They have the most amazing customer service in store and online. I originally purchased Lelo Ina 2 by going into their store front. I was unsure of what I wanted but they helped me and gave me wonderful and thorough insight on all the toys I was interested in. I had a lovely time just chatting with the sales associates.Recently, due to a bolt of lightening, the charger for my Lelo melted. Luckily, it wasnt plugged in to the charger so the toy is fine. I went online and ordered a new charger easily. I waited a week but got no shipping confirmation, only a purchase one. I found this odd because the site says 2-3 days for it to be shipped and I only live about 45 minutes from their warehouse. I called their customer service line and the lovely woman refunded my order and made sure that my new charger would be put for shipping first thing Monday morning.I am extremely pleased over all with this company.The only problem Ive had is that it is confusing to get to their store front but they got me there just fine with directions over the phone.
