They provided exactly what I asked. Since they happened to have what I needed in stock, the nice guy there was able to do the task on the spot. It took as long as he said it would and I got a quick nap in the car. I can only assume the part is good quality, as it is OEM. I really cant ask for better than this. Thank you, CPR!

My Apple Watch, Series 2 needed a replacement battery because it stopped holding its charge. I was quoted $80.00 through their website which they honored. I was told that it might take longer than normal due to shipping issues caused by the Covid 19 pandemic. this proved to be true, but I had been prepared for the delay.When I first got my watch back, it still didnt hold a charge and now wouldnt charge at all. It just got hot. I dropped back by their store and explained what was happening. This time a new clerk said it sounded as if the new battery might be defective and offered to repair it again. They replaced the battery again and now its working beautifully. It still took longer than expected but again, I had been told that it might.Every person that helped me was courteous, professional and polite. I know that I dealt with at least 3 different persons, everyone of them was a pleasure to talk to and treated me with respect.I just want to add that Apple wouldnt have looked at the watch for less than $249.00 because it was out of warranty. Cell Phone Repair at North Druid Hills & Briarcliff Roads fixed it for $80.00.

I was in an accident and mangled my iphone so badly that pieces of glass were falling off of it. You could plug it in and it would ring if someone called, but screen was black. My life’s schedule and family pics are in that phone!!! Nick offered to temporarily put a screen on it to see if we could back up my information then transfer to another phone. They charged half the price of the place down the street. I was so happy, I told him I’d buy the screen. Old phone is bent up but works just as well and can be used as a backup if something like this ever happens again. They were also very helpful in being able to get my information to new phone and explained how to do it. I am severely Tech challenged and I appreciated them explaining the steps when they didn’t have to spend the time. Thanks guys

Just got my phone back yesterday. Broken charging port fixed. So far, It charges well. It took longer than expected to get the part in, but as soon as it arrived the phone was fixed and they made contact with me to pick it up. Overall good experience. Will check with them in the future about other devices.

Had batteries replaced in two devices, iPhone 7 and Galaxy S9, and both of them were completed quickly, on time, and it wasnt even expensive. The store associate Matt was a real pro! I left my phone with Jorge who was a fantastic representative of the company. He fixed my phone within 4 hours of me dropping it off AND made sure my phone was in complete working order before I left (checking the camera, flashlight, etc.). This place was professional, affordable, easy to work with, and did what they said they would do in a timely manner. Plus their workers were friendly and very easy to work with. Jorge helped us get a phone repaired. My partner originally thought that hed have to order a new charger port as his phone could no longer charge with a wire - only a wireless charger. Jorge said hed take a look, and within minutes, he got the port cleaned and explained that the phone did not need any repairs. The phone charges good as new now and my partner paid a fraction of the cost of a repair, plus he didnt have to wait the week it might have taken to order the new part and get it fixed. I highly recommend coming to this CPR location. They offer quick, friendly, and STRAIGHTFORWARD service!

This team is wonderful! The FedEx shipment of my screen for my Samsung S9+ was delayed due to shipping issues as a result of COVID-19. So, one of the team members tracked the package and went to pick it up personally when it arrived in the distribution center. When I received my phone, it was completely refurbished - looked brand new, fresh from the box! I was so pleased. Definitely recommend this place + would go back to them again without a moments hesitation.

UPDATEMy phone started overheating after my screen replacement, the brightness kept dimming, and my touch wasnt recognized as strongly as before. I feel like something was installed on my phone to drain my battery and take control of my screen at times. I ended up replacing my phone and now learning an android, which takes much better photos.The process was faster than I expected to fix my cracked screen. Much cheaper than buying a new phone and it looks like new. I’m very satisfied & would go back if need be. I’ll definitely recommend them to others!

I went in after reading the reviews , however as soon as I received it I noticed that the touch quality was not the same and I had to press it harder for it to work like before . After i cracked the screen again , I took it back and the person who did it , said it was a very poor job he said he never seen as many screws missing .

They fixed my broken phone screen within a matter of 30 minutes. The guy at the counter was super nice and even threw in a few discounts for me. Super appreciative of their super fast and professional work! They do try to sell you more than you need (replacement battery, screen protector, etc...). I would just go in knowing what you want and say no to any other offers, because its easy for the price to rack up that way. Overall, good service.

The screen of my Surface Pro sustained a crack in the late morning. Wade was able to get the replacement part the same day and make the repair before closing. He was honest about the risks and costs involved and performed excellent work efficiently and cheerfully. I hope that a military-grade case will obviate the need for CPR for this device in the future, but I would return if I needed to and would refer friends to them as well.

Excellent experience. I took my phone in to have the camera lens cover repaired. They didnt have the part in stock, but ordered it and had it 2 days later. Once I made it back to the store, the repair took less than an hour and the phone was as good as new. Christian did a great job!

Wade and Terrell at the Braircliff Rd. location are a fantastic tag team. I brought in my older but beloved cellphone that needed the ear bud jack replaced. They had the replacement parts ordered by the next day and Terrell masterfully completed the repair in less than 30 minutes while I waited. This is now my go to place for cellphone maintenance and repair, and I’m glad it’s so conveniently located.

Any explanation would be greatly appreciated.-Pretty sure I was just swindled out of $30.-First the employee that helped me was wearing a camo shirt and gym shorts.-I dropped my phone in the pool. Phone emitted sounds but the screen did not work. Condensation visible in both cameras.-I left my phone there over night and they claimed to put it in a dehumidifier.-I called twice to check on my phone but no one picked up.-Returned the next day. New employee seemed to not know which phone was mine.-Finally got my phone back and they said the screen was working for a minute then stopped and the phone is dead.-Condensation still in both camera lenses. If they disassembled my phone like they claimed wouldnt the condensation be gone?-Train employees better and make it a requirement for them to wear uniforms.-Waste of $30

The battery in my Samsung S7 swelled to the point where it was about to damage my phones front and back covers. Jorge replaced the battery and reseated the front and back in an hour, and the final cost was lower than what he had initially quoted. Very fine customer service, and they do not add on extras to beef up the price tag. I will return if I have future problems.

Awful service. From the employees and manager.I came in to get my glass replaced, this was under warranty, I paid $10 and the glass was ordered because they didn’t have the one I needed. I was told I was going to receive a call in about 4 days. A week later after not getting a call I followed up myself. The person I spoke with, different from the guy I saw 1st said nothing was ordered and he didn’t see anything in the system. He also said they had the glass I needed and I should come back in to get it replaced. I already felt like I wasted my time the 1st visit and didn’t want a repeat so I asked to please make sure the glass was really there, I was assured that it was. A few days later I came in and explained to the person behind the counter what happened 1st and 2nd visir, he looked confused and said he did not have the replacement glass and has no idea who I spoke with. I ended up on the phone with a manager, who after trying to convince me that I spoke with the Roswell location and not them, this could not be further from the facts, asked me what he can do to make me happy because he was on vacation. The only thing that could be done was a different glass put on while mine was being ordered, supposedly, so my actual phone did not break if I dropped it. I was told to come back in about a week again to get the right one out on. I received no call again. I returned for the 3rd time to find out that nothing was ordered again and though I wanted to share how I really felt about the entire experience, I decided their poor customer service was not worth my stress anymore. I had them put on another glass, one that cost less than the one I originally paid for and the guy had the audacity to ask me to pay the $10 again. I left very unhappy with the business and needless to say vowed to never go back. Today I received an email with a receipt for $10, an unauthorized withdrawal from my CC, dates for today. I have been running a small business for over 15 years and I could not imagine treating any customer this way. Absolutely awful.

Made my day!! I initially came just to get my one phone screen fixed but Vincent was so kind, I figured why not ask and see if he could take this glass screen cover off my other phone. This wasn’t any ordinary glass cover though, it was thick glass and the seal on this thing REFUSED to come off. I went at it for days and could only get barely a full corner off. Vincent finally got it off after some effort, but not w/o cutting up his fingers in the process :((( . I felt really bad even halfway with it off and told him he didn’t have to keep going, but he was always a stand up guy about it and insisted he could fix it. THEE BESTTTTTT!!!

Christian B. spent almost an hour troubleshooting why my iPhone 6 was stuck in a reboot loop before finally shutting down and not able to boot up at all. He confirmed that the battery was in good shape, the charging port was good and the screen was working fine. Ultimately he found that the Home key was shorting out the phone and that is not a repair that CPR will perform and referred me to Apple; he would accept no charge for all of his time spent.
