting funny leading up to my travel and thought it was my systemboard issue (because I already replaced the battery. But when I brought it in, one of the guys (I think I dealt with Ron) did a full diagnosis for me and let me know that it was something much less serious. What I thought was going to be a gig north of $300 turned out to be something MUCH less THAN that and did it in the span of a lunch break. I also noticed one of my colleagues had a cracked screen. I told her about my experience and sent her there (it was a different guy this time. I believe his name was Dante, if not... My apologies) and she left her phone to get repaired (we were expecting shed be phoneless for the rest of the day... NOPE! They had a new screen attached to her phone in no time flat and to my surprise had it back the next time I saw her later that afternoon. HIGHLY recommend this place. They couldve taken me for a ride (because of my false diagnosis) but proved to be honest and efficient. I will be back for sure to grab a set of Bluetooth headphones. 😀

Fixed my phone just fine but this guy was more worried about making an extra dollar off a customer because he chose to advertise with Groupon.....

They didnt have the parts I needed for my phone to be fixed even thought I called ahead to make sure they set the parts aside for me.

They helped a lot with my problem and found a really much cheaper solution
