I am so upset with this company. The best thing about them was no contract and that you could pay when you can. Now you have to have a due date and then they want shut your service off and have you pay $80.00 bucks for a time that your phone wasnt even on. Instead of pay $80.00 for the next 30 days like they did in the past. Probably because there link up with T-mobile now which anyone has had them know there customer service is the worst! Metro you went to being my favorite to being the worst! No one wants contracts or due dates, if I pay you $80.00 last week and my phone been off. What gives you the right charge me another $80.00 within the week. Thats not even fair! Just for that I could just have straight talk and call it a day or another provider!

Went in there because my phone was stolen and lost, but i have another metro phone with sim card. So all i wanted to do was a device switch and i needed to do it in store because they couldnt over the phone since they needed to text me a verification code but since my phone was stolen i was not going to be able to provide that code so needed to do it in person at a store. Anyways went in and one of the employees of the bat told me i needed to purchase a new sim card. i told her i already have one why do i need to buy a new one. She just said because i do. i worked for metro so i knew this was bs😂. Went to another store and they did it with my old sim card. Just charged $15 for switching fee. i know sim cards expire if they are not used for a while but mine was clearly not expired since another metro could still do it.Dont come here! They will Rip you off!! And on top of that BAD Area!!!

I went to establish service and get a phone. I knew exactly what I wanted. I went in and told Nicholas the plan and phone I wanted. I explicitly said that I did not want device protection not did I want their security suite. When I never got a notification for the free Amazon Prime, I looked at my account. Here is what I noticed:1. He gave me lower plan and added the device protection thinking I would not notice.2. He used my middle name as my last.This is blatant misrepresentation so that he could sell additional products. There was nothing to sign and my receipt did not reflect what he signed me up before.They also need to update their hours online. I took off early on Friday to buy the phone. Online said they closed at 8, but when I got there at 702, they were closed.

Needs improvement on there professionalism. There payment machine didnt accept debit cards only cash and they didnt even take the time to post a sign on the machine to give us customers a heads up about it . Then the wait time take too long. I went in there with intentions to pay my bill, to be in and out and end up being in there almost an hour.

My phone was stolen and I was freaking out. They was able to pull up my account and let me know I was due for an upgrade. I only had to pay about 200 for the IPhone XR because I was approved to finance. Jasmine and Candice really did help me out because they know that day was crazy. 😩 Thanks ladies for being patience with me during the whole ordeal with this phone situation. Give them a raise they really took their time with no attitude. Great customer service.

The greeter was wonderful and went more than out of his way to assist me. However, the actual sales person was horrible! He didnt have any information wouldnt or couldnt answer my questions. He spoke to me like I was less than human and couldnt be bothered. He began adding things onto my purchase but wouldnt tell me the price of them and his attitude only became worse when I asked him to remove them. He continued to speak to me as if I was stupid. I only made the purchase because I needed to replace my broken phone. But I may return it and purchase it at another store.

What store mobile store do you know that does NOT allow its customers to recharge their cell phone.I have never, in all of my years, encountered this level of disrespectful disservice.I just recently purchased a new phone from MetroPCS. Ive been having non-stop problems with it. I spoke with customer service last evening they suggested I go into the store to see about a replacement. Phone is not more than 33 days old. They want to charge me $40 to replace the phone that not more than a month ago I paid $200 for. I asked to speak to the manager and the dude helping me went to get the manager and told her counting her money I could wait. I waited for about an hour and a half for the manager came out and was just as unfriendly extra staff. Explain to them my problems and asked if I could show her. What could cause my battery was dead they wouldnt let me charge it so that I could show them the problem. Not once did they ask me for my phone number. Not once did they attempt to pull up my account to check the notes. The only thing she told me I could do need to pay $40 for the phone or ship it off for 2 weeks. They say when a fish rots it does so head first. During my hour-and-a-half wait I watched customer after customer come in with problems and leave just as frustrated if not more so when they came.I would kind of expect that from an authorized dealer. This is a CORPORATE STORE that treats its customers as if they are a burden and in the way instead of the reason they even have a job to be late for in the first place. I asked for the number to the regional office and she refused to give it to me. Instead, she gave me Ernests (the other store manager) card and told me not to call for 2 days because he wouldnt be there. Ive gotten nowhere with this band of disinterested and unconcerned examples of How Not Tos who put the needs of the customers so far down the list that they forget were there.😡😡😡😡 You cant begin to imagine the frustration.

They are incredibly slow and incompetent. It took 2 trips to the store where I spent 3 hours the first time and 2 hours the 2nd time to add a line to my existing account and upgrade my current phone. I left the store only to find out they put the new phone number on my upgraded phone instead of my added line. It then took 3 long tedious phone calls to get help before I finally asked for a supervisor that could straighten out the mess. I was without service for 14 hours. I was at work which made it very difficult to spend hours on the phone having the original problem fixed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS METRO PCS.

Adrian with Metropcs really went out of his way to help me with my new cell phone the Lg Styol 2 plus. I was trying to download a certain app and i could not get pass the phone stating i need permission. Adrian listen to my concerns and provided me with several options, i did not know i had.
