Lucy is an absolute, wonderful and most patient and helpful person!... She helped me get the help that I was trying for when no one else even would try to listen to me, much less do what this sweet girl helped me accomplish! I Thank God for her and wish her the recognition that she deserves! Lucy is a genuine people person and so very kind!

I went into this store and got exceptional service, Lucy the store manager was friendly and very helpful to me. She helped me get new service and set up my phone. She really cares about her customers and thats important to me. I noticed she gave great service to other customers who came in while I was there. The store was clean and organized too. Ill be going back there to upgrade my phone. ❤️

They obviously have an absent CEO and zero Operations Analyst skills because they sell defective phones from online and not let you get a working phone from retail, but online they refuse to send RAs, or send a working phone or a refund. Take this up with State Attorney general and google fcc complaint and file a complaint. This is unacceptable, they leave you without cell service but keeping the money. Abominable. If you like jumping through continuous hoops on cliffs in outer space, try Cricket. Sorry to retail store, this is the closest to Corporate, aka bots/outsourced EVERYTHING and cannot answer or resolve anything. I would give minus 100 stars if I could.

It is in the heart of the downtown.... Parking are easily accessible to the nearby street (not infront of the store). The staff are very polite, friendly and helpful.

Jose is the best!I went in to three metro PCS locations and 2 Boost Mobile locations only to have the service technical inform me that my purchase of a SIM card from the respective provider(s) would not be comparable with my iPhone 5SE. My iPhone had previously been on the t-mobile network, and then had worked on the ATT network for quite some amount of time.When Jose was confronted with the same issue, he did something that no other associate at no other store thought of. Because of Jose thinking on his feet like that, he was able to explain why other cell phone technicians all had been under the FALSE impression that another SIM card wouldnt work in my iPhone 5se.Nothing like having a smart, down to earth, attractive, and forward thinking associate at a store.Jose is the reason why I am excited to be a proud customer of Cricket Wireless!!!Kudos.

The service has been trash for 3 months now the calls drop and now I cant even load a video I most places even though I pay for unlimited Ivebeen with them since aio and they truly have always been subpar this is my last month and I will never return thanks for the crappie service for years I home your company goes under and you dont deserve to still exist. Wish I could get a refund but I cant so heres a review check my yelp review too. Also my service dosnt work anywhere I need it to and im just got with sprint so you can throttle my account as much as you need to .

Terrible service and product selection.

I am very disappointed with the service, continuous dropped calls, Long wait times!!! to speak with customer service representative and when finally reach someone ;they are in south America in a call center,they do not speak fluent English and the Spanish is so thick that they act as if they cannot understand English. Its a shame that a global company such as AT&T has obtain this company and made it a subsidiary company, but as the customer you have no way to contact anyone to correct a error on the your account ! My account went without insurance because 3 months after having the service the phone service locked my phone and was operating on am frequencies, so when I went to Cricket sub store and purchase a new HTC Desire phone Krickets networks were down and it had to be manual put into the system and turned on, the technician could not ad the insurance and since them i have to have the phone reset 3 times loosing valuable contacts pictures and information that could not be replaced , I was told it was backed up and was not. Then two weeks ago cricket just turned my phone off for no reason mind you the bill was paid in full and their was no reason to do so , I was told it was a network error , after calling talking to the call center representative , who after two hours of no service told me he could only credit my phone $1.00. This is ridiculous, they customer service sucks and the network is crap, not to mention the phone are crappy and even under the manufactures warranty, they can only repair your phone which you ship to them and your without a phone for up to 4 weeks because they do not cover replacement phones, Kricket sucks....big time. and finally after 4 months they added the insurance . but i want answers . how to contact the corporate offices . how to talk to someone on American soil who can comprehend what i am saying a give valid solution to the inevitable problems that I have had with Kricket because Kricket could care less.
