Place is fake!!!!! I live in Atlanta and decided to pop by in person since I saw bad reviews. The address is literally an apartment conplex called Toenhouse Atlanta. I spoke to the leasing office and they said that NFS is a scam ran by an ex tenent in the complex. FAKE!!!!!

I ordered this bronze stool after looking at it for several weeks my husband said buy it it looks really nice. When I received it I was floored by how beautiful and awesome it looks in my family room. The quality is far superior than I ever expected and I intend to buy another one for the other side of the couch! Love this one!

Got my furniture Today !! Extremely Happy Saved me money. I got a call from shipping company 2 days to schedule a delivery appointment. I work so I was not available on weekdays. The shippingcompany did not deliver on after office hours. My wife had to take half a day off. The driver around 10:30am. She was able to inspect allthe pieces. Apart from the minor dents on the box, everything looks good. I cam back home and installed the pieces with my wife and kids.They look amazing.It was a big purchase and I had purchased anything from them before so I was skeptical. I looked around and read a lot of reviews.I had ordered a bed, dresser and nightstand from this online company. The item was out of stock everywhere. When I called them up, theywere very upfront about the fact that yes the item is out of stock everywhere because the manufacturer does not have it.

I generally would not buy such a large purchase online, but I was not happy with the limited and boring choices the big box stores had in patio sets. So I read the positive reviews on this set and decided to take the gamble. And we hit the jackpot. It is a lovely set of furniture and appears to be well made. The entire set was delivered in one giant box. We opened it before the delivery guy left just to make sure there was no damage. All was in perfect shape. The chairs and ottomans come assembled. But be prepared to assemble the loveseat and the table. The set comes with two wrenches and plenty of nuts and bolts. That took a bit of work, but it was not too hard. I would definitely recommend two people for the assembly.

I ordered an accent piece to be used as a night stand that could not be found anywhere else. After ordering I was a little leery after reading some negative reviews online. But I have to say I am very pleased with my purchase and the service received. I placed the order on 6/18/17 and received an email on 7/1/17 that my order was shipped. I received my order on 7/5/17 and it was perfect. No damage at all and it was exactly what I had expected. I would use National Furniture Supply again and would recommend to my friends and family. I am very satisfied with my experience.

I purchased some decorative planters that are styled after feeding troughs. I am using them to build some mason jar pendant lighting. They were the perfect choice for my project. The product was exactly as described and arrived within the expected time frame. There are other items that caught my eye. I will be shopping with Nation Furniture Supply again soon. I did call to check on my order and it was a pleasant experience. The person I spoke with found my info quickly and gave me the information I needed. Great customer service.

I thought this couch was a steal for the price. The color is gorgeous, the velvet texture is SO SOFT, and the length is perfect for my 63 fiance to stretch out on. The only thing I wouldve noticed had I seen it in person is that the back is fairly short. Its still comfortable, but it looks a little dwarfed with our tall ceilings. Also a shipping note: this didnt come with the in-home delivery and I was so nervous about how Id get it into my apartment. But the delivery guys were total heroes and helped me anyway. Totally recommend, even though youll have to be patient if its still on back-order.

I bought a really nice credenza for my new home and it was delivered boxed and crated with plenty of protective material to keep it from getting damaged. I just moved in last week and now Im looking for lamps and end tables. Really - the prices are amazing!

I had a really positive experience with National Furniture Supply. I ordered a metal fish wall sculpture. It was sold at a reasonable price and was delivered exactly when they said it would be. On inspection, I found one of the fish was missing a fin. It wasnt a big deal but I did notify them and they took care of me right away. I was really happy with the fair resolution. I would absolutely come back to shop at National Furniture Supply.

At This Point , I am giving a 1 star and I havent received my order as of yet ! I should have read the reviews first as I usually always do. I ordered a bathroom wall cabinet. In stock. Received an Email over a week ago it was shipped via Federal Express. I finally checked the tracking number. NO ITEM with the tracking number to be shown. I attempted several calls. No luck. Finally, at the end of today Emailed them. It sent a case file number and states I will have an answer within 24 hours. I am holding my breath. Now , after reading reviews, I am going to have to make whom ever delivers wait !! Because I will not except it if it is in an condition but NEW and all pieces are in the box. Plus it took them less than an hour to remove the money from my bank account, Yet all this to ship the item??? I will update if the company does make good on 24 hours contact and my item arrives like it is suppose to plus New no problems.

Terrible experience.I called them to inquire about the VIG Furniture VGMB1508-GRY Divani Casa Porter Modern Grey Fabric Sectional Sofa which is listed as in stock on their website - albeit at a higher price than VIG was selling it for, this company had a 10% markup on top of VIGs retail price. Knowing that VIG had already discontinued this product, I called in to confirm whether or not they had it in stock by providing the SKU#.An Indian-accent guy picked up the phone and advised it was in stock, but apparently needed 3-4 weeks to prepare it for shipment before a 2-3 week delivery time frame. Weird huh? I asked again if he had it physically in stock at their warehouse. He then said yes. I asked him to place the order, then he hung up the phone.Called back, and spoke to the probably the same guy but denied it, I asked if they had Divani Casa Porter Collection sectional, immediately denied having stock - I didnt even provide the SKU yet. He then hung up the phone.Called back in a third time, before I said VIG he hung up again.

I ordered a mirror on Aug. 28th. 8 weeks later I still dont have my mirror. They did not indicate the items was back ordered or I would have never purchased it. Of course my credit card was charged immediately! When you call their number, 80% of the time you get put on hold them transferred to voicemail. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! My $215 is tied up, I still dont have a mirror, and I cant talk to someone to get a refund....(that apparently takes 2 months according to other reviews. )

Im pretty sure my furniture wasnt shipped until after I received a request to fill out this review, 1 month after shipped. The person on the phone insisted that theyd sent a shipping e-mail, but later said that it was shipped as of this morning when I was on the phone with him. After that, the nightstand did arrive and Im happy with it. I was not asked to sign for the delivery even though the companys e-mail instructed that I should carefully inspect it before accepting delivery.

Worst customer service ever. I ordered 2 items but only received 1. I initially thought the second item was coming in its own shipment. But after a few days I decided to check the order status which stated that the order was complete. I immediately contacted customer service to inform them that I did not receive my complete order. After several days of waiting for a reply I finally heard back and was informed that both items were shipped together and was asked if I had opened the box. Yes- which was not big enough to contain both items ordered. They requested a picture of the shipment. Why would I have taken a picture, the first item was received without damage. It has been 4 weeks since I received the shipment the boxes were well gone by this point. Was informed that Id have to pay for the box or else they cannot help me. Pay for what box... Just give me back my money. Still waiting back for a response. Dont get robbed like I did.

I wish I wouldve read the other reviews prior to ordering. Fist off, be very aware that they have a 30% restocking fee if you want to return anything, which basically means, screw you if you want to return something. I was trying to find 3 Monarch desks in a specific style/color, but they were out of stock everywhere. I finally found them at National Furniture Supply, but 3 days after I ordered, they emailed that they were out of stock. I contacted them to cancel the order, and ordered them from Staples in a different color (at a much better price). They shipped them anyway after they got them in stock. I emailed them about the error, and received a one sentence email saying that they didnt receive any sort of cancellation from me. I tried to call several times, but only get music on hold - not even a message saying the name of the company... just music right away - and nobody ever picks up!!! I emailed again, but they said in case I want to return it there is a 30% restocking fee (about $300!), in other words, F.U. customer. Im surprised theyre still in business. I dont have time to fight this, so Im stuck with the desks. I guess this is the only way they can make money, by screwing their customers. Very bad return policy and absolutely no customer service... just a rude, nasty person sitting at a computer.

UGH!!! I wish there was a Zero stars because thats what this company deserves. They dont show upfront on their website they have a 30% RESTOCKING FEE, plus your shipping costs. I search the site everywhere and they have it hidden in the TERMS section, not under refunds or returns. I should have looked them up before I decided to buy from them. I would understand a modest fee of 5 or 10%, but not what it probably costs to even make the item. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

My recent purchase with National Furniture Supply of a couple of Coach style lamps went flawlessly. I went through the normal worries of whether the lamps would be as they were described when dealing with a company for the first time. When they arrived (in a few days) I was surprised that they were nicer than the picture they displayed. Norton guarantied my purchase so it was even easier to make the purchase.

Paid for item, was notified of backorder 4 days later. Was finally notified of shipment 10 days after purchase, but when I tracked the item on Fed EX it sat in the warehouse for 3 additional days before actually being marked as shipped. All of this created an anticipated arrival date of 18 days after the purchase. If you want something fast, find an alternate seller.Pricing was competitive however, I will update this review once the item is received.

Awful customer service. Took three weeks to schedule my delivery, only after I contacted them and asked for an update. Once their delivery team called me to schedule the delivery, I had two weekdays to choose from and if I didnt make one of those dates work, they were going to charge me storage fees. When the product finally arrived, it was badly damaged. I refused delivery, took photos of the damage while still on the truck & sent those onto the company demanding a refund. I still wait for word on my refund. Just hung up the phone with them & they informed me they need another 8-10 days to process my claim, while also telling me that I am only eligible for a partial refund due to the quality of the photos I sent. Their product never left the truck... I took 4 photos as best I could given the placement of the box in the back of the truck... Avoid this company if you value your dollar.

I should have listed to the reviews of this product. We bought a Rafael cabinet. It was junk. Do not ever buy this product. The directions were horrible as well. When we put the top into the sides the wood split. The cabinet came dented. It belongs in the trash. We are disputing it with the credit card company. Worse piece of junk ever made.

ZERO STARS. I ordered a $850 bar, hadnt shipped after 3 weeks so I call and they said it would be shipping by Friday (this is on Wed). Friday comes and it doesnt ship so I call the next week and they say it will ship THIS Friday (actually shipped). Take half a day off work to receive the package and they sent me a COUCH! Some idiot in the warehouse labeled a couch as my bar and shipped it to me. Fast forward 2 weeks and I finally get my bar. It arrived chipped in multiple locations and the granite top busted in three pieces. Obviously, I call to get a refund and they offer me $50... $50!! to keep it as is. Pathetic. As a final offer, they offered me 50% off to keep it as is. If I want to return it to get a full refund it will take almost a month they said. After not responding to my multiple emails and calls with questions, I finally get ahold of them to settle this. I ended up taking the 50% and will try to fix the chips and get a new top. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Please keep in mind - this is the only review Ive ever written for any company, they are THAT BAD.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered two bar stools, received one, was told the other one was back ordered until the end of October, then out of the blue, they canceled that order and said none were available. Now Im left with one bar stool and no match to go with it. I also ordered a vase on sale and a few days later they canceled that order as well. I see the vase still on their website with the price double what I purchased it for. I inquired and they told me I would have to resubmit my order. Obviously they realized their mistake and instead of just selling it to me for the price I purchased it, they want me to resubmit my order and pay the higher price, yeah right. I will never order from this place again. Avoid them and go elsewhere. Its not worth the hassle.

Wow, wish I had read the reviews on this company before ordering. Website claims 2 week processing, faster than their competitors at 3-4 weeks! Same issue as most, 4 weeks later and still no product, not to mention the endless, were shipping it (insert randomly generated ambiguous time frame) youll see the tracking number in the email well claim to send, but never actually send. I wouldnt be surprised if its just some dude ordering products to his warehouse aka home and marking up the prices with a website and a 800 number. Smart money is to cancel the order, but its been so long, and the product is shipping out tomorrow. Im also highly dubious of their ability to process an RMA.

I had a hard time finding the right size metal mannequin to make a lamp for my sewing room. I thought they were pretty expensive, but they were nearly perfect. I had to spray paint them silver and remove the stand, and with the right plumbing pieces I have a very unique sconce!

Sadly horrible beginning to (almost) end (still not 100% done). I ordered 4 chairs a month ago. Easy Peasy, right? Sadly no. The Customer Service was no help so I had to just wait... and hope. Finally two of the four chairs arrived... completely disheveled and trivially damaged, but since only LA to San Diego, no permanent damage (to this box). God knows where the other box is or when it will arrive as the shipping information still say LABEL CREATED and nothing more. I have never given a one-star review, but it is almost as if they are trying to get bad reviews. I truly hope you have a better experience than I had. Back to 5* Amazon for me in the future.

Ordered 6 chairs from them, one showed up broken, after some fits they sent out another chair, two more now have broken underneath people and very nearly injured them, we have been trying for months to get SOMETHING from them and they just stopped responding. On the phone with them now (April 24, first complaint re this issue filed January). If they take me off of this brief hold and actually provide customer service I may change the review, but I would avoid them at all costs if I knew what I know now.

I was concerned because the product was dropped off at my house by the shipping company and there was no opportunity to inspect it with the delivery person present. I found this site doing a price comparison of a vase set, and found them cheaper here compared to Birch Lane and Wayfair. I ordered from this company a dining table, chairs, and buffet years ago, and got a great deal with no complaints, so happy to see they are still in business. I received my vases with no issue. One star is definitely TOO much for the experience I have had for the LAST FOUR MONTHS with this company. I ordered a chest of drawers in late October. After waiting for four weeks it was received and when opened found to be badly damaged. The back was separated from the sides, the top was separated and a LARGE crack across the top of the dresser. I notified NFS and sent pictures as requested. When I could not reach them via phone I decided to contact my credit card company and was able to file a dispute. After 90 days I have been credited the price of the item and Im sure my credit company will deal with them in a firm manner. Thought there was something wrong when every time I called them during business hours I could not get a person. Wish I would have read all the reviews BEFORE I purchased but today, after 4 months of being so upset with this company, I feel vilified. .

Worst online shopping experience ever. I purchased a table from them on 2/13/16 and received an email stating I would receive shipping information shortly, and instructions to where I could check the shipping status online anytime. I thought that was great. However, later that week the status was still simply showing as, ordered. I emailed asking for an update and received an automated response that someone would get back to me within 24 hours. After not hearing anything back I called and was told it would be shipping the following week. That next week I called after not receiving any shipping information and was told again, it would ship the following week. I told them I had already been told that and they said no one would have told me that. I waited another week, and sent another email asking why it hasnt shipped out after three weeks and explained the communication issues I was having with them. I just received an email stating it would ship the following Monday. Of course I didnt hear anything on Monday and sent an email that evening asking for the status. Now its been nearly a month and I continue to be told it will ship in 24-48 hours. After being strung along for a month, all the while I have no kitchen table, I just cancelled the order entirely. I cannot wait to see how long it actually takes to receive my refund. Massive headache and waste of time.

I received 4 chairs without delivery notification two of then the box was broken, I order only two chairs and I did reply to cancel two chairs and call to cancelled the order. I was told it will be taking care. in order to return two chairs I will charge 30 % cancellation fee, I have call several times to speak with a supervisor and I have been told that no one was there that one is coming in the afternoon that they are traveling and coming next Monday finally I have someone on the phone and he was questioning on the cancellation and did not do anything to help to return the chair without paying 30 % stacking fee he was very rude and horrible customer service I ever have ...... was very bad customer service

The only reason i rated them with 1 star was because i had to give them one to review them. I never write reviews online, good or bad but these guys earned this one. Heres some advice, do NOT do business with them under any circumstance. I placed an order on November 21 and it is now January 6 and still havent received my item. Furthermore, had i not contacted them about my order i doubt i wouldve heard from them once in regards to its whereabouts. Ive been strung along for weeks being told your item will ship this week, or your item is shipping in 24 to 48 hours. It didnt and hasnt. It wasnt until i wanted to cancel my order that i finally received a call stating my item had shipped. Except they cant provide me with a tracking # or provide any information proving this, which only further leads me to believe i again am being lied to. Customer service is a joke, Most of the time they seem irritated that they even have to speak to you. No apologies for their lack of service or screw ups. Do yourself a favor, I would recommend finding whatever item you were going to order from them somewhere else. I wouldve paid more for my item from someone else had i known it was going to be such a PITA dealing with these fools. Being in business is more than selling items to the consumer, it also requires a level customer service and meeting your consumers demands in a timely fashion. National Furniture Supply has done nothing to warrant business from you or me ever again. I genuinely feel sorry for the person who has to deal with them. There isnt an adjective strong enough to give justice to how awful this buying experience was with this company.

Zero Customer service communication. I had an order that was received damaged. I emailed the information(as instructed) along with a picture of the damage. Customer service is terrible.They took my online order for an item that was marked available but was actually out of stock. fair enough mistake, I guess. A ticket was issued for my refund almost 2 weeks ago. Was told it should take up to 3 days for a credit to register. I have contacted them several times since, by email and phone and never hear back. Will I ever get my refund? Took only 2 minutes to charge my credit card. Taking weeks to credit it back. Item is backordered until the summer. I am not going to wait that long.

I ordered a Christmas Tree Star on 12/6 when I took my old one out of the box and discovered it wouldnt turn on. Price was good at national furniture supply but what they failed to mention was that it would take over a week to ship from their facility and another two weeks to get to me. I think the UPS man could have dropped kicked it and the frog prince would have stayed intact. Very poor business practices. I ordered a desk nearly three weeks ago but heard not a word from this company, so I wrote to inquire about delivery. Only then did I get a response that the desk I ordered was unavailable and that my order was cancelled. Were they ever going to inform me? Three weeks without a word? They billed me the $400 when I ordered it and kept that money until I wrote my note inquiring about the whereabouts of the desk. Very poor business. And now I have to start the process of looking for a desk... well after the time I needed it!

A few week after receiving the product, as an appreciation for my business they said theyd give me a $50 credit. I just had to write I review. I did that in #1. I wanted a particular glass-fronted rustic metal locker cabinet. i found it first on dot&bo and the day before it was to be delivered the company put out their sorry, were closing email and i didnt get the delivery despite having paid, luckily i went through paypal and got my money back. i found the item on wayfair, but twice it was out of stock. my husband found it on the national furniture website, for substantially less, like including delivery charges over 200 dollars less. i did have to make 2 returns, as the cabinets, delivered by FedEx, arrived with shattered front glass panes, everyone i dealt with through email was polite and courteous and prompt in replying. yesterday i received the cabinet, delivered by Pilot Freight in satisfactory condition. i love it! its meant to display some of my husbands sports memorabilia in his office, but i kinda want it for my camera collection!! i may have to find myself something to order soon! i will shop national furniture again.

After 3 weeks I called them to understand where my order was and they informed me it was on backorder and would arrive in 2 more weeks -- they never notified me and they certainly never showed that on their website. I received noticed that my order was received and the instructions on what to do when my order arrived. then i heard nothing. after about 10 days i emailed a request for status. 36 hours later i received an email stating basically...who knows when your order will be shipped. coincidently, my credit card was hacked out of state. after reading the reviews i felt it would be wise to cancel my order. wayfair has the exact item and i am happy to pay the additional $20 to get my item in a timely manner. this is a scary company.

I was told my item was backordered and would not ship for several months. When the backordered shipping date had come and gone without another word from the company, I finally had to call them for an update. I was then informed that it would be at least another month before my order was shipped. I demanded a refund on the spot. Dont bother with these clowns.

HORRIBLE!!!! I ordered a shipwheel clock on 11/27/15. I was told 2 - 3 weeks for shipping. AMPLE time to arrive before Christmas...it is now 12/28/15, I have called multiple times to inquire. Was told that it would ship LAST WEEK and arrive on 12/24/15. STILL have not received it, and it STILL HAS NOT YET SHIPPED!! Customer service is horrendous as well. Will NEVER order from here again.Youre better off paying a few dollars more and ordering from a more reputable site!!!

Ordered an item in early December. It was marked as back ordered a week or two later with an expected delivery date of early January. I had not received the item in mid January and opened a ticket requesting an update on the status. They responded saying that it was a popular item and would not be available until early to mid February. It is now March and I still have not received the item or any information about its status. I have now requested a refund. Lets see how this goes...

Terrible. Why did I ignore the reviews??!!? The company had a good deal on two beds > $2500 each. I ordered them and I was billed immediately. The beds have been on back order for > 2 months so I expected a shipping delay.i did an inquiry and received a response written in all capital letters, bolded and italics with !!!! stating they needed proof of my address. ODD. So why did you bill me if you thought it was fraud?I have sent 3 emails requesting return of my money and they have ignored me. I ordered two bar stools on Aug 14th and so far, no updates whatsoever. Nothing. I have called three times and emailed twice - no response. They are a disaster. Wish there was NO stars. The worst company ever! DO NOT BUY from them, I essentially got screwed over. And they do NOT have good customer service. The Customer service rep made it absolutely worse with his argumentative and disrespectful response. They sent the wrong item, was not as show or as described and made me pay for the return shipping! They also take 7-10 days to as a standard to fix or respond to an issue.

Unfortunately this place lacks honesty. My bad (so far) experience has started with the cart adding more items upon login without displaying the final product quantity upon checkout- poor planning of the system. After the mistake in the product quantity was fixed over the phone I was told that the item is in stock and will be shipping early next week. I called today and the representative had two facts for me. One was that the item was in stock and then it became back-ordered since they needed to fulfill a queued order, and another that it will be shipping now one month from the original purchase date- even though said will come 2-3 weeks after order on website. This experience is very salty so far and Ill adjust the rating should it have a happy ending. The saddest part is that their website still says in stock.

I gave one star because you cant leave zero... Item received damaged so I refused it. Called support to report the issue and it was an overseas rep who spoke poor English. Said they didnt have a replacement in stock and it would take 2 months to receive a replacement so I cancelled the order. They sent me an email which stated I would be charged a 30% restock fee because I didnt accept a replacement. I called to complain and got another overseas customer service rep with poor English. That was 23 days ago and I still havent seen a credit to my account.Terrible customer service.Dont waste your time!!!

Worst experience in buying ANYTHING. Worst customer service, deceitful, and fraudulent. A month ago I ordered a credenza and I was told almost immediately it had shipped. Three weeks later after 20+ phone calls and emails unreturned, I heard that it had been cancelled due to damage. I filed a claim and hear almost immediately its being delivered again. The day of delivery, I got a call that it didnt pass inspection. I cancelled my order and will never EVER do business with them again.

We have ordered two horse-head lamp shade tops 5 weeks ago. They took the payment, still no product. Telephone goes unanswered. Do not buy from this place unless you can recover your money.... we dont know if were going to get ripped. Im driving to Florida, may have to stop at the address to resolve this issue. Dont need this problem and hate to get ripped off. Ok, after 5 weeks I wrote a threatening letter and received the items in two days. Too bad they couldnt communicate earlier, letting me know that the items were on back order or whatever, I would have been good with that, but when you dont answer and update your customers they can only assume the worse.

We ordered patio furniture from them and the tracking number was incorrect. Kept calling and when we reached the operator they informed us that they had spoken with the warehouse and it was shipping the next day and we would receive a tracking number.A week went by and I called again only to be given the same explanation, then some other BS about how they would let me know once they had something from the warehouse later that day. My next call was to my credit card company to cancel the charges.Total scam artist who is running this thing out of his apartment somewhere in Atlanta. I should have read reviews prior - please dont make same mistake I did.

Absolutely terrible experience. I was forced to pay a hefty re-stocking fee despite canceling the order which was supposed to be on back order and not in stock for another week or so, before it shipped. I tried to call with no response. Then emailed twice with no response. Finally fedex sent a shipping notification two days later which clearly showed the order had not been picked up by the time I cancelled. The worst part was that they failed to communicate the status back to me. Go with a reputable company and read all the other bad reviews before buying ...

TERRIBLE!!!! I wouldnt reccomend anyone using this company..I ordered a simple King size platform bed on 7/2/16 and they said it may take up to 4 weeks (2-4 weeks) till I get my delivery. 4 weeks went by and I have failed to receive even a tracking number for my package!! Ive called and emailed but no response. Finally today 8/2/16 I left another angry message and they just refunded me my money...WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!

Worst customer service I have ever received (rather should I say not recieved). I ordered a 3 tier serving tray and I was appalled at how they wrapped the item. It came in a beat up card board box, the Styrofoam on the inside edges was broken and it was wrapped in paper. The top flap of the box was ripped and missing and the item was damaged. I emailed their customer service about returning but they wanted a 30% restock fee. I explained how atrocious the packaging was and that it was damaged. He referred me to the claims department who never got back to me. I asked for a phone number so that I could call them only for the automated voice to say we are sorry but no one is available to help you. Try again later. Goodbye and hangs up. Doesnt even give you the option to leave a voicemail. They tried to offer a 30% refund in the emails but refuse to give me a refund on a damaged item. Never order from them. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Beyond horrible. I ordered item and when received it was not as described in the listing or shown in the photo. What I received I could have created myself for half the price. Not to mention it took them over a month to ship my item when it clearly stated 1-2 weeks. I had to call them daily and finally they shipped it. Last, when I called to say Id like to return they wanted to charge me a 35% restocking fee for an item that is as big as a water glass. DO NOT buy from them.

The online customer service at this place is horrible. They took my order (even through Price Waiter) and then after I paid, told me it was backordered for a month. Their site continued to show in stock. Then after a month, I inquired bc I had no message from them. At that time they told me it would be 5 more months. I asked several questions to them about my order only to get a canned response that it was backordered. Not a single response directly answering my question about if my order was allocated to any incoming stock. 3 message with specific questions were never responded - only kept telling me it was backorder. I was fully aware of that!! They were perfectly happy keeping my money for 5 months in hope that one would come in but never cared to address my concern. It seemed pretty shady and really not a way to do a legit business. The only positive thing I can say is that they did refund my money after I requested.

Every time I have called I get told it will ship next week. They wont let me cancel my order over the phone, I have sent multiple emails trying to cancel it to get my money back and no response. I wish I would have heeded the warnings prevalent in these reviews.. terrible service, terrible company. I placed an order for some chairs for my company and received a back order email.. Its two months later and I still have not received any word from them and the cancellation isnt being processed.Update: The cancellation processed and they refunded *part* of what I paid. It was $100.00 less than what I paid them. I called to see what this was about, once I got them on the phone after six calls, they told me one item was delivered, but it never came. . This has been ridiculous.

I had a positive shopping experience all around. I searched for sometime for a white round 40 Lippa table and found the best deal at National Furniture Supply. Unfortunately, the table was listed as backordered, but was due back in-stock within one month, so I placed the order anyway. I received weekly updates on the tables backorder status (how nice is that?!) and the table was back in stock on the day National Furniture Supply said it would be. I reached out to their customer service team to make sure that the table would ship out in a timely manner and it did. It arrived in pristine condition. Their customer service was polite and responsive. I will recommend them and would be happy to order from them again.

I ordered two bed side lamps that no one else had in stock, but National Furniture Supply. Unfortunately one of the lamps arrived broken. I reached out to National Furniture Supply with pictures and they sent me a new lamp within 48 hours from the time I reached out.
