Jacob did an awesome job fixing my iPhone. A charger broke off into the port and it was pretty jammed in there. He made sure to take his time and exhaust all efforts to save me the trouble of having to get my phone opened up and incur more expenses. I really appreciated his diligence and kindness- totally worth going here if you need any repairs!!

I went in recently for a swap out of my MacBook Pro batteries. Jacob took the work order, ordered the battery, and arranged for a while you wait swap at my convenience. I called ahead for an appointment, and Lee took in my laptop and began the service. I wont say how long it took, but I will say that I had JUST ordered a mocha around the corner when Jacob called for pickup. He ran the final QC, and I was out the door before I had finished my coffee.Both Jacob and Lee were SUPERB reps for iRepairit. Partially Effective Apple Watch repair, but sloppy and with poor customer service. Will not be returning.SLOPPY:Notified that repair was done about 2 hours after drop-off. Pretty quick, which seemed good at the time. At pick-up, Jacob tries to demonstrate all buttons and touchscreen are working, but the touchscreen is completely non-responsive. He tells me he will need another hour to fix that. He had overlooked some step in the process or not connected something effectively. Hed also not checked that the touchscreen worked after repair until I was standing in front of him. Sloppy...CUST. SERVICE:Because I would not be able to get back to the shop for at least a week, I had little choice but to wait around another hour. After wasting an hour, I return to get the watch and am greeted by another employee who goes into the back and does not return to let me know the status of my watch. I sit there for several minutes wondering whats happening. As I call out Excuse me to get someones attention, Jacob wanders out saying my watch is ready.It works, but there is zero recognition of the inconvenience hes caused me. Im asked to pay full price. When I asked if there was something that could be offered to make up for the hour-long interruption to my day, Jacob looked at me confused that any inconvenience had taken place AND that anything should be done about it. I explained my lost hour, and he pointed out to me that no one made me come pick up when I did. Disrespectful...After being pressed, he offered $10 off the $80 charge, which I felt was insufficient. Apparently, Jacob is at the highest level of customer support at iRepairit-Buckhead, but his hands are tied by an undisclosable higher power from going beyond minimal customer retention strategies, which he was harangued into in the first place. Lame and insulting...REPAIR:My watch works. The battery seems to function normally and the face is no longer coming off the body of the watch. But force touch no longer functions and I cannot adjust brightness any more.CONCLUSION:Because the clearly did not value my time and my business, and also tripped over seemingly routine and simple repair/customer service procedures, I will not return to iRepairit.

I originally had my iPhone 11 Pro Max screen replaced back in August for a hefty fee, no surprise there because of the extent of the damage. The repair was quick and everything looked great! Fast forward to November, and I notice my phone screen is beginning to separate from the phone itself. I called iRepairit and explained the screen was replaced back in August and asked if they could do anything to fix it/replace it. They said this was outside of their warranty, despite them putting on the new screen in the first place, and said I could get the screen replaced AGAIN for $400. Ive paid more to fix my phone screen than the actual phone.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. In addition to fixing my iPhone screen perfectlythey took the time to help me sort out all kinds of random electronics issues and explained everything so well. I highly recommend them!

My phone fell 4 stories off a balcony (luckily onto grass) and shattered the glass front and back. Needed a new front camera also. While not cheap, they got it all 100%. Looks and functions like brand new. They communicated clearly and often about parts that had to ordered and kept to their stated timeline.

Took my phone in for a new battery that i supplied and the new gasket to reseal the phone. They quoted me 90 minutes to do the work, and $70. i was home for about 10 minutes and i received a message that it was completed. sure, that was quick. got the phone, i asked to see the old battery, and to this point everything seemed fine. get home and wear the battery out so i can cycle the battery. wake up at 2am, and plug the phone in to charge, then the back cover comes off. they didnt clean off the old gasket and replace it with the new one i supplied them which was made for my phone. im at a point in my life where this kind of shadiness gets the appropriate review and the $70 i paid will be saved by someone else who will be smart not to go to this business and be scammed out of the quality work that is expected. I read review and although they have great reviews, this was a poor job and if you are reading this, make your choice wisely. I seriously doubt they will contact me to offer me a refund for this. That just adds to their shame. Next.

I am in the technology business and can handle the vast majority of my own repairs and fixes. I knew from all the Youtube how-to videos that my model of the 12.9 inch iPad Pro was a particular challenge and beyond my capabilities. I had previously used iRepairIt for iPhone repairs and had great experience so I took the iPad in to the Buckhead location in the afternoon. The staff is courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They provided me with reasonable estimate of the time to repair (next day) and Jacob warned me up front of the delicate issues that could come up in repairing this particular iPad model. I knew about the issues from the online repair videos, which is why didnt attempt the repair myself, but did appreciate them being proactive with advising me. The end result was a perfect repair, delivered on time, at a fair price, and with zero issues. I couldnt be more satisfied.

I cracked the back of my iphone XS max, and was desperate to find a place that could fix it. after reading the reviews and reading about other people’s experience, i said “quick turnaround and affordable prices? can’t beat that” now, i do NOT live close to this establishment, i live about an hour away but it was 10-15 mins from my job site. i showed up 15 mins after they opened at 10:15am. the girl at front gave me a quote at $150 and said it should take about 3 hours. at this point i’m losing it because all the reviews i read, said how they took 1-2 hours to get their phone fixed and i was told 3 hours. again it’s 10:15-10:30am. so i’m guessing my phone should be ready by 1-2pm, right? WRONG! i called for a status update around 3pm, which was more than the time the girl told me, only to be informed my phone was still not ready. the guy that answered the phone said he was going to ask the technician. after being on hold for like 10 mins, he comes back to tell me it should be ready in like an hour, hour and a half. i get to the store at 5pm, 2 HOURS AFTER the status update, only to be told my phone is STILL NOT READY to give them 1 more hour. long story short, i ended up getting my phone 30 mins before closing. so basically it took them 8 hours to fix my back screen. and they still charged me $150. NEVER using them again. save your money and go somewhere else is my recommendation.

Took my iPhone xs to replace the front screen and the guy who was assisting me gave me 2 option to replace it. One was hard oled (cheaper one) and the 2nd one was soft Oled (pricier one) I asked which will be the best quality for my phone, and he said the hard Oled (cheaper one) and I even asked him why the cheaper one is better and he said because the screen is more tough to break. Anyways, right after I started using it did not take me long to realize how bad it was. I could not even type properly, and the screen would glitch. After complaining about it they did say they will change the screen to the proper one and I just have to pay the price difference.After replacing it again it was still slightly off, and my battery would drain so fast that I had to charge 2 times a day. Either way I just knew they messed up my phone and even thought I was having problems I did not wanted to go through the whole process.Skip to today after 3 months my phone screen suddenly froze out of nowhere and it became green. I did not had any control over the display for 40 min straight. But when I went to the store with my concern, they said they cannot help me because there is a small dot like damage in the display and the manufacture won’t replace it so if I want a new display, I must pay the whole amount. (Side note I did not drop my phone a single time after the replacement)Long story short i had to buy a new phone. I should’ve just went to apple at the first place. probably not returning this establishment ever again since their quality of the product is this bad.

I found their buckhead location on Google and called immediately. I quickly learned of how responsive they were when a polite gentleman answered all my questions thoroughly and also assured me that all their work comes with a 90 day warranty.When I arrived at their location, the young man greeted me and checked me in. The repair was done SAME DAY. The screen looks absolutely perfect. The price was super fair too which topped it all off! These guys are great! Honestly the most affordable place compared to others. I called around for my cell phone to be repaired and quickly realized that they were fairly priced.
